One of the absolute best nail salon. I have been getting my nails and eyelash extension here for almost 6 years.Anna is absolutely amazing and Henry does beautiful nail art work.

I must say I’ve been going to get my nails done at this place over 5months and it’s been fear until Vee messed up my nails and I returned the next day to have it fixed. She then gave me a nasty attitude about it then have the audacity to raise her voice at in the shop. All I wanted was for them to fix my nail. Customer service is not their strongest and they need to learn how to deal with customers especially someone as calm as I am.

Amazing salon. I came here before. Covid-19, and they were amazing. After Covid-19, theyve implemented a lot of saftey features, making me feel more protected than other establishments.I always see V when I go. Shes amazing! I never have my nails last longer than a wekk anywhere else Ive been. With her skill and technique, my nails last 3 weeks everytime.

The owner Anna and husband are the worst. Anna has a nasty attitude. Your nails will break within the same week of doing them. . Poor customer service. Beware do not go there.

Went soon after they opened up from COVID. Clean, they focus on social distancing (cannot sit next to someone getting their nails done), great service! CASH TIPS ONLY!!! One girl does nail designs and they are super cute!

I have given this place many chances but the manager and staff are so rude and unprofessional. The manager and my nail tech got into a huge fight and were shouting at each other for the entire two hours I was there over nail gel. I gave them another chance, spoke to the manager and made an appointment. When I got there he said I never made an appointment and it would be 40 mins. They also use cheap gel for the dip manicures and your nails will chip and break a day or two later. The worst.

Went in for a gel manicure... the guy who did my nails was nice, hence 2 stars, but the manicure itself was done pretty sloppy, and the gel started peeling off 4 days later. Not worth it.

I witnessed the manager of the salon comp the manicure for a 94 year old woman telling her that it was such a pleasure having her in the salon he refused to let her pay or tip. There are still beautiful people in the world!

I’ve been going here for awhile and I have always had great service. They perform a really good job at fair prices. Staff are always friendly.

This my third time coming to this nail salon and I feel like they truly discriminate against certain people. Every time I come here it’s like they’re forcing you to get their gel set if not they’re not really interested in doing regular full set and their whole attitude shift. This time I walked in at 6:42pm and keep in mind it closes at 7:30 pm and there are no waiting customers in front of me. The man seating up front says something in Japanese to the main lady that sits up front. She ask me what I wanted done. I said just a regular full set. Her response to me that it’s going to take too long for your nails to dry so we can’t do your nails. I said it’s 6:42, what do you mean it’s going to take too long? The lady, it’s going to take about 10 minutes to dry your nails. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I have not ever been to a place where drying your nails would be a problem. This place has the worst customer service and I’m going to report them ASAP. I would not support a business that has no gratitude for their customers and especially when you’re paying them for their service.

I love this nail salon. Always very peaceful atmosphere and it is very clean. I appreciate that they put a liner in the foot baths to keep them as sanitary as a nail salon can be! Very nice clientele, as well, which is important when youre trying to relax!

I got my nails done in this nails place for 1 year! They do a really good job and the price is much better than other place right in the corner... ask for Henry!

I came to this spa by recommendation of my friend and her family, I received a top of the line Pedi and Mani treatment. The staff of VERY knowledgeable of their profession and EXTREMELY friendly and listens to your Pedi and Mani wishes! I will come back and do recommend this spa!

Anna does good individual lashes but you have to make sure to call and make an appointment before going to this salon, because. They close early sometimes or there so busy you cant get anything done so I highly recommend you call first before going in dont let That walk ins welcome fool you! They do there job right they dont rush you thats why I like this spa salon a lot..

I called 2 times to schedule appointment since most reviews say it’s better to do that. I walked in and asked for a refill on my nails and they asked if I had a appointment and I told him no. I explained how I called but got no answer, he basically told me I couldn’t get a refill now. He then told me I can come back at 1:30 for a appointment. So they don’t do walk ins? A older white women was ahead of me and she didn’t have a appointment but they told her to have a seat. I didn’t wanna come back later and they wouldn’t let me wait for whoever doesn’t have a appointment! They cater to the white womens but as soon as a black girl walk in it’s a whole different story!! I don’t wanna call them out for discrimination but hmm

If you want the best this is the place. Lety is the best of the best.

This review is mainly about an employee (or manager?) in this salon, not the rest of the employees who seemed like lovely women who did a great job. I went for a gel refill about five days ago. All was going well until my nails were painted, set under the light, and the top coat went on. They hadnt dried entirely and were miscolored, bubbling and looked terrible when the topcoat was applied. Henry, the guy doing my set, ignored them, and I had to request one hand to be re-done. He didnt answer, grabbed my hand and began to shave off the polish. He was handling my hand really rough, didnt make eye contact and started saying to me that it was my fault the polish didnt set. I asked him how it was my fault, when I put them in the UV light for the full length of the timer. How is it my fault when my job is to have a hand? He kept saying it was my fault and was VISIBLY angry. I left STILL dissatisfied, because I didnt want to ask for the other hand to be done after being treated so rudely though the polish looked awful. I have never been treated like this at any nail salon. I planned to get a pedicure as well but decided to skip that as I was so uncomfortable. I decided to stick out the next week with ugly nails and find somewhere else for the refill- until two days after getting the set 2 nails chipped! Ive worn gel for 2 weeks with no chipping or scratching whatsoever. SO I called to explain and see if I could get in for a re-do at no cost, without Henry. A guy answers the phone and I asked to speak to the manager. He said no manager available, I asked his name, he said he had no name (???) he was just someone who worked there. I said you have no name!? Im just asking with whom Im speaking to, and he refused to answer. I proceeded, and said I had a set done a couple days earlier by Henry. He said there was no tech named Henry!!! I let it go. Told him the date and time I went in and he said Oh that was me who did your set.... Went in for the free re-do, which I give credit for by adding one star to make two. However, IT WAS HENRY! The same guy who denied Henry worked there, was Henry on the phone with the nametag HENRY on his lamp, as I remembered it just a couple days prior. He unfortunately ended up doing my re-do and as he was shaving off the polish, working fast and frustrated, he chipped and cracked the gel coat. He was about to put polish on and I had to stop him and ask for him to cover the chips and cracks with fresh gel- to which he proceeded to blame me for! He said my set was old, when it is in fact just a couple weeks old, and the gel he cracked was what he set the other day. Without going into it I made it clear I was not trying to be difficult, I just wanted to gel to look proper! All this over a simple mistake of the gel coming out weird- for whatever reason! Could have been handled with a smile and happy to-re-do, takes ten minutes, customer leaves happy! Highly unprofessional, extremely rude and passive aggressive, and even lied to the customer about names of employees. So weird beyond words NEVER going back again at the chance Henry does my set.

I usually like to make an appt. So, there is no waiting. The service is good for pedicures and nails. They have the best colors and variety in the salon. It can be pricey when you want unique colors or styles on your nails. I am reading all the reviews and most of them criticize the fact that other customers were taken before them and therefore, they are unaware those clients made appts. Prior to the walk- ins. It is not about who is better than others. Appointments take priority over walk- ins.

Omni keeps me looking beautiful! I go every two weeks and every time for gel Mani and pedi. I ger so many compliments on my nails..thanks Helen your the best!

I have been a customer since they have opened and yesterday was stunned by the fact that I was charged individual pricing for a mani and pedicure since I didnt go to the same person. This is outrageous and will be reporting to the BBB. My friends had multiple bad experiences and will not go back because of how they were treated.

Tien is one of best pedicurists in Fort Lauderdale and Pompano, who now practices from this modern, immaculate and ultra comfortable salon. Same good prices as much lesser places, and convenient location inside shopping center where TGIF, BONEFISH GRILL, and Offerdahl Bagels are all located. Ask for Tien to get great pedicures for Men and women.

1.5 hours later, my manicure is not great, and there is blood in my top coat.
