I dont have any words to explain how horrible and stressful this experience has been. My car been in the shop for over 2 months, and every time I look my insurance is dispersing money. I only had to fix my side back panel and a small door dent. My lease was up two days ago. Im went over my lease agreement, my rental costed me an arm and a leg because of how long they took. They keep fighting with my insurance to pay for things that most policies dont cover. My partner dropped off their car which in the worst shape than mine. They were fighting with our insurance to buy a part and my partner removed their car from Lauderdale Collision and took it to ford collision of Pembroke pines, within a week the car was ready and they didnt fight with the insurance. I have to keep calling to tough bases with Karl. Hes been giving false promises and keeps blaming on the technicians. But has no regard of the position Ive been put in. Ive been trying to speak with the manager Mike for a week now and no response. Im so disappointed. Dont bring your car here. Go somewhere else that just going to fix your car with no headaches.

5 for their body shop. ZERO FOR THE SERVICE. This was not my first time nor experience here, but it was the first time I was assigned to Jermaine. I just assumed that Shaun who had been my rep was no longer there. Well Shaun was still there, and I dont know why he wasnt my rep this time so, but I would strongly suggest to Mike/Management keeping the same rep with the same client.....just like BMWs maintenance and service department off Andrews and 84 does. Wes has been my guy over there since 2012....weve gone trough 3 BMWs together and his client service sets the bar by far for EXCELLENCE.

Had a large ding on my 8 month old 2019 Mercedez c300! The place is clean and has a quick response time! Great work and decently priced! The owner is extremely nice! Got my car back like it was brand new! I would highly recommend this place especially for high end cars! Will be using them again!

Reliable, responsive, body shops that do quality work are not easy to find. Even with Covid and Holiday delays Neil (advisor) and the crew got my car back to me in a timely manner, with quality work performed, and even took care of some of my personal requests that were outside the scope of the accident work. Theyre certified for most any luxury brand so its likely Ill be coming and recommending them for years to come....hopefully I dont need to be back too often though.

This repair center was recommended to me by the Pembroke Pines Audi dealership for when I was side swiped in my RS3. The professionalism of the staff was fantastic. I was always informed of the progress on my vehicle and how things were going.However, the repair aspect involved several hiccups, at least in my situation:The first issue was that when I initially received the car back, I noticed that they had managed to scratch the window tint on my passenger door. It was a very noticeable scratch, even from outside the vehicle. Im still unsure as to how it was missed in a quality assurance check and I was the one to find it. They also almost managed to miss replacing a damaged wheel, that was even on the order form, until I noticed it on a walk-around during pick-up. The wheel was replaced same day, but the window tint required a second trip back.The second issue ties in with the original repair. To replace the damaged doors from the side swipe, they had to disconnect my battery to go ahead with the repair. However, they failed to tighten my negative terminal, which caused my vehicle to die unexpectedly several times over the course of a week after I got it back (prior to tint repair.) This was never remedied by them and I ended up getting it diagnosed at the dealership and fixed.The third issue involved the repainting process. They failed to completely cover part of the vehicle that didnt need to be painted/clear-coated and it was over-sprayed as a result. As they attempted to remedy it through sanding, they sanded too far and it resulted in a non-replaced door needing to be painted and clear coated as well as a rental being issued to me. At this point I had made four trips up to the repair center for issues stemming from the original repair. I also recently discovered that there was EVEN MORE clear coat overspray on my vehicle from this second attempt. However, it is much more contained and I can fix it myself at this point, rather than going through the headache of taking it back to gamble on a completed fix.Overall, this repair process started out rather well and the associate helping me was always willing to work with me and keep me updated on situations. However, the actual repair/painting was a nightmare to deal with. As someone who works everyday with aircraft, the quality assurance (QA) process is very important in making sure a job is done correctly the first time. This was clearly an issue here, despite the great work they did on the actual repair. Maybe I just had bad luck with my repair process, but this is just what I experienced in my roughly two month repair journey. I will still recommend this place for anyone that has a higher class of vehicle, but to be wary of the final repair and to do a thorough inspection themselves prior to accepting a final product.

They were good my car was fixed impeccably the only problem i had is that my car was sitting outside in a abandoned looking lot instead of inside but other than that great customer service by Jermaine and quality work.

Our experience at Lauderdale Collision Center was excellent! Just looking at my Moms 2016 black Audi A6, you cant even tell it was involved in an accident. We ran into issues with our insurance company in regards to how the car was going to be fixed but with the help of our advisor, Neil Porzel, we were able to fix everything to Audi specifications. Very few times in life do you run into an amazing customer experience but the experience we had with Neil was nothing short of spectacular. He kept us updated on everything with the car and returned every voicemail we left him. Neil has many years of experience under his belt and it showed in how he helped us from start to finish. I dunno if his managers are going to read this or not but Neil deserves every bit of recognition and we are very honored to have been helped by him. God willing, everything turns out perfect as far as the work that was done, obviously time will tell. For now, the car looks and drove just fine from the collision center. A car accident is never a good start to a pleasant experience. A month into my new BMW, someone rear ended me. Fortunately, I was recommended to go to Lauderdale Collision to get my car repaired. I worked with Bertin and he was exceptional. From covering all the bases with the insurance company, car rental, and keeping me informed through the process and getting my car back to me when he said he would. They did such a good job, I honestly cant tell the car was ever in an accident. The paint and finish came out perfect. Would certainly recommend.

Best collision center Ive ever experienced in my 70 years!I got an estimate and when I picked the car up after the repair they told me the estimate turned out to be more than anticipated. I received just over $100 back! Felt like royalty - they picked us up and dropped us off. We had been prepared to take 2 buses to get there. The staff were extremely friendly and courteous giving us updates on where we stood - not that I minded - just helped myself to more of the free snacks and drinks. Cant imagine a better experience than that.

I was involved w/ a collision and the TEAM there was very helpful in getting the work completed correctly and assisted w/ my insurance reimbursement. The work took longer than anticipated due to some additional damage, but I was able to inspect the work while it was being completed and the staff didnt mind me asking a lot of questions. Had to bring it back for a minor thing and they got me right in. VERY Pleased and would recommend to anyone from a Maserati to a Civic.

It was a pleasure doing business with Lauderdale Collision Center. I took my BMW in after it suffered several dents on the passenger side. The team is professional and skilled, and I was very happy with the work they did on my car. I trust them with future business and I highly recommend them to other people looking for repairs.

The whole team was extremely helpful and accommodating to my difficult schedule. I had a bit of a fender bender 30 days after buying my brand new BMW. Sean was super professional and even went above and beyond to help me understand some of my cars features. I hope not to ever have a need for bodywork again, but if I do, it will be Ft Lauderdale Colllision Center! The results were perfect-- better than new!

This morning my partner David drove onto a parking spot concrete slab and the front bumper in our 2015 Mini Cooper Roadster came off.The guys in Service said to bring it over to Lauderdale Collision, where we met Gus Ramirez.He came outside and actually fixed the bumper on the spot! I highly recommend Lauderdale Collision Center in Fort Lauderdale and My Service Rep Mario Lam was a All-Star. I was rear ended and had over 10k damage and Mario handled everything for me and dealt with the Third Party Insurer and I had no out of pocket and they did a great job repairing my Vehicle and it looked like the day I took it out of the showroom 18 months earlier. After carelessly scratching my 2009 128i BMW on two sides, Michael Kimball inspected the vehicle and provided the best recommendations as to what to do so that the car would be returned to its pristine condition. They even filled-in a number of nicks on the hood for free. I couldnt be more pleased with the final results: the BMW looks great! I highly recommend the Lauderdale Collision Center.

During the time my car was getting repaired at Lauderdale Collision the process of my car getting fixed was delayed due to the part being delayed on Honda behalf and due to one of the workers who was assisting me with my repair no longer worked there. This caused for someone else having to assist me, which the part still had to be ordered. Once I was provided with someone else to help me I was assigned to Bill and he assisted me all the way through. His customer service was great and he made sure that I was accomodated accordingly.
