Jameson is definitely an asset to your company... he’s extremely detailed, polite and caring! He mentioned that my old ac unit was still in my attic! Bruno Air installed my new unit in July 2018! I paid close to $10k to have a new AC and duct work which also included removal of the old unit! Jameson spoke with his manager and said it would cost $1250 to take the unit apart and remove it!! It’s not his fault however I feel pro air should take responsibility of what Bruno didn’t complete! My experience with Bruno was horrible and I’m glad they were bought out!

Air Pros, is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They are not knowledgeable, they charged $350.00 for parts replaced that weren’t necessary on a 3 year old unit. They had to come back three times and then refused to fix it and put me on the “do not service” list, they don’t back their work. They refused to return my money back unless I signed a NDA (non disclosure agreement) to shut me up and cover their mistakes. This procedure is just a scam to keep your money. The managers nor owners ever called to see what happened. Filter their reviews and you will see how many people have had the same experience I went through, They speak about integrity, well they are the complete opposite. BUYER BEWARE! Stay away....I only have one star because I had too, but they are not worth any. Again...BUYER BEWARE.....Kris (disgusted former customer)

If I could give 0 stars I would.The customer service experience was horrible. I feel like it is a must to express my disappointment with this company. The FTL franchise came out however; they are a reflection of the company Air Pros LLC.Note: I have a friend in the business and he was away. Also I have ASE’s (automotive field) I am a big DIY guy.On Dec. 11th I ran to Home Depot and grabbed a can of Coil/Evap foam cleaner. I turned out the A/C well the Fan because that was only working. I generously applied it to my Water Cooled unit. Keep in mind I did extensive research on this unit and even though I have an HVAC ASE and they are similar components it is Apples and Oranges. I had the panels already out and coils cleaned.That did not work. Sprayed the cleaner again. Waited a night, still nothing. I noticed on my breaker box Air Pros were listed so I figures let me give them a buzz. We called the number and they were able to get someone out the same day. The tech Daniel Perkins called us ahead of time and gave us a time that he would arrive. Perkins arrived and I had already removed the panels for him and cleaned the coils. He checked the static pressure first while the A/C was not blowing cool. He stated that it is high, possibly needed a vent cleaning. He went on in his diagnosis and stated that it will be $600.00usd to fix. I was like oh my that is a lot of money. Since he diagnose it so fast I was on the fence of 1. He know what he is doing or 2. It was such a simple job and just called out the biggest plan to rope me into saying yes. I asked what needs repair Perkins began to say my capacitor had no juice and the contactor was not pushing in all away and both needed replacement. I understand the Capacitor part (battery) the contactor not so much. I was about to say no that I did not want him to perform the repair however; I asked who comes up with pricing? I know that was an odd question however; I wanted to know why I am being charged $650.00 for 2 component. Perkins stated 2 component changes is that price and a supervisor will also come out to check his work and check static pressure and if there is a blockage a cleaning will cover it as well. He also stated that he will throw in an additional 5 volt capacitor and drain flush. He said it came with is. In reality I was charged for it.Still not happy with the price I said go ahead with the repair. I was looking into the parts needed while he was working and the parts. Contactors range 20 to 60 bucks Capacitors are also in that range. So I am sitting here thinking why in the world am I paying for this.At this point in the repair about 15 minutes laps. In about 20 minutes Perkins turned the breaker on and A/C began to start blowing cool. We were happy. Still bothered with the price I said I am in the wrong business, getting charged $650.00usd for the residential HVAC knowledge. He laughed and reiterated that this comes with a Supervisor coming in and double checking the static pressure and cleaning out the ducts. We were satisfied. We paid for the bill and had to speak with someone at the office for a “Close out call”Now comes the tricking/Scam part.

I’m a former customer of the now nonexistent Solar Bear company whose clientele list was purchased by Air Pros. The customer service of Air Pros compared to Solar Bear is drastically different. An improvement for the better. The office staff was courteous. I received an appointment confirmation call from Alexa the day before the appointment; I was notified when the technician was on his way and received a follow up call after service was rendered. My technician Damian was professional helpful and answered all questions without being condescending or insulting. Since I’m new to the company and just had a maintenance check, I’ll reserve judgment on the quality of work but I can attest thus far to the quality of customer service.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Best warranty so far... see update. Very professional and great equipment. They act fast. Highly recommended.Update: Dropping to 4 stars because after the 2 year warranty expired, there is something on the AC that is now defective and needs to be fixed. This as well as other stuff was caused by the new AC unit having a higher power than the previous one. This could have been avoided by a more in depth review and analysis of the air ducts, new vs old AC unit comparison, and AC unit area of this 30+ year old house, instead of just quickly selling and installing a brand new AC unit. It gives a bad taste, still, they are professional and have provided some possible solutions.

Amazing, fast and friendly service. The installers showed up on time and immediately got to work. Richard was professional and did a great job. He answered all my questions along the way and made sure to stay long enough after the install to ensure everything was running right. Will use them again.

We were in a tough situation with leaking water from the A/C unit, technician came and diagnosed the issue. Presented a plan of action and executed plan accordingly. Offering great price on replacement unit and working hard throughout installation. They are the best.

Overall our experience was good. Everyone is nice and provides timely info and follow up. The work done to switch out our old HVAC to a new one was well done. It’s great that they offer financing as this was an unexpected expense and other places do not offer this. Our only issue is how they talked up how much better a new system was going to be, how much more cost effective it was going to be and how we would save on electricity.Well, with a new system it’s just marginally better. We only feel a slight difference in cooling. They system still runs as much as the old. Cost have gone down a few cents each day only. We voiced this to them and they came out and made some adjustments but I’m not seeing the big difference they spoke about to get us to spend thousands on a new system.

First time visit, had a bit of difficulty finding me, but we made contact and he serviced my unit appropriately. Made contact with condo service to access roof AC compressor, and verified the proper functioning of my relatively new (2-3year old) AC unit in my condo. Pleasant encounter!

Did Great Job installing complete replacement of Central old system, with remarkable speed and Precision . Would like to give good five stars complete feedback, but didnt get the New Thermostat I desired! With Like 7 days with 4 temperature variations daily. Sense outside temperature to compute variations. Then it should have Wifi access . Told me my New 3 ton system with New Blower only qualified for Standard Digital Thermostat! Which I find inappropriate for amount Paid onwards to my desiring specific Thermostat!

My technician, Chris, was an A+ professional. Came in and diagnosed the problem quickly and was in and out within 30 minutes. Couldnt have been more polite and professional.My only complaint is the price. $140 to clean out the A/C line seemed pretty steep considering the amount of time it took to address the issue.A+ service but the price could have been more fair.

Great! I have dealt with many other AC companies in the lauderdale area that break things or lie about things needing to be repaired ect. I and friends have used this company 5 times so far and are so please with their honesty and no swindling!! they are nice and clean when they work and wow@@@@ dont over sell their products! I only will call them for my home and for friends that i like. hehe. they r the best.Fred

Boom!! My ac unit froze up last night and I was concerned I would need to replace my central AC. Air Pros dispatcher told me to turn off unit immediately and came out first thing in morning to repair. It was a blocked drain line! Very professional and prices were reasonable!! Thanks guys!!

The technicians didnt seem knowledgeable. They left without notice, didnt give me a price, or explain the work that needed to be completed .

They charge me a service call fee even though they replaced my fan motor. The lady I spoke with to setvup the call said that tgey will waive the fee if they do the work.
