Got an estimate from Charlie to insulate our duplex - set up an appointment and they arrived on time and ready to go. Job was quickly completed; Charlie and team were professional and clean - covering clothes in the closet where our attic access is with plastic to avoid any mess and sweeping up any fallen pieces of insulation. Though they are not on the list provided by FPL, they do accept the insulation vouchers so that is a plus. Our house is now cool and comfortable - would recommend to anyone looking to have insulation work done.

Broward Insulation did an amazing job of removing our Batt and Blown insulation and installing Open Cell Spray Foam. The staff was professional and friendly, and the cost was affordable. Our interior home humidity has decreased significantly!!! There was no off gassing and we were able to stay in our home during the process. We highly recommend this company and their product!!!

They performed a duct install that allowed cold air to escape into the attic. Asked them several times to correct the issue but apparently they had no desire to correct or even take a second look at their work and I could never get them out to the house for a follow-up visit. I had to have several other firms come out to provide estimates to fix what Broward Insulation left behind and the common question posed was why I didnt have the original installer (Broward Insulation) come out. In hindsight, had I known this was going to happen, I simply would have written Broward a check and wished them a great day and then found someone else to do the work as it would have saved me much aggravation. In the end I had to pay twice, so at least one party would have been happy. This is a puzzling way to conduct business, but they have definitely lost a future customer.

Horrible experience. Broward insulation replaced my duct work and added blown in insulation. I noticed shortly after the work was done that I was getting brown spots on my ceiling. I called broward insulation to get them to come back out and fix it. The original guy didnt want to come back out. I have no idea why he was nice to us and we treated him with respect. Anyways finally after giving this guy several chances to come Jeremiah finally came and said the first guy did our duct work incorrectly and he would fix it. He kept putting off when he was coming finally he came alone to do a two man job. It took him a couple of hours. After he turned the air back on my sons room had barely any airflow. I told him it must be leaking he refused to believe that. Its been a couple of months and guess what? The vents that I even painted around have brown spots again!!! It waste of over 3k. My daughter has extremely bad allergies and of course it didnt get any better. When we run our air I notice the house is extra dusty. I am going to have to look for someone to fix what this company did.

After contacting them twice to tell them I was accepting their bid and hiring them I still never heard back. When I have to chase someone to give them my business I go elsewhere. It really was too bad I wanted to hire them.

Very Honest crew, did not get the pleasure to meet the owners in person, but can tell alot about them by the crew that came over my house. Charlie and Ian did an amazing job. I did get a chance to talk to Pauline by phone and i must say her dispatching skills are awesome and seems based very much on clients need. She gave me a reminder call the day prior and crew called when on the way. They arrived on time which is not common at all with companies based out off south Florida. Great prices, even took upon my neighboors attic on short noticed. Awesome overall experience. Will reccomend this company to anyone in need of a reliable, honest, and affordable insulation company.
