He was very respectful of my home and I truly appreciated that. The installation crew Sunny and Andre were great. They also were very respectful of my home and of my family. It felt as if family was working in installing our AC. They cleaned up very well after themselves and allowed me to really enjoy my new AC. They explained everything that they were doing before and after installation. And how to care for my unit post installation.I truly appreciate their knowledge and willing to teach. Two men seemed to do a very thorough job cleaning 13 vents and sealing around the unit and installing a UV lamp. Left some debris on floors but all over a very good job. The young salesman Eli was patient and very helpful in helping me decide what I needed. Yes I would recommend this company, they arrived on time. A lengthy job.

We are very disappointed with the service of this company. We bought a new AC unit from them and were very pleased with the salesperson and just after a few months of installation our unit started having issues. I called the company to send a technician to look at the unit, and he did absolutely nothing. Barely looked at the unit and said that he doesn’t know what’s wrong and left. Appalled, I called the company again and asked for another technician. He came and said that the unit wasn’t properly installed! Thankfully he was able to fix the problem, but it made me nervous that the company didn’t do proper installation. Now, a year later, we are having problems again! The reason why I bought a new unit was to have a functioning AC. My old AC didn’t give me any problems for 10 years and this unit is only a year old and is constantly having issues. The technicians also don’t do anything besides just showing up and trying to sell extra services, non-maintenance related. They don’t even recommend maintenance or open the unit up to diagnose problems or do preventative checks. They walk in and out. This company needs to get better technicians if they want to retain customers. Very disappointed. I wouldn’t purchase from them again. I’m also looking for a new company to do maintenance the right way.

I called this place for a duct cleaning coupon I found on Valpak for $79. The technician came out and tried to up sell me to an outrageously priced $1,750 cleaning. If I’m using an $80 coupon do you think I can afford that much money! Anyway I politely declined and said I wanted to go with the service I originally booked for. He nodded his head walked out the door and drove off with zero communication about what was going on. I called and spoke with 2 very rude reps who were completely dismissive and inconsiderate about this blundered customer service. There is no way any of these reviews are accurate! They are likely bought and paid for like so many other poorly managed companies to try and bait and switch customers. It’s really sad that they treat people this way. I’d avoid at all cost unless you have 2k to drop on your A/C “cleaning” that’s likely the only way they will treat you right.

Roy USA AC (Home Improvement) owner is a first class individual. His staff is knowledgeable and truly cares you are satisfied with the service. USA AC does not try to up- sell for unnecessary services. Roy did a job at one of my rental homes a few months back. The installers are seasoned highly trained individuals. The job started and ended on the agreed date and time. All garbage was removed from the site This was extremely important as had tenants living in the home. I phoned US AIR at approximately 1pm on a Tuesday by Wednesday a new unit was up and running at 2pm. Our tenants were elated with USA ACs fast quality service. We recently had another AC job with a tenant who does not realize when replacing an AC unit it takes a little time. Especially at a time many vendors are having problems finding inventory. I phoned Alina at 9am on a Monday. Tuesday at 8am USA installers were on the job ready to work. As this is an older home it has more than one circuit breaker box. I thought knew were every breaker box is located. Wrong!!! The installer found the box reset the breaker and the AC unit immediately turned on. Saving me thousands of dollars in a tight economy. Roys representative could have simply not let me know it was only a breaker. Which is totally a credit to the type of people Roy employees. I phoned Roy realizing there is a cost as two installers were ready to work. I offered to pay a few hundred dollars. Roy refused to take a penny. I have had many tenants over the years. Unfortunately this tenant thinks its a hotel and not a rental home were when major items break it takes a little time. I realize the unit is older and as soon as the tenant exits the property in early 2022. I will call Roy to put in a new unit whether I continue to rent or in all likelihood put up for sale. I realize this AC which is quite old is nearing the end. I cannot say enough good things about Roy and his team. First Class. I highly recommend Roy if your looking for a first class quality gentleman who provides superior work at extremely fair prices. Thank You Roy.Mr. Daniel Quinn

He delivered his promise. The AC was installed same day. The technicians were very friendly, respectful and accommodating to do their job. The technicians did not rush to finish the job, they took the time to complete the job properly and securely. Moshe stop by the next day to inspect the performance of the unit and final installation. Finally, I highly recommend this company to do business with them.Moshe is a very caring business man.

Air Duct cleaning led to A/C issues.Not one to do unfavorable reviews but just do your homework. We got our air ducts cleaned shortly after moving in to clear out renovation dust. It was best price.... it would cost us in the end.The crews left a mess of foam paint, our closet door was broken, and didn’t appear to clean the vents well. The very next morning, we woke up and the a/c wouldn’t work and we had never had a problem before. It seemed too much a coincidence. When we called the Friday, they told us next week. After repeated calls, they came Saturday and essentially said the compressor was shot and recommended replacing the entire unit.We got a second opinion saving us thousands of dollars -it was just a part and got it to work. The damage, however, was already done and it eventually cost us in additional parts.It would not be covered because Air USA couldn’t be sure that it was from the air duct cleaning, however, the technicians themselves said it was likely that something wasn’t done correctly.They did not charge us for the labor, but it cost us days without a/c (eventually we got a portable unit brought to us) several extra hundred and were recommended thousands of dollars of work.

I knew it was time for my Dino-A/C to go after 24 year of hard work in the Florida sun. I began preparing a list of companies I would call for A/C replacement. Had one appointment with vendor; they came to the house and after 1 hr gave me an estimate that made me say....”better start calling companies for quote”. Had 3 call me back with different estimates after I forwarded the previous estimate details of unit needed. USA Air was the last to call. Roy was his name...and he wanted to make a deal and he wanted my business....and he made it happen. Best estimate, best deal, better than what I previously was quoted by other companies.That was Friday... on Monday morning Abraham and James came to replace the A/C on time. Great team. I watched Abraham work the whole time; talking to him. He could’ve done this job with his eyes closed. So knowledgeable and quick with the job that I was impressed with his technique and skills...that’s experience for you!!! James worked with the outside unit had that hooked up in a flash, installed my nest thermostat...and I had 57 degree air coming from my vents. ******PING-PAM-POM***** The process was swift, quick, and the PERFECT PRICE!!! The guys all seemed very knowledgeable and efficient, so I was very hopeful. They were incredibly friendly as well. Unfortunately, the business has still not picked up the permit from the city and it’s been a month with no inspection. On top of that, while they were here, one gentleman accidentally broke my room divider which I have to use for work. To replace the same divider would’ve cost me almost double what I paid for it originally, so I decided to go with a different one. That’s a whole other saga. Kevin wrote me on May 21st telling me he would be getting my check out to cover the cost of the replacement. That was a month ago. No check. That was $111 divider and money doesn’t grow on trees. Another issue I had was the guys showed up at 10 am and I was given the impression the job could be completed in 1 day. The guys left on Tuesday at 2 pm after replacing the AC unit. I asked if they were going to get the duct stuff and come back that day because I had work scheduled the next day. They told me they wouldn’t be returning until the following morning. I was confused. On Tuesday, they were here for 4 hours. On Wednesday, I had to cancel appointments that ended up costing me part of my paycheck to the time of over $150 and they arrived again around 10 am and left around 2 pm. That’s 8 hours worth of work, guys. One of my clients had her AC and ducts completely replaced in one day…on a SATURDAY, which is what I had asked for to avoid missing work, but was told that wouldn’t be doable. I’m not sure who she used, but next time I need an AC tech, I’m calling her selection. So far, I’m out over $250 from this and still no inspection. I will say, the company is pleasant to deal with and even leave portable AC units behind while they’re working. That was huge. Only problem was I had to be confined to my bedroom because of the way my living room is set up. The job could’ve been done in one day and I wouldn’t have lost income or been stranded in my bedroom for 24 hours. I know you guys can do better than this.

Talk about true professionals. Evyatar is outstanding. He arrived at my home before his scheduled time, took his time thoroughly analyzing my A/C system and explained the issues I was experiencing without me telling him what was wrong (house not cooling, high humidity, dirty ducts, etc.). He was very reasonable with pricing and is a pleasure to work with. Responsiveness and professionalism are important to me and these guys do both. They lied about how much Freon my unit could hold, saying that 40 was the max PSI when it was 45 and refused to put in the 1 pound that was promised in the add. I would be happy to remove my review if they came and made the situation right.

Thank goodness we dug deeper after being told we needed a whole new dryer vent and duct system. Beware of the guys that come to try to sell you. Finally found a reliable company to do the work who took the time to research our problem, cut open walls only to find wet lint in our duct. It’s cleaned out and we now have zero restrictions. Unbelievable money making schemers. Beware! And I love how this Co replies to my review and says: we left you an estimate with all the options on repairing or replacing and you decided to go with replacing. NO WAY DID YOU OFFER ME ANY OTHER OPTION BUT FULL REPLACING for over 2 Thousand dollars. I asked Ben numerous times if we had any other options and he specifically said NO. Don’t try to act as if you aren’t salesman! Because you’re LYING. No handyman took care of the job, a reputable company did and they took the time to give us options as well as provided us with honesty and said a whole new system is very rare and unlikely. We were told by Ben and colleague that was our ONLY option. Unbelievable to lie. Affording it wasn’t the option. We prefer going with an honest company. You are NOT.

Totally BAIT and SWITCH!! They came promising a$79 duct cleaning. I double checked twice that it was to simply be that. A shifty salesman with no tools came, trying to scare me that i am breathing fiberglass in every breath i take, and that the real job is $2400.!! My AC/ unit broke down the night before yestarday around 10:00 pm. We had a horrible night, so the next day I called USA Air company. I spoke to Eyal. He responded right away, and came the same day! My AC and compressor blew up and there were some other issues, so i was expecting to spend a ton of money just to fix it. Eyal installed a new AC for just really good price!! Eyal gave me a really good price for a brand new AC unit ans installation with no money down. Eyal really help me out with a financial loan for the AC package, installation, and everything! I have a 5 year maintenance contract with them (paid in advance). Technician hasnt been at my home for more than a year even though the contract states that 2 services a year are included. The technician doesnt flush the line nor replaces freon and wants to charge for it even though it is stated on the contract. Technician arrives at 7:30pm at night even though the appointment was from 3 to 5pm. Technician calls his boss and over the phone told me he is canceling the contract when I only read to him whats included in the contract and tells me there is no need to call the office in the morning since the contract is canceled.

My mother and I call this company to come and check out our air conditioning because it wasnt blowing cool air. After the technician opened up the air conditioning unit he came upstairs and told my mother that she needed a new compressor and that the compressor was so expensive she might as well get a new unit. After he gave her a few outrageous quotes my mom told him that she would get a second opinion, bit as soon as he left she realized that the air conditioning wasnt blowing air at all. She called another company that came out that very same afternoon and after opening up the AC unit he walked upstairs to our condo and asked us if anyone else has been in the AC unit recently. She told him yes that someone was there earlier that day and he informed us that whoever was in the unit had unplugged all of the wires from the compressor and they were just dangling in the unit, and his company does not allow him to touch a unit thats been tampered with in that manner. After calling the office to complain the lady that answered the phone, instead of trying to rectify the situation, told us that she was offended that we would suggest that her technician tampered with the unit, when he obviously did there were no wires hanging in the unit prior to him visiting and he didnt even mention that wires were hanging when he came upstairs to offer these outrageous quotes. These people are scam artists and no matter how simple your AC problem is theyre only goal is to try to convince you to purchase a new unit. Buyer beware

After reading some of the reviews, i was skeptical however being in the service industry I realize how brutal some people can be online. Especially people with unrealistic expectations. I knew my system needed more than just a routine cleaning. The explanation from Ben was clear, direct and genuine. His recommended solution was more costly than expected, but I knew it was necessary and that he was giving me a fair assessment. He truly makes the customer feel like he is a longtime friend and genuinely wanted to help. All followed up by an even more pleasant experience by the technicians who did the work. Extremely polite, thorough, detailed and informational. For what was done, there was very little disruption. Time and care was takes to prep valuables, electronics, furniture etc. I barely had to vacuum when they were done. I would recommend them 100 times over- and honestly already have.Take the negative feedback at face value. I have exceptionally high standards and they were surpassed by this team.

Eyal came to my house for a standard ac tune-up and duct cleaning, but found that my infrared light had burnt out during the pandemic and the consequential missed 2020 annual inspection. He showed me the mildew that had infiltrated the main unit and explained exactly what needed to be done to salvage the 9-year old air conditioner that was in otherwise very good working condition. He wasted no time in getting a team together to thoroughly clean the system and once again make my home a safe environment. I didnt think my central air system was working up to par. Some people complained about breathing issues while they were in my house. So lets get my ductwork cleaned. I called around and USA air conditioning would come out the same day. Shimon told me that my ductwork was to old to clean. So he walked me through a spray coating to cover my existing ductwork and be more efficient. I liked the sound of that. He also told me about an In - duct air purifier by Reme - Halo and an UV sanitizing bulb. That sounded like exactly what I was looking for. The installation crew showed up. Ishmael and Juan did a wonderful job. Covered most of the place with plastic to protect my belongings. It definitely took time to perform all that work. They cleaned up like they werent even here. Thank you again USA Air. I would recommend USA Air Conditioning to take care of all your A/C needs. Plus they perform other services.

Eyal helped me out and it was a kind and easy process to get my ac unit squared away

The sales person told me the job was going to take 8 hrs when they did it in 2 1/2 hr, another words they made believe that this was a professional job when it wasn’t. They were supposed to vacuum 10 vents and they only did 3 vents from the 1st floor telling me that the machine can vacuum the whole entire house from downstairs when I was told that they were going to vacuum each vent. This AC cleaning duct leads to damage your coil if is old, and they didn’t tell me that. Well my coil broke down and after disputing with the manager many times by phone practically begging they came after 3 days and got me a new coil, then my condenser broke down and they didn’t fix that. I had to get other company to replace the condenser. I will not recommend to do this job because it may lead to other AC issues that this company may not cover. I have more bad comments but is not even worth it spending my time here writing it.

Had a problem with my AC shutting off late Monday afternoon. Called USA Air who answered immediately. They went over some quick fixes over the phone. After not working they set up a service call next day. Simon the mechanic called before arriving, and was on time. He quickly found the problem of a clogged drain and fixed that issue. He then showed me mold building on the internal wires (the unit is 1 1/2 years old) and recommended a UV light at a reasonable price. After installing, Simon went over how to use bleach to help avoid future drain problems and also the correct filter to use changing monthly. Simon was extremely thorough, had a total knowledge of the air handler and compressor. I felt I was in very good hands. To top it off he called the next day to follow up making sure the unit was working well. GREAT SERVICE, very professional and helpful .

USA Air Conditioning was able to bring my FPL bill down to less than $90.00. Eric was very professional and helpful with the financing. They brought my home up to code for no additional cost. They installed beautiful high impact windows along with a NEW Carrier. Great customer service and excellent work! Added are my 2017 vs. 2018 June Bills!!!

UPDATE: Ella from USA air is phenomenal and has redeemed this company. She knows how to speak to her customers and seems like she truly cares about the customer. She was attentive to me and very understanding and made sure she calmed by concerns. She at least provided some info advising orders were taking an estimated 7-14 days where as Kevin was like I don’t know I don’t have answers couldn’t tell me anything. Ella you are truly a blessing to this company. Thank you !!!!Previous review-Not happy at all. Bought my unit 1 year ago and have had several issues with it not working. First time my capacitor was bad and it took 2 days for them to come and fix it. A month later the evap motor blower goes out and again it took two days for them to come out only to tell me they have to order a part. The tech writes on my paper someone will be out the next day to fix it and wrote the time 12-5 on my paper. It’s 4pm so I call to get an eta and rep tells me he doesn’t know why I was told that and that I have to wait for the part to be ordered and tells me the manufacturer is not responding and some places are closed and they can’t make the part. No estimate if it’s gonna be 2 weeks a month a year. And they can’t do anything and they don’t seem concerned. Basically say their hands are tied and nothing they can do. Just take my $5000 then, this is not ok.

I called and the representative came Thursday; by 5p the next day I had a new AC unit. I also had the whole house duct cleaning. It feels good to have a new AC along with the fresh clean air. I did find my water hose hanging over my fence, from the guy cleaning the vents. Overall, I am also waiting to have a thermostat installed, the a.c. installers ran into a wiring issue. I am happy so far, with the quick, professional install of the ac unit

When our AC Unit died, we called USA AC Services (who had previously installed our other AC Unit which was damaged during Hurricane Irma). They promptly came out on a Friday, offered a good price based on our previous service and installed on Monday. They wore masks the whole day. USA Air Conditioning installed a new air conditioning system in my home in Davie and were outstanding. They were neat , clean and very professional. They checked every detail to make sure that the new system was perfect. I would give more than 5 stars if it was available!

I had the best experience with two of the most professional and knowledgeable service technicians!! James and Eric are the best!! They entered my home wearing their masks, and never removed them even though they were both very hot. USA Air employees are awesome!! My ducts were sanitized, my filter was changed, and James even cleaned the vents! Wonderful 4th!

Currently I am unhappy with this company. For years they have served well in cleaning and maintaining my AC. I actually switched from their competitor to them when I needed a new AC installed. However now they have canceled twice on their agreed upon maintenance appointment. I was asked if my AC was working okay, and advised theyre only doing emergency appointments.I asked to speak to the owner and was told theyre never here. Pretty soon my routine maintenance appointment is going to turn into an emergency appointment if they dont do their agreed upon maintenance. Ill update this if I hear from the owner and they actually show up to do the maintenance we were promised during installation.

Buyer beware. This company just wants your money.I’ve been waiting a month for all the problems they caused to be fixed. Now I have water condensation dripping from my vents and range hood. Do your homework and don’t get taken for $7700 like I did. Ac was fine. I only wanted my ducts clean but the salesperson said one of my 2 air handlers was going to go bad soon. So I went with his recommendations. Waiting for a response to fix problems I never had until this outfit started working at my house. Get a second opinion like I should have. Shame on me.

I had some issues with my A/C where it was leaking and pretty humid in the house. Eyal did a good job at explaining some options for cleaning my ducts and the unit itself. I had one issue the next day and they responded super fast to resolve it. It now works better than ever and the price was affordable with financing.

Stay away they are a bunch of liars. I was promised $150 rebate by sales person and rebate was confirmed by customer service agent a month later. I called again today to find out there is no rebate. Unprofessional at its finest.

Eyal was extremely professional and most of all honest. Even though I needed a new AC he didnt sugar coat the state of my old system which I appreciated. The service was excellent and I can feel and smell the difference with the new system. Service was professional, and very timely, a one day turnaround.

Do not pursue any business with these scam artists. The ad prices are a flat out lie. They push prices twice as much as the market and then sell a maintenance service for usd550 for 5 years that doesnt cover for anything. I had to make a coil and blow cleaning, the technician gave me an estimation of 600usd which is twice as much as I was budgeted by another company, when 8 called to cancel they told me by it was covered by my maintenance insurance, so I accepted the service. The technician failed to come on the first day stood me up 8 hours, then they told me they needed to rebook for the next day, on the next day he came 4 hours late and charged me and when I explained I was told this is covered by the insurance he and his manager on the phone simply ignored it and told me there is not such a thing and threatened to put a lean on my home if I dont pay. Then attempted to take out the gas of the AC. I am looking to have this company needs to be investigated for criminal misconduct against the consumer.

They were quick to supply me with an estimate and within the next day they were cleaning our air ducts and replacing our old AC unit with a brand new one. They gave me an amazing price and the tech that came out was very polite, not hesitant to answer all my questions, and left behind no damages or mess. I would definitely recommend USA Air Conditioning Services to anyone. Our new AC unit is up and running like never before!
