I called them to see if they could fix my wall unit, the man said yes and to text my address. I did. He texted something back I didn’t understand so I texted back asking what he meant. No answer. He had told me on the phone someone would come by between 3-5. When no one showed up I called him and he said that they didn’t fix wall units. He argued with me so I hung up. Will be finding someone else……..update, he allows me back and came over and worked on the unit so hopefully it will work better now

The owner is a true professional!!! In a time of need, on a Sunday, he responded within an hour. He quickly diagnosed the problem in my outside unit as a faulty compressor. In addition to being professional, he was honest and affordable. Not a big company trying to nickel and dime you. He replaced the compressor, filter dryer, and replaced the Freon. My A/C system has been struggling to keep up with the hot temperatures here in Florida. Last summer the A/C unit would run continuously throughout the day resulting in my electric bill being $450/month. My electric bill was high and my house was still hot, I just assumed my house was not efficient. I decided to call A+ ESC Air Conditioning Services to see if they had any solutions to make my system more efficient. I took the specialists advice and did the complete A/C tune up. It took them about 3 hours to do the job and I immediately could feel MORE COLD AIRFLOW coming from the vents. My system had never had a complete tune-up for almost 7 years. It was disgusting! The coils were covered in black moldy gunk which was limiting airflow. I decided to use them to insulate my attic as well. Great work all around! My electric bill dropped $150! Evens was the name of the specialist, he was very knowledgeable and thorough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Prior to A+ ESC coming out to my home, I had 3 other companies in the Fort Lauderdale tend to my AC. Of all the AC companies that Ive dealt with, A+ ESC is by far the best. I called about an AC leak issue and Evens came out in less than an hour!!! With no hesitation, he was at my home in an instant. Evens is a quality professional who not only knows his craft, but also educates you on the root cause of the issue. He is fair and kind and I did not feel that he was pressuring me to spend a lot of money. I highly recommend this company; the 5 star reviews are all true!

Excellent, honest company. As you know, the AC business is full of scammers. Always trying to sell you products you do not need. Evens from A+ECS came to fix a repair that our past company said would cost $18,000. Yup. $18 THOUSAND! The system is only 2.5 years old, installed for $5K. Evens identified the problem right away and said he is was not here to sell us stuff or rip us off. He was only interested in doing the job right.. He was honest and said the repair would be $1,100 for a new coil. The previous company must have damaged it. A+ECS came wearing PPE, and was clean and thorough. We signed up for their maintenance plan. Finally, a company we can trust.

They told me it had to be over 100 degrees outside to be considered an emergency. I called Evans and told him my problem and that my 80-year-old mother lived with me. Due to her medical issues, I didn’t want to wait till Monday or Tuesday (it’s already incredibly hot in South Florida). He called me back in less than 30 min and was here in less than 2 hours. After doing a thorough inspection, he gave me a written estimate. His price was fair, as a matter of fact, I’m going to have him back to clean my ducts and handler. I will also have him come once or twice a year for preventative maintenance. He was thorough, professional and fair.

My A/C went out on Saturday evening around 6. I had called 4 other companies that said they closed at 8 pm, 11 pm or were 24 hour service. Three never returned my call, 1 24-hour service company gave me a Monday am appointment. I called Evans at A+ ESC and he responded immediately. Called them for duct cleaning but not sure how good they really cleaned it. Didnt even look inside the ducts with a camera or go in with the agitator. Just attached a vacuum to the vents.

I called this repair vservice to fix my AC unit . Tech. Came out told me the unit was just dirty and needed cleaned charged me $200 to clean the unit. It still wasnt working . I called him back the next day he came back and told me it would be a day or two before it started working right after the cleaning now iv been without a AC for over a month now and Im our the $200 I paid for the repairs I am very disappoint with the service
