They did a great job! They installed my air conditioner back in 2012 and came back today (2021) first time since then, have not had an issue until now, and for AC maintenance… They were outstanding customer service back then an even better current day! Very professional, very clean and neat, attention to detail and extremely knowledgeable! I highly recommend this business for any of your air conditioning needs!

I have used this company twice. Both times they were right on time,the technicians were very nice, very knowledgeable, knew exactly whatthe problem was and fixed it quickly and got my system up and running again, and at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend this company if you are having problems with your air conditioning system.

Service would be better if they came when scheduled, or called to notify customer that theyre running late. Twice, theyve given me a time window, and then did not show up. I understand that unexpected circumstances arise. But some customers cannot afford to wait at home all day for several days just to get service.

Advanced Air Systems installed my new A/C, which required some follow ups to reroute drain lines and after 2.5 years the unit stopped cooling. Tech came out, incorrectly diagnosed the issue (claiming compressor needed to be replaced), and after calling every day it took them 4 days to provide a quote for $950 for a $225 fix I got done by a different A/C company.Advanced Air left me for 6+ days without a working A/C despite daily calls to schedule repair. And they incorrectly diagnosed the issue and were going to charge $950 for something I didnt need replaced. Unfortunately you get what you pay for with this company, and despite good prices for a new unit, I dont feel they are a reliable or knowledgable A/C company and would not recommend.

Absolutely AMAZING, was in a bit of an emergency with my AC Ducts leaking through my ceiling . Chase was absolutely fantastic, on time , professional, explained everything he was doing . Cleaned up everything. Air Conditioner broke over the weekend, spoke to Advanced Air on Monday, Arrived on Tuesday to provide quote, signed contract and he ordered the new Rheem at that moment to be delivered to their warehouse on Wed. Install appointment scheduled for Thursday, 2 workers arrived on time and completed the work the same day. They work efficiently, cleaned up their work area, and disposed of the old unit. I would like to recommend Advanced Air Systems as an honest and reliable HVAC Contractor. I used Advanced earlier this year to perform routine maintenance on my seven year old central air system, Advanced quickly answered all my questions and provided me with a complimentary no strings attached quote. Needless to say, I was happy from the start. Following their initial inspection, Advanced suggested a full system tune-up rather than replacement; which saved me a couple thousand dollars. My AC is now blowing ice cold and working great. Thank you Advanced for extending the life of my system and saving me money.

Advanced Air Systems has done work for me both professionally and personally. Most recently they installed 3 commercial sized units on a warehouse I own. I have also referred many customers of mine to them as well. Each time they have delivered. The service I have received has always been EXCELLENT. We all know price is important which they are very competitive but to me the customer service and the QUALITY of work done has been tremendous. I just purchased my first home so my AC not working has been my first issue ever. I immediately was nervous hearing how much this could run me from others I know. In these 95 degree days, it was overbearing as well. I called Advanced Air Systems based on the reviews and they didnt disappoint! They took care of me in the same day. An elementary school went down and became an emergency which held them back but they STILL came after hours in the rain. They had to go up to my roof to fix it and happily did so within 30 minutes. It was a small part that they replaced for a REALLY great price. I wasnt expecting to come out of it for less than $500 and I thought that would be a good day! Ill definitely be recommending them and using them again. They know what theyre doing.

I had Advanced Air Systems install a Mitsubishi mini-split air conditioner in my master bedroom. The installation was perfect and the installers were on time and very nice. Additionally, Since I only had to run my new super efficient A/C at night and not my whole house central A/C, my electric bill went down by almost $75 per month!!

I had a lot of questions about air conditioners when I called Advanced. Scott and Donny were able to educate me on the best ways to maintenance my AC to keep it from freezing up over the summer. After a system flush and tune-up from Advanced, we have not had a problem since and our home is ice cold. =o)

After the experience mentioned below - I did receive a call from the VP and later another call from the marketing mgr to express concern and rectify the any issues moving forward. I would say I am pleased to move forward from this point on September 2, 2016.I called them on Friday, June 17 for a service call since my ac/ was not functioning.They came out and diagnosed the system and made a repair for $185.00. On Sunday, June 19 the system was not working again. I called and they come out again on Monday, June 20.When the bill came and I saw two charges - one for each visit. I called the office and explained my dissatisfaction and ask for someone to get with a manager and get back to me. No one ever did.When I today called back again as a follow up - I was told that the second visit was a clogged drain line and that they considered that a different problem. I ask for a supervisor and was given to a Scott. He was cold and rude. He explained to me again it was two different problems.I was not happy with his explanation and suggested that in good faith as a new client, a resident of Wilton Station and a realtor that they forgive the second fee of $140. He stood his ground. I was only when I lost my cool and raised my voice that he said he would take the $140 off the bill and place me on a do not service list ! Seriously ! This is not white glove service for a company that wants to service Wilton Station !As an owner all I knew was the system was not working. To me the first visit should have been a complete unit evaluation to determine what problems existed and fix them. I should not have had to be inconvenienced a second time for the system not working or have incurred a second charge only two days later for the same a/c unit.

We bought an A/C unit and had vent work completed by AAS. They did a amazing job and our A/C works great. They showed up on time and completed the work without making a huge mess.

TERRIBLE! Paid 270$$ to have our system fixed. System broke again 2 days later. Called them back, they sent the same man out again. I asked before he came in the door if we would have to pay for this visit and he said NO. He looked at the system for 15 MINUTES and then said you need an electrician. I asked again to confirm that we would not be receiving a bill from them. Again he said No. Guess who received a Bill for $140 for this man doing NOTHING?! We ended up hiring an electrician who told me that it was an AC problem and there was nothing wrong with the Electricity going to the system. Ended up spending $5,000 on a NEW system. Called up the company manager of AA who said he didnt know why his employee had told me we didnt have to pay, but he agreed to cut the bill in 1/2 to $70. I was then harassed by the company to pay $140 for the next few months. Ended up paying the $140 to stop this company from affecting my credit. Crooks. Do not Hire them. If you want the job done right the first time, without having to deal with their employees learning curve or being drained of cash look elsewhere.

My wife and I were in the market to replace a residential 2001 vintage(12 year old) Rheem Seer 12 Scroll 3 tonne air conditioner. This replacement was being done proactively for several reasons: 12 year old age of system, system was noisy inside the house due to the nature of he air flow and installation configuration, Spring time often has manufacturer discounts, we wanted this done before the summer heat, another Rheem unit failed last year before i had a chance to change it out proactively. Over a period of several months of research we had decided to purchase a Lennox seer 21 system. At that point I wrote up my specifications and found 3 Lennox dealers all who came out to our house, reviewed the situation, and supplied a quote. Two contractors supplied we felt fair and well thought out quotes. The 3rd contractor was from Mars. At that point Advanced Air Systems jumped into the favored status because they were low bid after the other contractor could not lower the price.Then came the installation which in our case was a 2 part effort. Removal of the old system was phase 1, after which I rebuilt the interior closet space, followed a week later with the install. Since this work was performed in the spring weather of Fort Lauderdale, the A/C absence for a week was no problem. Two men worked a full day to do the install and 4 men came the next morning to complete the install which I suspect Donnie the supervisor felt was running long. I was interacting with the install team to be sure my requirements were met, so I may have extended the system install time. But the install team handled my interruptions without fan fair and a can do attitude. I am giving a rating of 5 stars to Advanced Air of Fort Lauderdale, and 5 stars to the Lennox 21 seer system installed. We are totally satisfied with AA. I hope management over there at AA can keep the team performance this high consistently, no easy task I suspect in the A/C contractors business.
