Went to pickup a boat trailer from Nolan, item was not accurately described. Was not told about issues that made it a trip from hell. Cannot comment on shop itself.

I had gotten an oil change here and I was a Victim to the negligence and incompetence. It was two months later my low oil light had come on. Roght as I get into to work minutes after the light had come on my engine had died. Not turning on just clicking. I have it towed to ford to have the master mechanic at ford tell me when the oil was changed there was a stick screwed into the seal of the oil filter causing it to leak. $6800 dollars later and a new engine on a 2016 I was basically stuck eating the cost as he says I can’t prove where the stick came from. DONT EVER GO HERE! THE OWNER IS A SCAM ARTIST AND I HONESTLY DOES NOT KNOW GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE.

The mechanic is wonderful and they did what I needed in a timely manner I needed to get home and back to work asap !!

Zero stars. Dont bring your vehicle here. The ace mechanics there forgot(!) to tighten the oil plug during the most basic task... an oil change! The plug actually fell OFF the vehicle while driving, causing all of the engine oil to rapidly drain. Ooopsie! Any reputable service station and dealership would have have taken responsibility and made the issue right. Not these guys. Not only did they not take accountability for shortening the life of my vehicle, but they ripped off my 16 year old sons $50 he paid for an absolutely botched oil change. They refused to give him his money back. What a joke. Did I mention that they ALSO didnt tighten the spark plugs after I told them they needed to check the compression, after their negligence allowed the oil to drain from the engine? Cost me another $500 to have a real shop fix the blown coil. Thanks LB! Do yourself a favor and bring your vehicle to a dealership or anyone else you can think of. They are obviously inept and the owner refuses to assume liability for his business failure, hiding behind his insurance company.

I also experienced a botched job, got a coolant line fixed and they broke a cam sensor that was right next too it. Owner said it came in like that! Wouldnt even start, and when it did it backfired! They tried to let me leave the shop like that. Had to argue and made to feel like it was completely my fault. Aparently in the end I only had to pay for the part $100... I found the same part for far less. Others have had issues there as well. Myself and many local friends and family have stopped going there after that day.

Great bunch of guys; they do quality work and have always fit me when I needed it.

Took my car in to get a leak fixed. So replace a hose. well when i got my car back it wouldnt atart and they broke some sensor that made it act that while they were replacing the hose. They denied that they broke it and made us pay to fix it. I would never recommend this place, they lie and rob you. Very disappointed in this place.

Personally I will take my car to LB before I go anywhere else. I can trust these gentlemen to give me an honest answer to every question or problem I have with my vehicle
