They literally bent over backwards to help me, I am from out of town and the engine of my RV was un fixable requiring a new engine, and even though I decided to opt to not fix it, they still were helping me with finding a way to get my stuff home and gave me a ride to go pick up my little cargo trailer I had to leave up in Jefferson. They went above and beyond for someone they probably wont get an opportunity to see again since I live in Michigan. If this is how they treat a one timer, I can imagine they treat their regulars well, too!

A week ago I bought a Lincoln MKX. Ive driven it 200 miles. Today I had to bring it back in because there was a light burned out that I had realized when I got it home last Saturday night. Saturdays are the only day that work for me to bring it in as I work the same hours as the dealer. Today I brought it in to get fixed, and thankfully they fixed it free of charge as they should. When I was almost home the change engine oil soon 5% remaining warning came across the dash. I was on the phone again with Kay in Service, wonderful lady to talk to by the way, and she assisted me through resetting it over the phone. The fact of the matter is that I bought a used Lincoln, and my original review was a 3 star from the dealer buying the car, now its down to a 2 star for my overall experience. These are little things, such as a burned out light and a resetting an oil change warning, that I shouldnt have to deal with after owning the car for 1 week. My overall is I didnt receive any thanks for buying the car. There was nothing special about the process. But anyway with todays experience, Im not sure who inspects the used vehicles but its pretty frustrating when you have to shell out that much money for a used vehicle and within a week 2 things werent addressed correctly when it was getting reconditioned. I just hope nothing else was missed.

Job was done quickly, service staff was great at getting a hold of me with an estimate before the work started, and detailed the work that needed to be done.

These people are the very best. 5 minutes after I first walked in the door, I knew this was the place I would do all my business from now on!

I had been researching Navigators since December. I located several “near” me that grabbed my attention. I was also watching a small dealership about 500 miles from me in WI. Suffice it to say, I made the drive from Kansas City to Fort Atkinson, WI to trade in my 2015 Toyota SUV. Zach, from Griffin Ford, took the lead from my e-mail inquiry. He was easy to work with, professional and responsive. He and his managers worked out a trade in value on my existing vehicle and I setup an appointment to make the 8 hour drive. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the sales manager, who knew who I was based off of my Toyota. He informed me that Zach was out sick, but he improvised and put me in touch with Eric after a short wait. Eric handled the finances and after a short sales pitch for extended warranty’s, GAP, etc, I was out of there, driving back to KS. My total time in the building was approximately 1 hour, which was more than acceptable to me. I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely make the drive again.

I would say my experience with Griffin Ford was overall slightly below average to what I would have expected. Certainly not exceptional nor overly poor, just average. Pleased with the vehicle I purchased and thought price was fair enough. I would say the one weakest part of the whole thing was communication and lack of follow-up on questions or requests. They had the vehicle I wanted in my price range and I would only go back to them in that same exact circumstance.

I made my appointment via the app; didnt get a confirmation text, but when I showed up they were expecting me. Kay, my service advisor, was extremely helpful, and José did a thorough oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. Then they pinpointed what was wrong with my key fob - and fixed it. Yay! I used the auto center not the dealership itself. But the staff was fantastic. Very knowledgable, kind, and were quick to make the extensive repairs.No messing around with them. I got a very detailed summary of what was done, even though it was under warranty. It’s nice to see the break down! Will take my car here if needed in the future.

I was in town for Thanksgiving and happened to stop by just to check things out. Was in the market for a very specific truck and they didnt have it. While driving through saw a truck that I thought could potentially be a good fit for my mom and figured we were together so would take it for a drive. Dustin happened to be walking the lot and casually approached asking if we were interested. Typically I dont like salesman as I am one myself so recognize all of the BS but he seemed extremely genuine and just interested in helping. We took the truck for a short drive and in the end just couldnt justify purchasing it at the time. Dustin promised to follow up later in the day as we were still thinking about it so sent me a text to which point I said we were not interested and hadnt really been but just wanted to check it out. Very short and casual texts and that was it. After thinking about it all of the next week I decided it would be a good fit for me and ended up purchasing the truck. The reality is Dustin was the only reason I ended up purchasing the vehicle. While I did want a truck I was not in desperate need of one. His no BS approach and the fact that he was respectful about me not wanting to purchase to begin with was a huge reason I went back to buy it. To be clear prior to stepping on the lot I had no idea who this person was and spent a total of about an hour and a half with him but Dustin is the kind of person I would want to buy a vehicle from and would come back to purchase one from again.

Great service fast clean and friendly. Treaded like a human not a number. Went out of there way to acomadate me with a truck for a loaner when I need it so my life didnt have to be interrupted while my truck was being serviced. Thank you again.

I was looking for a new Expedition Ive had a 97 and was currently driving a 99 that was about to take a dump on me.I compared tons I even drove two hours to see a certain one for another place to tell me on the phone they had it only to get there and they didnt.The Fort Atkinsons dealer was about 35 mins from me so I just made the drive instead of calling and from a distance before I arrived I could already see the expedition nice red color really stuck out.Dennis approached me asked if I wanted him to get the keys or if I was just browsing I asked to see the keys and ended up driving it.I told him to the point what I wanted and said I had done my research he didnt give me any kind of run around just straight to the point on all his responses.Never hurried me to make a decision and the next day I drove out with a 2019 Ford Expedition fully loaded everything and i paid around $5,000 less then another one just like it with more miles that was local to me.If you want a car with no hassle go see Dennis Mitchel I have always been a Ford guy and have purchased several cars from Ford but also will continue to do so more now.

Very disappointed with the experience at Griffin Ford, we purchased a vehicle that was to include a rebate that was later denied by them. Then they lied to me saying it was Ford that denied it. When contacting Ford I discovered it was up to the dealers discretion to honor it. Since posting this the owner of Griffin Ford contacted me, after some discussions, there was some miss communication as to what happened and the owner worked diligently with ford to rectify the situation. Purchased car when it was Havill Spoerl. With that said, I have preferred customer package allowing me oil changes / tire rotations (pre paid when purchased.) Last time I was here they did not rotate tires stating not enough tread so they couldnt rotate tires. Was told today my plan expired but they will honor it until complete (two more oil changes and tire rotations)Updated Edit: Recently took auto into body shop for insurance claim repair. Maynard and his crew worked directly with me and my insurance company start to finish making everything seamless. Contacting me with each and every step of the process.

They were able to fit me in the same day I called (which was lucky on my part as they were mostly booked up for weeks!), and I was in and out with a new battery in an hour. Great service and easy to work with!

I brought my car in for an oil leak, and I wanted them to fix it because it is still under warranty. They said nothing was wrong and charged me for just checking it out. 2 weeks later I take it somewhere else and they say it is very much still leaking oil. I don’t know how their service team missed an oil leak on an axle.

My wife and I purchased a 2019 F150. I was impressed with the dealerships observance of Covid-19 protocols. I was also pleasantly surprised that there was zero pressure to purchase and additional coverage. It was of course offered, but that was it. When we said no thank you, the finance guy (Dusty) said OK and moved on. He was very friendly. I have had sale managers make me sign papers saying I was refusing all of the upgrades. Being a Wisconsin dealer, I was worried I was going to have to deal with the Illinois DMV, but they were all setup to get the paperwork done. Our salesman (Zac) exceptionally personable and very helpful. Again, I am extremely impressed with this dealership and hands down best car buying experience in my 40+ years of buying vehicles.

Ive been to other Ford dealerships before and this one even for the used vehicles seemed way overpriced. Some of the vehicles had more than 200,000 miles on them and were still jacked up to $40k-50k+. Just seems insane compared to the other dealerships Ive been too. Definitely will be going somewhere else to make my purchase.

Christian in the service department is great! We had our Fusion towed to Griffin Ford for a transmission linkage problem, and she found a recall on that very item! So no charge, not even for the loaner. Whew!

Had a roller coaster experience that ended well. I just want to share a what a fabulous staff this dealership has.... they are top notch! Friendly, down to earth and a pleasure to work with. Ive visited this dealership twice in the past year. The first time was to have my Chevy Equinox detailed. I was unsure if they would work on a Chevy and they said no problem bring it in! They did such an AMAZING job on my car and even let me rent a rental for the day while they worked on it. The next visit was this past Friday. I had just sold my Equniox and had yet to purchase a new car... so I needed a rental immediately so that I could take care of some business... Called up Edgar in the service department and no questions asked, he said yes, I have a car come on in. And he did... He rented me an awesome Ford Focus at a time when I really needed the help and the rental process was a breeze!!! And another member of the staff, Jesus was also super generous is providing me a ride home after I returned the car. Arrived at the dealership with info on 3 minivans. Was approached by a salesman who showed each one to me. Decided on one. Purchased it and before the ink had even dried, as I was leaving the lot, noticed parts laying on the floor. Asked the salesman what they were, he got a service guy to look at them. Two parts were from the repair they had to complete before we would buy it. The last was an esthetic piece of the floor. While I was looking at the floor I noticed 2 more parts of the seats missing. When I asked him about them, first they attempted to claim that there werent supposed to be any. Then when I showed him the area where they were supposed to be attached, he told me not to worry. He would take care of it. Never happened. I had to spend my time and money to find the parts. Wont buy from there again.
