Me and my husband were looking for an upgrade for a small SUV to fit our new daughter coming soon. Lindsey helped us at first and was so attentive and nice. She wasnt pushy at all and seemed to really be interested in what we were looking for. She then reached out (after we walked away that day) and gave us what we wanted after talking to her manager. She then was not able to help when we went back due to being off and we were helped by Billy, who again was amazing and attentive. Both very personable and kind people!Only reason Im giving it a 4 is because the finance guy, who was also nice, didnt say anything about gap insurance when selling us the warranty so we didnt know about it until signing the paperwork. But still, great hospitality by everyone we came into contact with.

Amazing Customer Service.We Purchased a Santa Fe from here and has a wonderful experience overall. Called about a car on a Monday, let them know I wouldnt be able to come by until that Thursday to look at it.Confirmed that Thursday morning that I was still coming by and they told me theyd see me later.Got there, was told I was set to meet with Jeff. He had no idea who I was or what car I was talking about, came back a couple minutes later and let me know the car had been sold.They called me 2 weeks later to ask if I was still interested in coming by.I understand that they cant hold a car and wait on a maybe, but wouldve appreciated being informed it was gone so that my and my Stepdads time was not wasted. The sales manager Dan Durand was very rude, talked over me and wouldnt let me explain my issues. HORRIBLE overall experience.

I have now had my car a year exactly from Randy Wise Auto Mall and in the beginning the experience was great and Dan was a great salesman. Although now after a year of having my car it has been in the shop every month since for something different. It has been more headache than not and if it wasn’t for having a loan on it I would sell it back and go somewhere else. They say they did a thorough inspection before selling it, but after everything that needed fix there is no way.

I had such a great experience at Randy Wise all thanks to Joe Cantu! I began speaking to him months before I purchased a vehicle from him. I gave him my comfortable price range which he later was able to fulfill. When I first began talking with Joe my credit score was not the best, he encouraged me to work on my score and check back in with him in a couple of months. He could have easily sold me on a car that I would later not be able to afford, but instead he was a very honest man and had his best interest in providing me with a payment I was comfortable with. I later was able to increase my credit score and we began shopping for my first new vehicle. He spent a lot of time shopping around for my dream car in my price range. If I didn’t like one thing about a car, he’d continue to send me more based off what I wanted with no hesitation. Joe was extremely patient with me and I felt like I had his full attention. He would reply to my emails and phone calls very promptly regardless of how many silly questions I had for him.Joe made car buying so much fun!My sister also bought her first car from Joe and had such a great experience as well.If you are looking for an honest, patient and comforting sales man- Joe is definitely your guy!

Let me tell you this guy name Aaron Great!!!! I would every car from him if I could. He is super nice and he got me into a Great SUV. I give him 10 stars across the board.. But other guy name Garret Cook was something else. We signed and I O U. for the end of the month (26-30th) and he started calling me on the 9th and he never turn in that I had insurance. And he was calling me from his cell phone. If you sign a paper statement I’m good until the day that we signed for. I wouldn’t work with him at all. Then I went back in there with my family members and he was loud because I didn’t want to deal with him and he kept walking pass like he wanted to say something. But my family members got a good person like Aaron and we are both Happy with are SUV. Thank you guys again. ❤️

I would give zero stars if possible. Working with Randy Wise Automall was one of the worst decisions of my life. I went in and bought a car when I was 19, I had a poor credit score but I had money to put down. They had me financed through a shady financer, Santander Bank, when they say if we cant get you financed no one can they mean it in the worst way possible. I am now included in a Multistate Santander Settlement due to their poor practice. Not only that but 2 months after I got the car one of the engine cylinders had combusted incorrectly causing multiple holes in my engine, there was a recall on my engine and I was never notified. They told me it was covered in warranty but didnt allow me to have a loaner car that I had paid for in the warranty because you have to be 21 in the state of Michigan to use a loaner car. Every time I talked to them nothing was done, I was without a car and my engine parts were on backorder for 3+ months. They only listened once I got a male relative involved to speak on my behalf, they realized that since I was the only one on the loan and held my car insurance myself that they in fact could give me a loaner car. A few months after getting my car back I was having numerous problems, I was in there service center every two weeks, leading up to my engine that they had just rebuilt being totaled, they told me I could either pay $6,000 for a used engine or $9,000 for a new one. Being to my wits end I took the car and had it looked at by another mechanic. They fixed my car and afterwards spoke to me that the people who had rebuilt my engine previously had made some mistakes (which was why I was constantly in their service center) and would have been better off replacing the whole engine. I have poured thousands upon thousands of dollars into this car that isnt even worth it. I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from here.

I had a noon appointment (on a Sat) for a recall on my Sonata. I arrived 10 min early. They had my car inspected & I was out by 12:15! They didnt to do the recall. The lady that checked me in at the service counter was super nice!

Getting oil changes and such, not so much.After buying 2 vehicles, and recently had an incident happened on the dealership side of things with our vehicle, I moved my three star down to one star. GM or service department manager will not return my calls to fix the most recent issue they caused. AVOID the service department if at all possible.This review was posted, response was given that someone would contact me about the issues and here 2 weeks later, still no call from the company.

Being retired and having never purchased a new vehicle for myself I was scared to do everything online and over the phone. Adison walked me threw the whole process and delivered the car right to my house with a full tank of gas. The individual who assisted me did a phenomenal job with customer service originally. I was scheduled to pick up a new vehicle after coming to Randy Wise and being there for hours. I was asked what would it take to walk out the dealership with a car that day. I shared the monthly note was too high. I was asked to go for a test drive while the staff ran the numbers. Upon returning I was eventually told that I test drove the car that I would purchase and it was probable the car wouldn’t be available over the next couple of days.I was asked to drive the car home for the weekend to finalize paperwork. I declined that offer because it was unnecessary to me but I was excited to move forward. I received an e-mail the day of my pick up stating the car I was coming to pick up was sold and no longer available after I was confirmed with a pick up time. I was told by the dealer that he would look into finding additional vehicles and he apologized to me for the inconvenience but would be I touch in with me. I never heard anything else. I even sent messages with no response. Weeks later I received several notices from financial services departments indicating I was denied due to multiple reasons. I was very unclear because everything was set up for pick up and now I’ve heard nothing from the dealer and now multiple mailings which were inaccurate. The same week of them selling the vehicle I went to another Lincoln dealership and selected a car. That same day I had selected a car and discussed with that dealer to come in and pick it up and I did! Randy Wise Flint has some interesting dealings. I wouldn’t recommend shopping there.

They stole my radio. Screwed up paperwork three times. Said they would fix the paint, stopped answering calls. Got a call a year later, was told Id be called back, still no dice. Worst place to buy a car. Id rather go to rpm. Luckily theres better places than both.
