Had a blowout on I 75. Called Westown towing. They showed up and said he could not help me. My wing nut would not release and he was not able to get the jack out. He said sorry and just left me alone on side of expressway. Called Double K &S towing. Adam showed up and did everything he could to make me safe. He had all the tools he needed. Had his own jack. Very kind and professional. Would recommend this company as a first choice. Great service. Price quoted was $40 less than Westown. Adam got a good tip.

I had my HHR towed from the spot it broke down, it was on jacks I I told him Id come get it down off the jacks and he said no need he had it. Well needless to say he just pulled it right off the jacks and in the results my motor is now not any good due to him cracking the block. I have pictures and videos of this young mans service.i will never use this company again. Even when trying to talk to the owner he denied it but I have all the proof I need especially cause I was just at my car a half hour before he got there and there was nothing wrong what so ever other than needing a new starter . Already spoke to my lawyer .

Driver was awesome but they robbed me blind lady at office answered told me 60 to tow my vehicle I was charged 99$ to be towed 10 miles in flint a man got on the phone accused me of trying to get over they didnt tell the driver they told me a price very rude and nobody is on the same accord robbery at its finest i have never been charged this much to be towed in flint call anyone but them

Damaged my vehicle during towing then wouldn’t fix the damage. Better take pictures of your vehicle before they touch it.

Double K&S Towing went above and beyond to help me out. I locked the keys in my trunk of my Mercedes. The first tow truck driver, came and unlocked my door. Being that it’s a Mercedes, the security system wouldn’t unlock the trunk. So they called another tow truck out and researched all options to figure out how to unlock the trunk and reset the security on my Mercedes. Then they had to jump my battery in the trunk. They didn’t leave until my vehicle was started and I was safe to drive home. K&S Towing is a family owned business and they are really stand up guys. I’m really impressed with their level of commitment. Most companies would of given up. They really looked out for me and I am so appreciative of their level of professionalism and making sure I got home safe without damaging my vehicle. Thank you so much.

Great business and towguys

My car broke down on the side of I-75 today during some rough traffic, Im talking engine smoking and the whole kit and caboodle, horrid mental break down ensued. Not only was the man I spoke to on the phone patient with me but he was very nice. Got my information and had a truck to me in less then 10 minutes. The fella who helped me today, I believe his name was Scotty was wonderful! He made me feel so much better about the entire situation and made sure to double check location before we left just so he knew where he should be going. Got to our house and took care of everything. I couldnt have asked for a better company and group of guys to help me out when I was overly stressed. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience this morning with this towing company. Of course my tire goes while Im on the highway when it is dark and raining. I had a very short wait, roughly 20 mins, and after deciding just to haul my car home, the bill was very reasonably priced. The driver, whose name I missed-sorry, was very polite and patient. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again if need be.
