Back in December 2020, I purchased a vehicle from Kearsley Auto on the corner of Carpenter and Genesee roads in Genesee Township. Its now June 2021 and I still dont have a title. It turns out that the title application was submitted with an incorrect VIN. Thursday, the salesman assured me that he would call Lansing on Friday, and then call me and tell me whether or not he got to speak to someone. I received no phone call. I did a simple VIN lookup online. The VIN they applied for isnt even a valid VIN. Shouldnt dealers double check that kind of thing before selling a vehicle? The bank where I got my loan is going to raise my interest rate to 18% if I cant show them a title. I cant get my vehicle registered. I cant get my license tabs which are due in a couple weeks. I dont know what to do. Apparently, its my problem. UPDATE: I finally got my title at the end of August 2021. The law gives dealers two weeks to apply for the title. Mine took eight months. But to get that I had to file a complaint with the Secretary of State. The SOS investigator found multiple instances of similar issues. Even after that it took another month and further threats to get them to act. Throughout this ordeal, Several people contacted me to say that they had or currently were experiencing the same thing with this dealer. I hate to see a local business have issues. But I wont be returning to this dealer.

Well-Cary Harbaugh is (NOT) a friendly person ! Called to ask a question about one of his cars, and got a (RUDE) response-he even told me to stop by and see how tuff on was. STAY AWAY !!

Upon arrival no one was at the door the facility was locked I approached what looked like to be one of these service mechanics in the parking lot next to a vehicle I had asked them for a telephone number in order to speak to someone about purchasing a vehicle on the lot the person that look like a service mechanic gave me a fake text now number and I was very dissatisfied I would not recommend anybody ever go to kearsleys Auto sales to purchase a vehicle also it is the one thats located on Raleigh Lagrange and Covington Pike they are horrible and everything they do

Me and my husband bought a truck from this dealership. The owners are extremely professional and eager to help. Which is refreshing. I love the truck and with any used car, we expected to have to put money into it. What I did not expect was having to put hundreds of dollars into it just one week after the sale. $600 to be exact. Which is annoying because major stuff is already going wrong with the truck before the license plate even arrived in the mail 😒 I did like the experience but I feel kind of ripped off at the same time.

Offered to pay top dollar for the car they had for sale, $2000 over the going rate, in exchange they offered 1/2 of what my trade was going for wholesale. Reluctantly accepted deal, brought in trade. A day later they tell me my speedometer did not work. I took in possible solutions to fix the suspicious issue. The speedometer worked fine when the trade was brought there. Two days later I see the vehicle I was going to purchase out for sale again. No call, no can you come up with another trade, no can you put more down, nothing! Took back my trade, and OH MY GOD A MIRACLE the speedometer worked. I ran a business for over 20 years. Not only did the situation appear shady, but the treatment of the customer was extremely poor. I have to drive by and see my vehicle out back for sale, with out any notice there was trouble with the deal. REALLY? Would never recommend to anyone.

Great people. I brought my car in expecting to replace my catalytic converter for $800-1600 per the check engine code. Turned out to be a broken bolt between the engine and converter. With the diagnostic and fix, oil change and a few other things checked out $150! Saved me a boat load of money! Good folks!!!
