Rafe went way, and when I say way, I mean way out of his way to help me! He was amazing! I brought my car to Midas after another retailer damaged my car. He not only made sure it was fixed but helped me hold the other retailer responsible for the damage they caused. This was such a stressful and overwhelming experience for me but thanks to his help, he completely removed that weight off me when he didnt even have to. Working in customer service myself, I can say this was probably the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you Rafe for helping me!!

My coolant fluid light came on as I was travelling North on a girls weekend. I stopped at Midas on Miller Road. Rafe, the store manager, was so kind and filled my coolant fluid after my car was cooled down. He would not take my money for his service.I would highly recommend Midas on Miller Road. Their customer service was excellent!

The Mechanic himself was one of the sweetest mechanics Ive ever met (The older white gentlemen)... However I am upset with the price I feel a little take advantage of. Especially since I got 3 different quotes from other places stating that I was over charged here by a lot. I had a feeling to begin with that I was being over charged because all the parts for my vehicle are very cheap.

I was out of town and ended up with a nail in my tire. Called them first thing in the morning and they were able to get me in right away. So glad. Spent about 1.5 hours there but it was a comfortable waiting room and everyone was nice. They even gave me some headache medicine.

Very good service. They got me in within an hour of calling. Other shops asked me to leave the car for a few days. Midas took care of it that afternoon.

Had work done here before no problem. New manager and staff and now I am out over $5,000 with nothing to show for it. After little to no communication on the status of my truck I was told it was done and ready for pick up near the end of closing. I show up wait an hour and after they said they had it running for 30 minutes to clear out the smoke the bring it out to me I go to start it a puff a smoke comes out the hood and I never move an inch. Now the manger Wraith tells me it must have been broken before and that I need a new motor. They ran my motor for half an hour and now I need a new one and it’s somehow my fault. STAY AWAY!!!! I called corporate and they weren’t much help either now I had to buy another car just get around.

Michael was very professional and they were extremely fast to rotate and balance my tires. Plastic was put on my seat to keep any oil off! I really appreciated that kindness! I would definitely recommend this business!

I knew I needed a purge valve sensor for my 2012 chest cruze, $150 dollar fix. They told me I needed a new intake manifold and a new rear wheel bearing, said that my wheel bearing was grinding, which was both a lie. They tried charging me $2,000 for all of the work they recommended. Would not recommend this rip off place to nobody on earth

Worst experience with a car shop that I have ever had. They originally told me a certain price that I agreed on. When I went to pay, they raised it $200 without me knowing though. I was having both my catalytic converters replace, and the images attached show how they left wiring with zip ties done around the O2 sensors. Also, they literally left the passenger side converter sitting on my front drive shaft (see image and how the shaft actually has the marks from the converters contours)... so when 4x4 is needed, the converter is pulled and a grinding sound occurs. Lastly, the rear end of my mufflers pipe was broken after the receiving my car back, when it was not like that before. It took them 2 1/2 weeks for a job they said would take 4 days. I was taken advantage of and I am NOT happy with the work that was done. Midas Corporate should be more involved with this shop.

They have ways to help you save money. They have a small but nice waiting area. Offering coffee for the wait and a tv that shows different things. They go above and beyond for their customers... and the front cashier Noah has great hospitality skills thank you guys....

Found out that the manager had booked me in the same slot as 2 other people. Was told I was looking at at least a 2-3 hour wait to have my vehicle looked at. I didnt have the time nor the patience to wait that long and asked them to reschedule for another day and time.

Made an appointment for an oil change for 2p and dropped the vehicle off around 1:30p, was told it would take about 45 min. Came back around 2:30 to check on the status and the vehicle hadnt been pulled inside yet. The manager didnt seem to have any cares about the timing he provided and disappeared into the shop area, then left in his truck and wasnt seen again. Finally got the vehicle taken care of and out of there around 4:10p. If you need an oil change, just got to ANY dealership if you want it back in a timely manner. F#@% the Midas touch. Never again

Had some exhaust work done here. After picking my car up my check engine light is on. It wasnt on before I left it with them. Cant say a lot because rhis is still unfolding. Worst experience ever encountered in a long time. I arrive there at 11 and ask for a quick oil change I specifically told them I’m in a rush the guy promises me it will take only 10/15 min. 50 min later they haven’t even started on my car. Wasted my valuable time waiting like a clown. When this could simply be avoided.

Slow to serve, when techs show up for work.

I was told I was next in line to have my car serviced, they were just waiting for a bay to open up. I was the only person in the waiting room for over an hour. Two others came in after me, two bays opened, and both were given service before me. I was then told once I got in, the shaking in my vehicle was caused by out-of-balance tires, when it was clearly an engine problem, which I stated when I first arrived. I was then told it would be $90 to diagnose any engine problems. That would have been nice to know before I waited more than two hours before any service...RIDICULOUS! Long story short, three hours for balanced tires...and NO problems solved. Never again! Why is good service so hard to find?

We were experiencing issues with our trucks front wheel vibrating, wobbling, and grinding. At first we thought it may be something brake related, but it turned out to be a loose axle nut. We were about 3 hours away from home and basically out of options. We called around to numerous shops, and ended up limping the truck over here. The manager at this shop went well above and beyond to help us out when nobody else would. Hes an asset to this store. Very down to earth. If anybody needs work done on their vehicle, and theyre in this area, Id highly recommend this place in a heart-beat.

They will break things on your car to charge you more. I own a 2016 300s and a 2015 200C. Our cars are newer. They put the wrong mirror replacement on our car 3 times Damaging the side of our car. They also miss diagnosed both vehicles after we paid $100 per car to have a diagnosis. They never applied the $200 dollars to the services completed as promised. WhenI requested they put my car back together and remove it from the grage they explained to me it would take an hour an a half. When i became upset and threaten to call the police because this was the 17th day the car was in service after they supposedly completed the work the cars rotated out approximately 4 times both of our cars. We paid $1183 on a rental alone while the cars we being fixed. When themaster mechanic removed the car to park it out front he rammed the car over a step and smirked as if it were an accident. The car was done in 10mins We have contacted corporate the franchise has not taken steps to correspond with our complaint when all of this took place both corporate and the finance company both agree the business is very unprofessional and the finance company has had several complaints in regards to this particular location. Due to the fact they are a franchise and not a corporate store the complaint and compliance process is different. Went in to see about getting my headlights replaced and no one acknowledged me for ten minutes. Even asked the guys in the garage and they said they didnt know where I could get help. Someone was supposed to be up front. Money is tight right now. Ill give mine to people who appreciate their customers.

Definitely recommend if you are wary. I’ve been sitting here for about an hour and I’ve seen them wipe down the waiting area and every customers keys and pen they use with some kind of cleaner. Michael will answer any and all questions before service starts. I also feel “safe” or comfortable coming here as a woman and they treat me no different than any other customer like some shops. Jeremy was my service tech that performed my tire installation and lug nut replacement and all seems well so far!

Pretty impressive for a Mechanic to keep his word with getting a repair done the same day, despite only having two people on staff and someone going home sick. With this whole global heath issue that’s happening I’m still able to get my car fixed so I can get back and forth to work. On February 17 I had a battery replaced by these frauds ! Charge me over $280 to replace the battery in my daughters car, then stated it needed an alternator, their price was too high so we sent it to one of our friends that owns a local shop that is a master mechanic. Come to find out the $280 battery I put in her car by Midas Was never actually done. The best half is I paid him in 2016 which we still have all the records for. Its still in my car do not do business with these people they are frauds

Would recommend this place for service. Went in for a muffler repair and was immediately greeted warmly by Laura/Lauren? From there although the wait was a bit the service from Mike and especially Curtis had the car purring like a kitty when I left.

I went in for an Oil change and michael quickly set me up, got my jeep into the bay, and had Jeremy work on it. They quickly informed me that my tired needed to be rebalanced and about a few other issues with the car. All in all it was a great visit and Id recommend this location to anyone :)

I had a appointment for 8:30am I was here on time my car didn’t get pulled into a bay until 12:30pm My car still was untouched and when I walked out to see what was going on a guy would walk up to my car like he was working on it but was actually just eating his lunch. I would of left had I not already paid half down the day before. I’m really irritated that’s it’s 2:10pm and I am still waiting for my car to be finished. And to think the labor they claimed is required cost just as much as the parts!!Update: it’s 3:13pm and they still have my car in the air!! They have lifted and lowered it several times and the mechanic still has been eating his lunch and walking around 😡

Customer service was ok at first, think they are just under staffed. Had an appointment set for Sat to get my vehicle LOOKED AT. Thats it just looked at, no fixing anything yet. Vehicle sat in the parking lot until Monday afternoon when we finally went back up there. They had just pulled it in and still hadnt looked under the hood, but did do a quick peek before we left. Couldnt tell me anything other than it could be 3 different things, which i already knew. Hate giving bad reviews and i dont think this is a bad shop, maybe bot enough staff, maybe they over scheduled, not sure but this was not a good experience. I understand theyd have needed more time to diagnose, but with two small children and an appointment scheduled for Saturday, couldnt leave my vehicle just sitting past Monday when they still couldnt guarantee a day that they would have it looked at.

Michael was the tech who handled my issue today. Took a huge weight off my mind with a relatively simple fix. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very impressed. Will return when I need work I cant perform myself.

Mike and Curtis are life savers. I had a serious issue with my car where It wouldnt accelerate. I wasnt able to get the car to shop it was sitting down the street where I left it and Curtis went and got it and had it fixed within 2 hours. I couldnt be more grateful. Car issues are scary alone but having such great customer service gave me the peace of mind I needed in that moment.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have been ripped more times than I can count. I went in for an oil change and for them to check why my engine light was on. In the past checking any light was free. I get told what the issue is and I want to take it somewhere else because of their track record. When I go to pay it was $90 more expensive than it should have been. So I asked why it was so expensive and they said the scan was $90. A SCAN THAT IS FREE AT AUTO ZONE! But don’t worry they refund that money back to you when you get the issue fixed by them. So you’re stuck you can’t go anywhere else. The next day I take it there for them to fix it because I wasn’t going to throw away $90. They fix the issue and I leave. 2 days later guess what comes on, my check engine light! So they did NOT fix the issue and now I’m out $200 paying for something that wasn’t even the issue. Do NOT go here, I cannot stress it enough. Manager Coty is a joke and so is the rest of the staff.

These guys were extremely incompetent. One of their workers cross-threaded the studs on my front tire, then denied it, and tried to charge me $700 to change the entire hub!!Update: Midas is corrupt all the way to the top! I spoke to a guy named Kevin, who said that they werent going to do anything about it and that he didnt care. So when they posted something saying that they wanted to make it right, it was all for publicity to try to cover up what they have done to a poor working man. They, in fact, did absolutely nothing but waste more of my time.When Im wronged, Im very vocal about it, and I will forever bash the name of Midas, nor will they ever get one more dime of business out of me.

Robert and Michael did not turn me away from needing an oil change even though I came in nearclosingtime and checked a few other issues that concerned me? When finished Robert showed me the problem and gave me an estimate so I knew knew how much I was looking at for the repairs.my service was convenient, , and professional with with good people

Had my vehicle brought in to have tires rotated as well as a thorough inspection done on my suspension system. It was determined after tire rotation and inspection that bushings needed to be replaced at a certain price, to which I accepted. 15 minutes later it was determined that an additional 350 would be needed as the bushings could not be replaced themselves but the entire arm would need to be replaced. Whats the point of an inspection and a price if the price changes so drastically. I feel cheated wont be going back to this location. Thanks Michael 👍👍

Micheal is a great guy to talk to. Very professional. The mechanic seemed a little grumpy only because I had led lights on my rims and it made his job harder, but they ended up fixing the problem with my rear brakes and even welded my lights on. I would recommend them.

Stopped in for an oil change. They were very friendly and prompt. Had a few toys to keep the kids entertained. I could see what they were doing to my car through the window in the waiting area. I got a flat tire and went to first place on Miller Road. I met Mike and he was excellent! He promptly addressed my concerns and helped remove my tire from my car in the pouring rain. Service was free. Given that i work outside business hours that they are open, he generously prioritized the tire repair and ensuring everything was normal with my other tire pressures and tire censor system. Very friendly and attentive to concerns.

The service at this store was EXCELLENT! My vehicles brakes locked up on me over 1/2 an hour away from home at 3:30pm on a Holiday weekend!..I had my Son with me and not only did they have my car repaired and road worthy before closing but they also worked with me on price to not leave me stranded without gas money.Now I’m not normally one to ask or accept help. But what great karma on both sides. Good people. Will definitely be returning for more work.

I had a horrible experience at this location. I ordered run flat tires on tire rack and had them shipped here as they are a certified installer for them. Initial impression was great, was told I could drop my car off first thing in the morning and it would take 30 minutes to an hour. That was where the good experience ended, I dropped my car off at 730am and I didnt leave until 7pm and the work on my car wasnt even completed.Long story short, they told me two of my tire pressure monitors were broken and replaced them with after market parts when my car had just been to the dealership and they were working fine. Found out they had never worked on run flat tires before didnt get them on until about 4pm. They then couldnt align my tires and I drove home with it pulling to the left.I woke up the following day to a completely flat front driver side tire. I took the tire to the dealership and the work that was done on the car was awful. They broke the valve stem while installing the tire which caused my flat. their balancing of the tires was not like anything the mechanic had seen before and he was able to take multiple counter weights off. In all fairness to Midas, the inability to align was due to a seized rod which they could not do anything about.Overall, it was an awful experience and I would go back. There were 2 other people there late with me who had similar experiences and also said they wouldnt be coming back.

By far the worst experience I have ever had at a mechanic shop! I scheduled an appointment for 11 o’clock to get and alignment done and they tell me it’s going to take a hour to do. So I drop off my car call back up a hour later to see if it’s done they haven’t even started it. I’m like ok I get there busy so I wait another 2 hour they still haven’t touched I tell them I need it by 4pm it’s about 3 o’clock I get a call at 3:30pm saying it’s done I come get it and pay for it I take it home and while driving it home I can tell they didn’t even do anything to it they didn’t even touch it. Now I’m in here for 3rd time getting the alignment done. I would not recommend getting an alignment done here way to pricey for a front alignment and they can’t even do it right this company is joke and I’ll never do business here again I’ll take my business down the road to BelleTire.

Went in during the afternoon because I was hearing a rumble coming from under the car, Michael & Kane took a look at it and figured out the problem, cost to fix was very reasonable. Guys got me in and out same day & no problems on the way home

Worst place ever to take your vehicle

When I went to midas I was a bit nervous because this is my first vehicle also I dont know a thing about cars I kept smelling something and my check engine light was on Michael was very nice and understanding also very knowledgeable then he took my trunk run his check and told me its my muffler I got it fixed then he saved me a big problem because I thought my spark plug was loose that explained that rattling noise I heat. The tech I had was Kane and he did a awesome job I thank him very much cant thank him enough now my truck is quiet. Soon add very the money I will be taking my truck to them also i recommend midas for there prices and service. Thank you Michael 👈and Kane 👈very much😊
