They helped me think through the various ventilation options and were collaborative an engaging partners, sharing their expertise and helping to refine my vision into the perfect space.Both Mark and Denise were kind, honest, and easy to work with. This was their first cigar room, and they worked diligently to make sure it ended up perfectly, checking in with me to ensure I was happy with all of the work. Mark is a perfectionist and ensured all of the work was up to his standard. For any project coming up, I will definitely be calling them up again!

Hired Wallace Construction Group, to replace the siding on my complete home. The crew did excellent work for me. There were no hidden fees or misquoted items. They were respectful and professional. Mark and his team were great to work with. Mark took the time to explain our problem and how he would solve it. We had to have the brick façade replaced on our house. As the work progressed Mark stopped by to explain what they were doing and how the previous work had failed. The project started and finished on time with no hidden costs or extra charges. These guys were great. Great advice and design. I hired them to remodel my kitchen few months ago. All the contractors from the company were knowledgeable, kind and hardworking. Kitchen remodeling that Ive planned included new cabinets, new counters, new sink and some painting etc....The entire job was finished in a reasonable time and in a perfect way. Marc was honest, straightforward, very professional, had excellent customer service, and bent over backwards to make sure that we got the roof shingle brand and color we wanted, even though the supply chain was disrupted by COVID. Wallace Construction group and their employees have been easy to work with. They have accomplished all we asked in a timely and professional manner. Their workers were always considerate and helpful. I dont think any company could have done a better job of making the water damage disaster in our home whole again.

About a year and a half ago, we hired Wallace Construction Group to fix, replace and repaint some bad wood on our front porch overhang. Everything was taken care of quickly and looked great. Fast forward 18 months, and as everything settled, the column from the porch to the roof began to wobble a good bit. This, obviously, couldn’t have been accounted for at the time. It was just the natural course of things. To see if there was anything that could be done, I called Wallace this morning. Even though the work is well beyond the warranty, they were, literally, outside within the hour, getting the post all squared up and fixed in place! It was incredible. It was so refreshing to work with a company that is skilled, friendly, accessible, and stands by their work for the good of the customer. I highly recommend and will certainly call them when I need any construction work done down the road.

Outstanding, the quality of customer service and work performed was at its finest. The whole experience from beginning to end could not have been any better. From the estimate to picking the roof and color. Very honest and did not charge for materials that were extra. They also did not try to add anything that did not need repaired. The work was completed in a timely manner and the crew did a wonderful job at cleaning up.

The team was very professional and did excellent work. They were willing to allow time for additional work when extra repairs were discovered above the original quoted job. We decided to completely renovate our house and expand our kitchen and living space. We took the time to review proposals from 3 different contractors and ended up selecting Wallace Construction Group for our project and could not be happier. What made them different from that others was that Marc had vision. He could see improvements to our floorplan and layout that even we had not considered including adding a full 3rd bath and turning our guest room into a full en suite, not to mention giving us the kitchen of our dreams.The whole process with them was a very pleasant one regarding the planning, the contractors they worked with, the communication and the follow up on the scope. We stayed offsite through the whole project and every night we would pop over to see what had been done and the work area was always picked up, swept, and left clean and neat. It was amazing considering just about every wall in the house was either taken down or moved and even the ceiling was opened up. We started our project in February just as Covid hit and they still worked diligently. I do not think there were more than 2 or 3 days where no one was at the house working during the entire 6-month project, there was always someone there. Wallace Construction Group really strives for a high quality of work and it shows. When you are looking for a partner in building and/or remodeling your house Wallace Construction is a great partner. Nathan Mortenson is the designer I worked with for this master bath remodel. He was terrific--definitely capturing what I was trying to achieve. I would ask to work with him in the future. The craftsmen were exceptional, and the clean-up they did each day was much appreciated. They isolated the work area as much as possible and protected the rest of the house from debris, etc. The vanities I requested were very unique, so Wallace was the only company in which I had confidence to build these cabinets. I was not disappointed! I highly recommend this company.

Wallace remodeled our kitchen and laundry room. We could not be happier with the finished product. They arrived when they said they would, kept a clean worksite and finished on time. We even made a couple of major changes to the plans and they were still able to finish on time. From the design phase to completion, the entire staff was professional and competent. We would recommend Wallace for any remodeling job.

We had new plywood and siding put on our house and Wallace did an excellent job. Called this company for painting and backsplash quote and informed them I had the backsplash and paint. I quote “there is not enough profit in just labor we are not interested!” This was after she informed me they were a full services general contractor.

Called several contractors looking for estimates for a leak behind my vinyl siding, my front porch posts, and some exterior trim boards that had started to rot on my home. Met with a salesman with Wallace construction group and felt good about choosing this company due to their vast knowledge about the repairs that other companies were not as knowledgeable about. I have referred this company to three of my other friends and they have had outstanding results as well. Very glad to have had the opportunity to work with the guys, and I highly recommend them!

My house was broken into and I needed a complete door replacement done quickly so that my home would be secure and usable. Marc and his team were very good about communicating clearly what all the restoration entailed, came to my house the day after I called to start the estimating process, had the quote to me later that day, and completed the job two days later. The quality of their work was excellent, and the door is now much more secure than it was previously. I would recommend them to anyone!

The Sales rep was very knowledgeable but still very courteous and friendly. Answered my questions promptly whenever I texted or emailed him. The crew that came out to put the new roof on was done in 4-5 hours. I never got to see them but they came while was at work and cleaned up before I was home. I have gotten compliments on my new roof from family and neighbors. It was a pleasure working with Wallace Construction group , I have already recommended them to a few people already.

Marc and his team are the most professional remodeling group I have ever dealt with. They were always on time, did their work, never complained and made me feel like we were old friends. The work they did was A plus and very high quality.

The screen door that Wallace Construction installed for me lasted four months until it became unusable and potentially dangerous to open and close.Wallace Construction came to install a new back door and screen door for my house. We are very unhappy with the screen door that they installed for us, which started having problems after about four months. We did not misuse or abuse the screen door that they installed in any way. The main back door is installed and working properly which is the main reason Im giving them two stars instead of one.Once the screen door started showing problems, I notified them that the screen door was stuck and would not open at all. Denise made it very clear that they only provide a three month warranty. Marc made a courtesy visit to make a simple adjustment (which I appreciated the gesture), however, after this simple adjustment that he made, the door became worse and it appears that the wind blew the door open which made everything worse. The hydraulic hinge is now completely busted and the door is unusable and seems dangerous. It is very unsettling and I am concerned about my familys safety because of this screen door. I expect a new screen door to last longer than the one Wallace Construction installed for me, especially without any misuse.Wallace Construction didnt offer me any additional options for them to come out again to fix the screen door even though I was willing to pay for it.The screen door they installed had an 89% approval star rating from whichever aggregate review website so I suppose Im apart of the 11%.I will not use Wallace Construction again or recommend them to my friends or family.YMMV

Wallace Construction Group made our master bath remodel as smooth and easy as a home remodel can be. We have had a lot of other work done in our house with different remodeling companies and by far, WCG was the best. They are professional, courteous, and nice to work with. They covered our hard wood floors and carpet in the path of most use to protect and keep it clean. They vacuumed at least weekly and often more than that to keep the dust and debris at a minimum. The process from start to finish was smooth.Our designer was fabulous to work with. She drew up designs, changed them to get exactly what we wanted, shopped wit us, made recommendations when asked, otherwise, she let us pick out what we wanted and had suggestions with good reasons behind them if she felt like we were off track. Marc was professional, easy to work with and ultra organized. He gave us a full schedule at the start of the project so we knew exactly what to expect every day. It was never deviated from! We also loved that he did not start the project until all the parts that were ordered had come in. That way there was no lag time from demo to rebuilding.We just cant say enough good things about WCG, their team and the finished project. We would definitely recommend them and use them in the future. They do not disappoint!

Had an insurance claim that didnt meet the deductible. Wallace Group honored the quote and did a fantastic job that usually would take a full day, and completed in half a day. Professional and Friendly!

When we hired Wallace Construction Group (WCG) we hired them for their expertise and to be our advocate. But they only ended up advocating and protecting themselves. We chose Marc Wallace to complete a very large and complicated renovation of our home. We chose him initially because he seemed to be a man of his word with integrity, was knowledge in the field and could deliver a quality product at a competitive price. Marc seemed to thrive on finding his customers outstanding deals and got a thrill out of impressing his clients with these finds.However, our experience with Wallace Construction Group proved different. We put down 4% of the total project with the understanding that this amount would be used towards the architect and Wallaces fees. After our architectural plans were completed we met with WCG to sign off on the plans. At that meeting we were asked for 36% to start the project which we had no final costings or approved itemized budget. We told them we would not be putting more money down until we had a final bid sheet. We were assured this process would be completed with in 90 days. This is were communication started to fail. We were frustrated with how the communication between the parties was happening. In hopes to work through our frustration we reached out via phone and asked for a meeting to discuss our concern. We were told via email it would be 60-90 days before they had time to meet with us!! It was the height of their busy season and they only had time to talk to their customers that were under contract. They had money from us and we considered us to be under contract. But they did not.The unprofessionalism hit a new low when Wallace called yelling at us! Several attempts were made to calm him down as well as schedule another call but we were met with a text message stating all further communication was to go through his attorney. We were and still are perplexed by this turn of events. After processing through some of our shock we made the assumption that since WCG walked away from the job we would get a portion of our money back. Unfortunately, we were again mistaken as we were told that he completed what we hired him to do and wont be getting any of our money back. WCG did take 79 days to compile an incomplete bid; pulling out of the job just a few days shy of his 90 day promise. But we had hired him to remodel our home and this process was far from done.Claiming to be a Christian his actions certainly arent aligned with his word or beliefs. I would never recommend doing business with this company. We hope to save others from the same heartache, frustration and finacial loss we have experienced.
