Maximus beat another quote we had by about $2,400. Eric and his crew were very fast and efficient. He also thoroughly educated me and explained what was causing the water stains on our ceiling. After he finished the work, he showed me everything he did and has followed up with me almost everyday. Couldn’t recommend Maximus enough!

Eric Hunsucker was incredible. What a great service he provided to us in a quick and professional manner. I arrived at the house after work at 3:40 and the crew was done with the roof and was finishing clean up. We are very happy with the work performed by Maximus to replace our roof, trim, and siding. It was a very difficult job given our older house, but the attention to detail and quality of finished work was superb. The owner was on-site every day and was very quick to adapt to requests over the course of the renovation. We would absolutely recommend Eric for any exterior house projects!

Eric did excellent work at my home. He rearranged his other jobs to accommodate a tight project deadline for me. He was mindful of my budget in completing the work and his worker displayed great craftsmanship in building a new deck railing and repairing several pieces of cedar siding. The work was done timely, on budget, and with no mess left behind. Thank you, Eric! We plan to use Maximus Contracting for all of our future home repair needs.

The short story is, although I was happy with the roofing and siding, the fascia wrap is falling off the house and the owner of Maximus won’t fix it. He has verbally promised me four times that he will take care of it, but he does not show up, nor does he return my calls. After almost 3 months, I’ve given up on him, and I am forced to pay another contractor to fix his work. This is after spending over $20,000 with his company.

Owner was on site daily to ensure progress. He notified me early when he recognized the need for additional repairs. Highly recommend.

I first hired Maximus General Contracting on the rec. of my neighbor to install a new roof in spring 2017. The work was excellent & the workers were great.Because they did such a good job, I hired them to paint the exterior of my house (a pretty big job). & repair my deck. I would (& will) hire them again in a second. Everything was done top notch. The owner was great about getting back to me regarding my questions & concerns.
