We chose Plumbers Supply for our entire makeover of a condo with 3 baths and a kitchen. We received excellent expertise and service from both of the reps - suzanne and Kari. Their knowledge and advice was very helpful and valuable as we navigated thought the process. They have all the top brands and prices were competitive. Highly recommend!

When I went in to Plumbers Supply to place an order for a bathroom shower head and kitchen faucet, the person I spoke to was very knowledgeable. I was told that the parts would take 3 weeks to arrive. Two and a half months later, I still don’t have them even though I paid up front for everything. I’ve made multiple calls and received promises that they would check and get back to me. It has now been a week since the last promise with no call back. Overall, the parts were more expensive than the same parts on line and the follow up on customer service is terrible.

Ive used plumbers supply many times over the past several years for updating fixtures in my home (toilets, sinks, faucets, etc.). Each time I have received exceptional customer service & high quality products. The team is very knowledgeable and always seems to have my best interests in mind. Additionally, I have sent friends to see Kari and Suzanne in the showroom for remodel projects, and they were well taken care of as well. Highly recommend!

Totally disappointed. Went in to get a plumbing part. Was told the person who could help was gone on lunch. Took my number and said she would have her call me. Never received a call. When I called to speak to her, I was told she had left for the day. And would call me the next day . The excuse they gave was she was swamped. After wasting time thinking she would return the call the other plumbing supply place had closed Therefor I have to go the night without water. I even told them that I was currently with water, so I would of thought they knew it was important. Would of just rather they had been honest and said we cannot help you. I went there due to the fact that years earlier they had the exact part I needed. Poor customer service. Maybe if I was reminding the whole bath I would of got a return call. Would not recommend !!!!!
