Kristine Rochester (store manager) was awesome!! She did everything that she could to help me (even with her equipment not working right and dealing with other customers) and I left the store satisfied. Wasnt sure Id be able to get what I needed done, that day, but she made it happen. I am very pleased and my boys love their new phones. I wish all customer service encounters (at any store not just AT&T) were as pleasant as this one was. Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience at this AT&T store! We worked with the manager, Kristine & she went above & beyond to help us get exactly what we needed. We were opening a new account, porting over a number from Sprint & she made it as easy as possible. She made the whole experience so easy! Will definitely be recommending this location to others.

Service was good once we were waited on. Waited over an hour before we were helped. Only 1 person working. Satisfied with service upgraded phone and plan bill was actually cheaper than old bill.

Terrible customer service. The salesman, Jeremy, and manager, Brent, offered no customer service. Manager said we should stay with Verizon, when asked. Salesman stated AT&T makes him want to kill himself and crapped on them being a huge corporation. Neither offered help and took no responsibility for our issue. They both presented their store being somehow a separate entity from their warehouse. Completely unprofessional. Completely incompetent when it came to customer service. Had to drive 30 miles north, to the Levis Commons store, to have my problems resolved. That location has great employees looking to help and didn’t point fingers at the company they represent.

Jeremy is always awesome, most if the ppl there is pretty cool. I went in a cpl days ago and I think they hired a new lady , she was nice e, but didnt know her rear from a hole in the groun . And she said she would be right back and proceeded to help other customers while making us wait, so I went over to Jeremy!

Sales person did not care about my technical issues. Literally was on the phone with AT&T customer service in the store whom the salesperson dialed! Until finally a manager was able to come over and correct my issue after 30 minutes.

The staff who work here are super great! Was switching from Verizon and tried to do this online along with ordering phones. To make a long story short, the phones were sent to the wrong address, my billing started as soon as the phones were sent, which we never received, the customer service couldnt/wouldnt help, was hung up on twice, on the phone for over 3 hours with no results whatsoever, absolutely furious. We walked into this AT&T store , ready to really unload on someone for the awful treatment we had received from customer service, and Jason and the rest of the team bent over backwards at various times over the matter of a couple weeks to help straighten the mess out, get charges removed, and get us where we needed to be. Many thanks!

I came to this supposed AT&T authorized retailer store number 46968 to obtain service in October. Customer service was atrocious.I was in the store for at least 3 hours waiting.More people would come in being helped while I was left still waiting for my servoice to be set up.I was offered a 5 g plan for around 60 a month. The manager Ricky was training the employee that was setting up my service and constantly mentivoning his other plans.I was very unpleased with his arrogant and authoritative demeanor and the constant belittling and correcting.for example I had been in the store for hours and I had given out my social security number numerous times but when I was asked for it in front of other customers very openly I was uncomfortable and wanted to write it down or be more private. Ricky’s response was if anyone wants my information they can get it. Not to mention he asks questions that are invasive .Ricky even left the store before my service was done being set up even though he could of stepped in and saved me hours of waiting or he should of done more than apologize and watch his employee that was there struggle with the process. Nonetheless I obtained a new phone and new number. After a while I started noticing I wasn’t receiving messages or calling certain people didn’t work. Naturally I didn’t assume it was my phone.Time goes on and I get my bill I was initially quoted around 70 my bill was over 120 dollars.I called AT&T and demanded away to lower the bill and set it up to be paid on a better date with an approximate total I was quoted around 80 dollars again. Also being told that paperless and auto pay were 10 dollars each off the bill.Before having to call again on another occasion I was informed that I wasn’t getting messages and phone calls for months.The representative informed me that paperless and auto pay are 5 dollars off each and my bill was still 100 dollars after being quoted around 80. Not only that but she had to tell me that I was charged a late fee while being signed up for auto pay. AT&T blantantly stole from me but gave me a 5 dollar credit back so it’s thought of to be not a big deal to them. I was also stated that I would get a new SIM card to attempt to fix the phone.I had to wait a week for a SIM card that was suppose to be at its destination the next day.Reluctantly I decided to go back to where I got the phone from. When I arrived at the Trenton ave store Ricky was there talking to what seemed like a friend I immediately told him I was dissatisfied with my phone and tried explaining what it was doing. He cut me off told me the customer service representatives lied to me and there is nothing he could do. He mentioned that he knows all the lies and he couldn’t do anything adamantly.I was told apple had to deal with my phone but I needed the reset and SIM card before I could take it to apple.He didn’t suggest calling anyone to see what could be done he didn’t try to reconcile for his rude demeanor or just his unwillingness to try and help me fix my issue.I even asked him to change the SIM card and do a factory reset on the phone.Ricky did not even look at my phone or attempt to try and help me.I asked for his name and store number he wrote both of them illegible on a card.From there I called back about then and spend over 4 hours on the phone doing a factory reset and SIM card change.The phone still doesn’t work properly.It was established that it was not the software but the phone.Also I was being told that people are taking these important notes but they are not. I was transferred to insurance whom said apple would do the warranty unless I whipe the phone clean and don’t back it up from my iCloud.Fed up I got to the AT&T store on Tiffin Avenue these people acted like they were listening jin the corporate store then they told me about a promotion for a free phone.They wanted me to buy another phone so that I would have a phone that day but I would of had a phone bill of almost 200 dollars plus a faulty phone

I had an issue with my bill that they messed up on talk to the so called manager robbie stroker 🤣at the Findlay Ohio Tiffin Avenue store he told me I dealt with Jeremy butz😅 its not his problem . Then I ask Jeremy how do I do 2way calling so I can contact customer service he told me he wasnt going to do that for me . Very rude will consider a different network for sure 🖕👋

My experience at this location today was absolutely horrible. The manager at the time that I talked with was unprofessional, accusatorial and impolite. He didnt listen and offered no solution to a simple request to furnish 2 speaker adapters that were not in the phone boxes when purchased. He offered no Solutions therefore no results. Stay away from this branch very unprofessionally run.
