We transferred five phones from Sprint/ T-MObile to spectrum at the Findlay branch in 205 Crystal Avenue. Customer Service advisor Carla was extremely helpful and patient with this process that took over 90 minutes. I really appreciate her patience during the whole process.

Tired of cable going up with nothing to watch, and tried over a year to have them update information in their computer. I got rid of cable and switched to something much better. I watch whatever I want now and dont have to pay $200 for nothing. Cable is a waste of money. Fire the cable company and go with a stick

This is a big corporation, but the employees are your neighbors. Like so many other businesses in town. People complain that they raise their prices. They start with low introductory pricing and it takes 2 years for the price to get at normal. Compare the quality of service to other providers and you will understand.

We had been trying to work with Spectrum online and over the phone for days but kept getting transferred and disconnected. We then decided to go in person to the Spectrum store on Crystal Ave. We are so happy we did, Cindy was so so thorough and helpful and was amazingly patient with all of our questions. We were able to get everything done we needed to, again thanks to the help of a very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable person.

Customer service is horrible at this location. Told them exactly what I needed and they came back with a monthly charge $30/mo higher than what the website quoted me. After some back-and-forth they finally came down in price, but still $5 higher than the price on their website. They refused to price match the site because they said it was wrong. So I left the store and placed the order online and now save $5/month on the same internet package. Bunch of crooks trying to screw over their customers, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Long line when I went there. Lot of people just wanted to pay their bill. It was almost an hour before I got out of there. Its hard for me to stand that long. Thanks to some ladies letting me set and they kept my place in line.

Even though people were lined up out the door to get the new digital equipment, the staff were pleasant and very efficient. They actually got people in and out in as timely a manner as their computers would go. Kudos to the staff at the Findlay Spectrum office, great work.

After calling customer service and being on the phone forever to change our service package we get to the Spectrum office to drop off our old equipment only to find out the rep I spoke with on the phone didnt process the changes we made. Needless to say I wasnt pleased. But the woman that was at the counter was so kind and helpful that i really didnt matter. She was friendly, knowledgeable and processed the changes we wanted quickly. Great job!!

However when it was our turn our salesmen was very knowledgeable and helped us exchange our outdated equipment for new upgraded equipment and helped us solve our buffering issues with our internet service.

My cable was $98 3 yrs ago and now it is $135 for the same channels. That comes out to over 27 percent increase when inflation is less than 4 present. And the only increase your office people could justify was the sports increase.. My bill has gone up $37 per month. For every million customers that is 37 million per month that is 444 million $ per year increase. And my TV reception still have issues and you want to charge me to come out and see why your stuff doesnt work. My net flix freezes they say it is internet and you say it is Netflix. Both of you charge more all the time for crampier service. So you make more money and the consumer just gets SCREWED.

Ridiculous!By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. When I purchased the service for internet I was clear that I only needed it for a month. I was then told to pay one month upfront and to return the equipment with the receipt at the end of the month and that no extra charges would be made. Fair enough, I do what I was told and I was charged for an entire month I won’t be using the service.Horrible service!

I deal with Time Warner in Bowling Green. If you GO INTO the S side Main St branch they are very helpful. Paying bills on line or phone was a bad experience. I have also taken the black box in and they gave me another one. Are always helpful to get my bill DOWN, and give me a better price when I say I MUST get it lower to have it pulled.

Stopped in to take care of my payment today and dealt with a kid named Michael. I have never been treated so rudely. I had a couple questions about my account, and Michaels condescending attitude made it very difficult for me to not tell him what I thought of him. Michael should not be in front of ANY customers with that type of service. Spectrum, this boy is doing you no favors at all.

The women who work in the office who have been there for a number of years have ALWAYS been amazing. They will try their best to get you the best bang for your buck. Not to mention, its nice to see a familiar face when I walk in each time to make my payments. If you have an issue, they try to remedy it quick instead of having to deal with the people on the phone and arguing because it it some over seas person who can not comprehend what youre telling them.

When they forced digital only cable, and you needed some type of box to go in every room the service became worse. Who wants to rely on a wifi tv box to watch tv. Connections fail of buffer. Interference is an issue is some neighborhoods . I miss just turning the tv on.

Im Moving and had to cancel my services. I began chatting with Ed, who was unable to assist me. Since he could not help me he gave me the direct number to the person who could so i did not get the run around. On the other end of that line was James, A very nice man who helped me with terminating my services. It was a very smooth process, and he did not try to convince me to stay, he actually listened to me and got done what i needed done.

They would not accept my modem because I had moved, and my service location was out of state. I had no problem taking it to the UPS store.The representative who serviced me cursed when I said my service address was out of state. He had Airpods in his ears the entire time he was servicing me. I found both of these behaviors to be unprofessional and rude.

Too long didnt read: Spectrum is greedy but the best offer in town.This company is highly corrupt on keeping its business plan to stretch out the use of old fashioned cable broadband. To the point where Fiber (up to 100MB) cables are ready for use in most of Findlays neighborhoods especially the newer districts. But Spectrum is not offering the service yet.Spectrum is the best offer in the area but Id say write a letter to the governor / mayor and express interest in starting a municipal fiber network. (Look up Chattanooga TN ISP to learn more on that kind of netwrok).In short, capitalism is not being allowed to run its normal course to allow competitive to fuel innovation. But luckily if enough of us complain to the government maybe we can get change.UPDATE: They did bring their fiber lines around due to pressures across the country to improve infrastructure. Youll pay a hefty install fee of 200 dollars for them to basically change a file to uncap your speeds. and it will cost you 110 a month. If you want a comparable price for a comparable demographic check out EPB internet in chattanooga. 60 dollars a month for gig internet. Ive petitioned the new mayor of Findlay to consider municipal internet.

I can not believe the overall poor costumer service these days. In most areas of Findlay there are only 2 options for cable/internet. Currently I have at&t and if you have an equipment problem you have to trust that the person you are talking to on the phone knows what they are talking about no matter where in the world they are. Then you have to do their work for them when they cant find their return. If you dont then they charge you for their equipment that they cant find.So fast forward and try to research switching companies. I have only one other option in Findlay and thats Spectrum. I had TWC before and I didnt like the price increases with less service (at&t U-verse increases about $10 a year) but the one thing I did like is with equipment problems I could walk in and switch out boxes and I was good to go.I walk into Spectrum on Crystal Ave today, greeted by 2 security guards (not greeted really but they did open the door for me), one guard told me sternly and said have your ID ready they will ask for it. My hopes of getting some questions answered diminishing quickly. I walk up to a stern CSR rep and informed her that I was looking to switch from AT&T and I had some questions. After less then 15 seconds I new she was not interested at all in trying to get my business. Matter of fact, the person who probably could of answered my question and how much it might cost was right behind her.Then I tried to find a local Spectrum telephone number for a last ditch effort of finding someone that might want my business but to no success.I remember years and years ago my dad talking about companies will grow, quality will decrease, and customer service will be almost nonexistent but there will be no real choice anymore.I didnt believe him then but he was and is correct.

Customer service reps are good...friendly ect........with what they have to work with. I got the new digital cable boxes on March 5th. TV watching since then has been pathetic. Have been a customer since 1981. No problems for 37 years. Now if I get to watch TV without problems Im lucky. I have had the channels not change, told by the bottom caption I dont get the channel but Im watching it. Service tech was 1 1/2 hrs late for the internet service.....when he left the channels would not change on the TV. The most often problem is please wait. When the TV is first turned on and while the program is on. Called the Philippines, Nicaragua, Texas and several other US places to get updates and the box reset. It would work......for a short time then back to the poor normal. Not sure what the answer is....except leaving this service......after 37 years. We could work out a deferred billing plan. If.....if....if I get a whole month of trouble free service, then I pay. That has not happened since March when digital service started.

I dont blame the people at this office necessarily, but I have had so many technical problems the last 2 years and Im finally sick of it. Every time you call an agent they all tell you different things. Ive been lied to constantly to keep my plan active. Ive randomly had services such as tv packages added to my plan without warning, I guess them hoping I wouldnt notice or fight it. You are a number to these people. They dont care about you as a customer. The helpline workers are trained to deceive you. Do not give them your money.

Im not typically the type of person to complain, but this was ridiculous.My husband and I came home from work last night and our internet wasnt working. We tried the typical restart and unplug - the service was still not working. So My husband called them. They told us there arent any outages in your area. He stated that we have 2 modems (one they never came to pick up) and the second one definitely worked when we stopped using it. It wasnt working. The problem was on their side with the lines. They told us someone would be over by 9PM to fix the issue. We received a call at 8:30PM asking to reschedule for 1PM the next day.Fast Forward to today - I was at my apartment by 12:30PM. No one showed up. I called at 1:50PM and asked if someone was coming over to fix the internet. The lady on the phone said the technician said my appointment was COMPLETED. Are you kidding me?!? Ive been waiting for an hour! She said she escalated a ticket and someone would call me within the hour to reschedule the appointment. Talk about a WASTE of my time. I received a call 45 minutes later and the person on the phone kept asking me questions about the modem - which I reviewed allllll of this yesterday with several different people. I have to explain this AGAIN?!? THEN she told me she would have to call me back because she had to call a different branch. Why did you call me in the first place? Supposedly theyre coming tomorrow at 8AM tomorrow.If you can avoid Spectrum, do it. I pay WAY too much for this.

Lied to get me out of Time Warner deal when Spectrum took over. The new plan (they called to offer this to me!) didnt even exist in their system after I called to complain that my bill did not reflect what they were supposed to sign me up for . Raised my bill to 3x what I was paying and said it must have been a new sales person who didnt understand their plans and couldnt do anything about it! I referred to the so-called recorded conversation when they signed me up and they said they would look into it. Nothing came of it so I cancelled my tv service and now pay for only internet what I paid for tv plus internet!

I can not believe I switched from dish that I have had for 15yrs to spectrum...what a joke!Its been 2 weeks now and tv has not worked right since it was installed. Between the glitches and completely freezing (and wont come back for hours) I finally got a technician to send someone out (faulty box she said) 2 days later someone comes out to replace the box(we thought) no they stated that the wiring was bad and needed replaced. For 15yrs the wires were ran the same way dish, and spectrum down the basement through the crawl space. The guy stated he couldnt fit in the crawl space (the guy before fit just fine and was much larger) I trust this company to send out people to know what they are doing and to do the job correctly. Well not today! I 100% believe this was the lazy way out. So the guy drilled a hole through my wall (not necessary) through the siding. Never sealed the whole to the outdoors and ran the wire at waste level clear across the house using black clamps and gold screws on my white siding(wouldnt want to bend of to hide it at all) not to mention he stomped all of my flower and decorative grass that was in his way. Knocked over garden decor and left them lay, moved stuff from my flower garden to the middle of the yard to get broken left that as well. To add to the situation he messed up in the house hitting wood he said so wire wouldnt go all the way in so he walked away from that leaving the wire and faceplate just hanging out of the wall(job well done) shall I keep going!!! Outside our line was then laid over an exhaust pipe that gets hot! He seen it, but stated he didnt have time tonfix it to call back in 31 days because if I called back with in 30 days they would ding him for it. So then I guess he is done (I was 100% done with this guy knowing I was going to call after the mess he has made here) he goes to have me sign and it must not let him he says oh now whats wrong it was showing a bad signal so he asked me if i could undo the coax cable in the bedroom (i did) he says wait you have another box where is it. He had me unhook the 3rd box, which must of been it. He asked me to sign and left it all like it was wired undone so looked like the line were clear. Great service Spectrum!!!!Well then I start calling. Iv got the run around all day. 2 ladies have stated it was a hazardous situation so they was sending a team out, then I get a call they dont have time today it will be sometime tomorrow. I asked for a time period, they stated they didnt know just sometime tomorrow. I call back because this is crazy, i have wires running and laying over exhaust pipes that the man was 100% aware of, and exposed wires in my home. I was told in my last call that the lady advises me to just wait till tomorrow if nobody shows tonight.WHAT A JOKE SPECTRUM IS!If I could post with zero stars I would have!!!

Had Time Warner Cable install our telephone, cable and internet less than a month ago in our new home and we have had NOTHING but trouble!! Numerous technicians have been sent out (never call first and never arrive on time!!) and one guy installed the wrong boxes!Had techs here Monday, again on Weds and tonight, Friday we no longer have ANY television signals!What a crappy company.....they cant do anything right!!!I wish I had never set up service with this company!!

Used to be Time Warner Cable, overpriced for what you get in my opinion. We went to Direct TV for our television but still use Spectrum for our internet. Way to high priced for crappy internet. Half the time it goes out for no reason. Call them and get the we have no outages in your area. If we dont have internet then it damn well IS an outage.

WORST COMPANY EVER. The only reason I still use TWC as my Internet provider is because there are no other companies around me. Im stuck paying for the Ultimate Internet plan which is like $90 a month for whats supposed to be the fastest Internet speeds they have to offer. Instead, Im lucky to have a download speed of 15 mps. I cant do homework online and watch Netflix at the same time and Im paying $90 a month? TWCs excuse was Radio waves interfere with the signal, and since you live in a duplex there is nothing we can do about it.
