Did a fantastic job on carpet that needed desperate help... Looks brand new. Second time weve used them, cant say enough how great they are !!!

I am very pleased with the service done on cleaning my car. When I first got my used car, it had stains and smelled very strongly of cigarettes. After Chem Dry finished cleaning, it smelled and looked like brand new. No odor remaining except for a clean smell. Excellent service that I will use again!

I have now used Chem-Dry Southern Indiana 2 different times and have been extremely pleased both times. Very professional, friendly and the work that is preformed is top notch. Josh has been our tech both times and he is by far the best... On time, professional, friendly and makes sure his work is the best.. He treated our jobs like it was his own home. He is a huge asset to Chem-Dry. I highly recommend asking for Josh.The cost is a bit more than most carpet cleaners, but you pay for what you get. I would not hesitate to call them again and again.

In my line of work its a hard thing to do to keep a schedule and Chem-dry has always been very helpful to work with any last minute changes. They have done a great job on the cleaning and the customer service is great!

First off, Patty at the office is a treasure. Shes always very accommodating. We use Chem Dryer for our apartments. Josh came today to do a common stairwell , that was in pretty bad shape. I checked it earlier, and its like we have brand new carpet. He did a fantastic job. We will continue to use them for our cleaning needs.

Josh and Will did a marvelous job on cleaning my carpets. They were very efficient, professional and courteous. The process was pet-safe (which was a major deciding factor for me to try them). They saved my carpets in the places where my fur baby had had a couple accidents. Thank you Chem Dry for being so prompt and a job well done. Highly recommend and will use again.

Now we dont have to buy new flooring! What a perfect experience. 3 years ago during the ice storm, we got a puppy. So three years later we said, its either new flooring or lets try getting it professionally cleaned again. Chem Dry was wonderful.. You should see it. Looks as good as the day the new carpeting was installed. Even got the nail polish I spilled many moons ago. The other people couldnt. And it feels so clean. No more accidents because the carpeting was treated with something that takes out the urine smell. Chem Dry is the Best company for cleaning carpets and also had the tile and grout in the kitchen cleaned. WOW! The team knew their stuff and it was all pet friendly, most important. They explained the difference in their cleaning machines and products. Genuinely excited about what they were doing. I hope you can tell how very please we were with Chem Dry and this is who I will recommend and will call the next time we need these services. Great Job!

Excellent work! I have used Stanley Steamer and other high pressure wet cleaning methods for years. After having troubles with stains returning a friend suggested this company. Their method of hot carbonated extraction cleaned so much better. As well, they work quickly and the carpet drys much much faster than the high pressure cleaning. A+ work with friendly service!

20 years of very satisfactory service is hard to find and Chem-Dry of Southern Indiana has provided that for us. Carpets are hard to keep clean living on a farm so I use this service regularly and have never been disappointed with the results. I’ve generally used Stanley Steemer to clean my carpets and tile and I have heard good things about Chem Dry. Josh the Technician that came out to my home was very friendly and did an amazing job. Chem Dry has won me over as a customer and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their floors or furniture cleaned.

These guys are the cream of the crop. I run maintenance and housekeeping for a large assisted living facility in the tri-state area and Chem-Dry is my go to for carpet and upholstery cleaning. We recently had a viral outbreak in the community (brought in from visitors) and had to have all of the common area carpets and upholstery cleaned prior to opening back up our facility. I scheduled with Patty several times but kept having to reschedule due to unforeseeable circumstances. She stayed in constant contact with me throughout the whole thing and never missed a beat. I ended up rescheduling probably six times in total and the guys were there ready to go and spent two days sanitizing every square inch of carpet and upholstery in the building. I cannot say enough good things about this group. Even for routine cleanings, which we also do, the results are top notch. The crew is very accommodating to our residents and courteous to everyone they encounter.
