Did air duct cleaning and cleaned dryer vent. When they left there was 3 clumps of dirt on kitchen floor in front of washer and dryer so I had to vacuum area (they used a vacuum to clean out dryer vent so why couldnt clean floor in front of them?). There was also dirt on the kitchen floor left by machine used in same area. I had to wash floor to get up. I feel this company should leave the area clean that they were working in instead of causing me additional work that I shouldnt have to have to do. They are a cleaning company after all!

Tyler did an amazing job. We have several cats and a big dog…which creates a constant battle with pet messes and smells. He was incredibly polite and took the time to explain a few features and options. He was even patient with my husband’s enthusiastic questions about the whole cleaning process (apparently he had never been home during the past appointments…and he was fascinated). First time using Stanley Steemer cleaning services. Scheduling appointment was easy. Bob called the day of the cleaning to let me know the serviceman was on his way to the house. Lance arrived promptly, and began steam cleaning our living room sectional couch. He worked very quickly, but we noticed when he finished and was putting away his hoses in the van, the back of the couch was not wet. I asked if him if he cleaned that section and he responded that is not something they normally do, but he would be happy to come back in and complete that for us. We have a pet Golden Retriever and being she sheds hair was the main reason we decided to hire Stanley Steemer. I would have given 5 stars, but being I had to ask Lance to go the extra mile, it kind of put a damper on my overall experience.

I’m honestly really disappointed with the results, the carpets look the same as before, just a little wet. Stains I can understand, but most every part of the carpet looks the same as it did before as if no dirt was pulled out. Not to mention the team was here 45 minutes before the start of the available window I had selected. I was brushing my teeth while they were bringing in the supplies… I appreciate them coming to do it but it was a waste of time for what I received. I feel they should spend less time trying to get to and from appointments and more time making sure the job is done with quality.

I had excellent service. Zach Dissey and Moses Hooks transformed my carpet and tiles, I could see my reflection on the tiles.I will call Stanley again for all the future services. They gave me a fair price.

Old carpeting is difficult to tell if it’s much cleaner. Three rooms only took them 30 min from set up to finish. We moved all the furniture ourselves. So I thought $146 was a little bit expensive for a 30 min job.

I called them about cleaning concrete floors, they came out and was supposed to do a quote and test run and never got back with me. Months later I call again about carpet cleaning and they were supposed to show up between 1-4 pm, and never showed then when I called the guy put me on hold and hung up on me.

Seemed ok. We wondered why the white blocks were not placed under legs? As in the past. We did not stay in room or check on this until he left. Not sure coffee table, end tables or exercise bike moved. We had taken everyhing else up or out. None difficult to move.The young man did have to go back to shop for a truck that worked. Maybe he was stressed on time.

Isaiah did a great job cleaning my carpets! I’ve used Stanley Steamer every few months for years not to clean my carpets and never had a complaint. They are professional, respect my home and my schedule and do a thorough job.

I spoke with someone on a Thursday regarding air duct cleaning. She couldn’t give me a price estimate but said we could set up an appointment for someone to come out and give us the estimate. Wehad it scheduled for a Saturday between 11 and 2.Stayed home all day with my phone nearby. No one came or called! Very disappointing Stanley Steemer!

Chris came out this morning, gave us an idea of what he was doing, knocked out our 2 rooms with the protect and all, definitely use them again.

Did not extract the liquid from the carpet in two rooms. Had extra fans in all rooms and still had to take bath towels in two rooms to soak up extra water in spots even after 4 hours of fans blowing on them

Carpet cleaning was good. I was not thar impressed with the chairs they cleaned. I realize a couple were pretty bad and maybe best they could get them but in that case I believe my bill should have been credited at least part of that amount .

The two cleaners who cleaned my carpets were friendly and professional. They got the job done quickly and it looked fantastic. I have 5 kids and almost all of the stains came out minus the things like nail polish and permanent marker. Pricing is low to moderate. All in all I highly recommend these guys.

Dont waste your time or money, find another cleaning company!!!Ive had them out to clean duct work, dryer duct, carpets, and to clean a mattress. They failed at it all. They somewhat succeeded at the duct work and dryer vent, but only after I called them back for a second visit.Forget the carpets and mattress though, I was able to get more stains out with an upholstery cleaner from Walmart. Also, after they left I was able to fill a small Dyson up twice. They said they would send a senior cleaning for a followup but ended up sending the same guy (awkward) but we got the same results. The carpets didnt get cleaned a second time because he said it was expected and I didnt want to argue at home with the guy. The lady on the phone didnt lead me to believe this was normal though....Just find someone else...please

Trevor and his other team member were very nice, they notified me of their coming arrival and showed up to do my cleaning job well within the window of the appointment time. They kept me informed at all times during the job progress and the results did indeed leave me with much cleaner floors. I did not give them 5 stars — and I do not blame the technicians who actually did the job —- due to the fact that I believe, based on the pricing of the total cleaning job — the ad on price of the extra cleaners — which were required to adequately remove the dirt from my floors — was exorbitant.

Next time I will request a non-smoker, or the tech should wait before coming into our home, if he has just smoked. We are a smoke-free home and it seemed odd to bring someone in our home to clean and deodorize who smelled so strongly of cigarettes that i had to spray deodorizer when he left. Was there same day I called. Very nice guy and he did a really good job. Only complaint is, there were some red stains on my carpet that he couldn’t get out. Having my carpet cleaned seemed to intensify the stains. Overall though, I’m happy with the results

I recently had a couch cleaned. I appreciated the fact that they called first to let me know that he was on his way. The couch came out clean but with a few spots remaining but to be expected since the couch is older and I didnt expect it to look brand new. My only complaint was the amount of water / soap suds that were left on my laminate flooring surrounding the couch. It wasnt just a few spots but drenched in water. It took 3 or 4 towels to clean up his mess that he made. With the amount of money that it costs to have a couch cleaned, one would think cleaning up their mess would be included in the price. With that alone, I may give another company a try next time.

Two very nice young spent 1 1/2 hours steam cleaning all my floors. — hardwood, linoleum and tile. They had a fan to help dry so the floors could be walked on right away. All the floors looked great. Very pleased with the job.

Called them for a client...Id say they did a decent job, not amazing, but the carpet was bad, absolutely no residual chemical smell but did remove the smell from the stain. They were very courteous, much better price than Stanley Steamer and got there quickly. I would use them again.

Cleaned 4 room carpets, furniture, and a rug; plus additional 2 rooms, 3 cleanings for a year, with 20% off other services. The workers have been great. They are professional, polite, and friendly. They will try to sell you additional services and materials, but if youre confident you dont need them, theyre not overly pushy.The moving/not moving furniture thing is a bit misleading. They will move little things, but anything that may be expensive or heavy they wont touch. I just move everything on my own so they can clean the most amount of carpet in each room. Theyre a large chain company, but if it was my company I wouldnt want to pay for broken furniture nor employee disability insurance, so thats what you can get for the cost. Dont expect them to move your bed, dresser, nor large end tables. Anything you wouldnt consider moving while vacuuming is probably the same for them. Not a deal breaker for me, but not what I understood the first time we ordered service with them.

They called me when they were on the way and they had 2 rooms done in just a few minutes and the amount of solution they sprayed was startling but again their vac system was able to extract it!

Made appointment on line which was sometime between 9:00 and noon. They called before 8:00 and said they were on their way which was great. Originally planned on having carpet on stairs and upstairs hallway done. But we talked about cleaning and regrouting tile floors and they said they could do it immediately. All the work was finished by 11:00 and it looks great! Price was reasonable. They tell you how much it will cost up front. All in all very satisfied.
