Ed did a good job on the services and kept me well informed by phone along the way. Tabitha was my first contact in the office. Shes been on board with TRCI for less than a year but she was great at understanding my needs and representing TRCIs services to me in a way that gave me confidence they could do the job well.

I recently had them clean my ductwork and they did a great job. Employees were friendly and willing to answer questions. I also use them to inspect and clean my fireplaces. Ed is awesome and has inspected every fireplace I’ve ever had!

TRCI did a fantastic job arriving at our home post haste where a water line burst and Inundated our laundry room and small bathroom . TRCI dried the walls and floor with state of the art equipment in order to prevent mold from growing in our walls and subfloor. TRCI staff worked hard to prevent mold from growing and basically saved us money. TRCI then oversaw and managed the effort to rebuild our laundry and small bathroom to its original appearance . The TRCI staff were very knowledgeable , courteous and hardworking and worked with our insurance company. They were on time, very polite and with me being a new fireplace owner.. they showed me how to use it! They cleaned it and they were quick and did a great job.

Ed and Larry were delightful (extremely nice--even played with my cats!). They were very honest about what did and did not need repairing, and they fixed my chimney on the spot for a fraction of what another company had suggested. A contractor recommended them and I will not hesitate to recommend them either.

The employees might be good, but the owner is a crook. Ive never worked with a more dishonest person. Id take my business elsewhere. Never sell anything to them unless you want to be robed, cheated, etc.

They don’t take Discover, don’t have online payments or autopay, don’t send an addressed envelope, and are very rude on the phone. They claimed to have sent a bill they we never received. Not a good experience. Their services were overpriced as well.

Had them come out to get an estimate and was told I would have it in 2 days. 2 weeks after I called to see about my estimate and was told I’m not a priority. Called 2 weeks after that and was told they will not be providing an estimate. I guess unless you have a million dollar home they don’t care about your mold problems nor you. Dude, disrespectful, borderline hateful is the best way to describe the women that answer the phone and I told her everything that happened to me.

Hired to clean house and dryer vent/ducts as well as paid an additional $100 for fogging of the house vents. Very happy with the first two, but not pleased w/the fogging. Felt it was a waste of money and time.

I called wanting a cleaning and inspection of our fireplace because we just moved in. They walked in and said, we cant help you because your fireplace is vent less. They charged me $125 for an inspection and I argued it down to $75. Never once when I was making the appointment did the employee say we dont do that kind of work. TRCI just took my money and ran.

Ed and Larry, the service technicians, are good honest people. They took care of our problem and did not try to up-sell us on services we didnt need.
