Sent several messages and called twice on getting my daughters New home carpet cleaned , only got 1 message back asking how many rooms and sizes of room , responded back with room numbers and sizes and still waiting for a response!!!Was going to use them because of it being Family owned Business and not a Corporate Chain and also from reviews on line , ended up renting a machine and doing it ourselves to get her moved in!!!

We have used Superior Carpet for all of our carpet cleaning needs for many years. We are a loyal customer because they do an outstanding job!Always on time, quick and efficient. We’ve never had an issue with too much water left in the carpets. They are reasonably priced as well!On our recent service we utilized their vent cleaning service. The prior owners of our new house had dogs. With pet allergies it does help to have the ventilation cleaned. Superior carpet did a fantastic job!!We highly recommend their services!

Very friendly. Came highly recommended by our Realtor. They did a better job than what we expected. Had a huge nasty stain in our rental house that they were able to remove. Saved us from having to buy new carpet. They were on time and did not saturate our carpet. The owners are very nice and the price was WAY less than we expected. Also, they have coupons on their FB page. We will use Superior again in the future.

We highly recommend Superior Carpet Cleaning! Our regular carpet cleaning company went out of business and I was really unsure of who to use moving forward. Its important to us that the provider not only provide great service for the price but that the individuals coming into our home are dependable, trustworthy and professional.When I sought input from friends, the overwhelming majority recommended Superior so thats who we called. I was able to schedule an appointment easily and they were out in the same week. The owner personally provided the service and was fantastic to work with! He was extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job on our carpets and brought an area rug back to life that I was ready to pitch. He arrived promptly at our appointment time and took extra time to allow our curious 2 year old to check out his work truck.Our carpet and area rugs look amazing and we are happy to have a new go-to company! We plan to have a couch done in the future along with our ventilation! Highly recommend!

The owner was very personable and explained what and why he was doing what he was doing throughout the cleaning. We have light colored carpet throughout our home and had traveled paths that had darkened some areas. Really liked how my carpets looked after the cleaning. I paid extra for the deodorizer because I have pets - it didnt seem to do the job so I probably wont bother wasting that money again. But the gentlemen showed up early and were very nice. Id recommend them.

They quoted $250.00 to clean my house then showed up 30 minutes late and tried to change price to $380.00. Watch out for bait and switch scam. Never call this company for carpet cleaning.
