The technician, Victor, is a very nice, professional man. He worked hard and was very thorough.

We had a toilet tank overflow in the middle of the night. We did what we could until morning and contacted Service Master first thing. They were at our home within a couple of hours of being called and immediately began assessing the damage. They removed carpet padding to save my brand new carpet; damaged ceiling drywall to save my brand new kitchen cabinets below the affected bathroom; removed bathroom floor tiles to dry out the still sopping wet subfloor; and set fans and dehumidifiers. They wore masks and shoe booties every time they entered my home. Darrell and Victor were very professional and kept me informed every step of the way. The office followed up with me after everything was cleaned up and shared next steps. I highly recommend Service Master.

The service that was performed at our house was removing all the insulation from our attic, due to a bat infestation.Bats had really made a mess, due to urine and feces.I called Service Masters, they came out right away.They gave me an estimate and said they could start in a couple of days.The crew showed up ready to work.They were friendly and very professional.The whole crew kept me informed during the whole operation (5days). The home office called several times to see if I had any questions.Amy from the local office was either here working or was in contact with me every day.I could tell the crew that was here everyday truly got along with each other and worked as a team.They all put the service in the Service Masters name. We had a water issue in our basement. Called the pros. Charles and Victor were prompt, professional and did an amazing job. If only they could hang drywall. Would recommend them highly.

Super friendly and great to work with. The 2 guys that worked on drying out our basement were prompt, friendly, and did great work. They answered all of our questions and if they didn’t know the answer, they found it out for us! Would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future if we ever need their services again!

The guys from servicemaster were great they showed up at my house at 6 PM and were there tell 1 to 130 am. On a Friday night. Turned around and was back at my house at 930 am checking things and moving fans around third day was Sunday and did there checks. On monday they came in as a team of three and started pulling base boards and flooring and probably put in 12 hours that day for the next few days they came back and forth to take readings tell Saturday. The guys were always in touch with me and letting me know what was going on.These guys were easy to talk with kind and very professional at any giving time I came in contact with them I would recamend this company to do work at my moms house and not worry about her safty.SincerelyScott Higginbottom

They came out very quickly and did a great job. They were very professional.

Came in to clean up after pipe broke and flooded house. Charged more to put fans and dehydrators in the house than the contractors charge including labor and materials to redo all floors drywall ceiling etc. They messed with my water heater that night it broke and leaked so they told insurance to make two separate claims now my insurance cancelled me and everyone charges through the roof to insure my house.
