Theres a reason this place has consistent 5 star reviews--because of their great customer service! I had an embroidery machine that needed repair. I brought it in and was immediately impressed with the staff as they were very knowledgeable about my exact machine. They gave me the cost estimate and a timeframe in which the repair would be completed. Both were spot-on. I felt they had great communication with me, and went above and beyond to help me with my repair.These days, excellent customer service is hard to find, but you will definitely find it here! I would recommend Queen Marys.

Google says they are open till 6pm on Tuesdays, their two signs on the building say they are open till 6pm on Tuesdays and their pre recorded message on their phone also says they are open till 6pm on Tuesday. However today 8-17-2021, a Tuesday I sat in front of the building for 20 mintues and the doors were locked, no one showed up and no message was on the door explaining why they were closed. No one answered the phone and the voicemail was full.

If you need you vacuum or sewing machine repaired, I highly recommend this place. If you need a new vac or sewing machine, again, I highly recommend this place. Good price, service.

FIVE STARS!! My cheap vac (that Ive only owned a year) stopped working and I decided its time for a good quality vacuum that will last for a long time. The customer service was great. With help from the salesperson, he gave great demonstrations, and uncovered my needs for my home. I purchased an awesome new Sebo Vacuum and its never been so easy to keep all my floors and home clean. Ill never go anywhere else!

Stop wasting money on the cheap all plastic vacuums from the big box stores! Spend a little extra for an American-made high quality vacuum that will last you 4 times as long as the cheap plastic ones. These guys know their products & provide that good quality customer service you sadly dont see very often. Even if its just servicing your current vacuum, they take the time to go over what you truly need done & wont try to upsell you on anything unnecessary.
