Update: The district manager called me today Thursday 2-4-21. We discussed what happened with my move out. He acknowledged how poorly the situation was handled and apologized for the inconvenience. He has gone above and beyond to correct the issues I had.Worst customer service ever. I attempted to submit a move out notice on Sunday 1-31-21. I never received a confirmation of any kind for the move out. I called the office on Sunday and was not able to reach anyone on the phone. I was trying to move out correctly. I moved out officially the following day. The office was locked and there was no property manager to be found. I was able to submit the move out request with no problems on Monday. I called the office and left a voicemail letting the manager know I was moving out. Today is Wednesday and I still have not received a phone call. I am getting texts about my rent being past due. Im moving our because this month they raised my rent from $58 to $76 dollars. The property is dirty and at one time my unit had a bad water leak.

Update: talked to district manager James and he made it right. Very cool.I have a storage unit that is 10 x 15 for eight years it started out at $75 it is now $185. The door has been broken for five years. By my count there have been four different managers at least. Good luck getting them to answer the phone or catching them actually there.

Good storage but they keep raising prices every so often an its a bit much.

Prices arent terrible but they make you buy a lock for your storage unit and even if you buy your own they put their sticker on it like its theirs. The latch openings are rusty and not super easy to open

The lady that answered the phone to answer my questions was extremely pushy. I TRIED to explain to her that I was about 2-3 minutes away and that my daughter kept calling me and I would finish my “order” once I arrived. She keptSpeaking over me which ultimately resulted in me hanging up on her. I almost went with a different facility due to her being so pushy. You may want to speak with her to let her know that she really needs to work on her customer service skills.The young man that was working at the storage unit itself was very helpful and very polite. I appreciate his help.

Had some questions about possibly renting a unit in the very near future and Chris was very helpful. He answered all of my questions and concerns promptly. Chris definitely earned my business and as soon as Im ready to move i will be renting a unit from you.

Public Storage has outdone itself again. Yet another great location. This is the speediest service I ever received to sign up. The hours are typical and staff is available 7days a week. Kenneth was amazing in signing me up. He was quick, left me without questions because he was very informative and most of all he was super friendly. The unit and location is very clean and organized.

Staff was pleasant to deal with and the access was good with a 26 truck..Dollar movie in promotion was valid and honored... Allowing for our short term need of the room to cost a total of 25 dollars..

I have been meaning to leave a review for weeks now and my point is that honestly, we are rather busy to be concerned of signing in to the google app to leave a review, especially one that is not so short and cliche. I hope corporate understands that when they are managing their employees. Despite all that, this is a safe storage place and good location. Pricing is reasonable. Location was a key. And all staff is kind and helpful. They probably do not get enough reviews though because, as I mentioned, and would be rather obvious, dealing with moving and all aspects that go along with it, the last thing on people’s minds is leaving a review, unless they are dissatisfied enough to do so. And so thus, I hope the consumer realizes that too, when they don’t see many reviews at all.

Appointment for 930, nobody showed up by 1000, left and found another storage unit.

Called in to Jolie and got prices.. she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products I needed. I will definitely be calling on her again if I need anything in the near future. Glad to see great customer service still exist

Rented here for 9 years. Expect a yearly price increase above and beyond the published regular rate. The last year I paid $74 for a unit they rent for $49 (regular rate) and they were going to raise it again next month to $81.

Came in today to look into getting a unit. The manager, Kenneth, was very helpful and showed me multiple units. It gave me a good idea about prices and sizes but I still wanted to look around. Just in case.

My fiance and I were looking for a storage unit that was convenient, easy to work with, and had good prices. We swung by Public Storage on Green River Road and found exactly what we were looking for. Robb helped us find the perfect unit for our needs and explained the fees, the specials they were running, and other things we might want to take into consideration (such as wrapping furniture and putting a tarp down to help ensure our items remain dry). He was a pleasure to work with and explained everything we needed to know for billing. We were in and out of the place within 30 minutes and got a great deal on a unit. I was happy to give this place our business and would recommend them to a friend!

The Public Storage location in my area, Evansville, IN, has definitely lived up to my expectations. The property is clean, well kept, and Ive never had any problems with my unit. I am always welcomed by a friendly staff and they are very helpful. Kenneth Starnes is one of the staff members there and he always makes sure I am taken care of. He is very friendly, always in a good mood and smiling, and goes out of his way to make sure my experience with Public Storage is exceptional. I will continue to rent my storage unit through Public Storage until I no longer need their services, and I would most definitely recommend them!

We needed storage for a short term situation we experienced. Everyone we spoke with at the facility was very pleasant and helpful. They had what we needed, when we needed it, and took a large burden off our shoulders at a time we really needed answers, not dumb looks.We would recommend them to anyone. Updating my review!I have been using this facility for 2 years now and Im super pleased with the customer service, especially from the man who helped me my first visit/and this last one!Kenneth S. is always extremely helpful with any dumb questions I have, he is super personable, and he helped me get my lock off my unit and replaced it in a timely manner.When I stupidly left my new keys on the counter I got a swiftly made phone call that they were going to be kept safe until I can come back and get them (since I left right at closing and was on my way home and didnt want to keep him longer, I got them a week later)

Its gated security makes me feel better about security of my things

The property manager, Kenneth, was very informative, polite, and gave us an excellent tour of the storage units. We will be shopping around before we decide, but we were very satisfied with his customer service.

I had gone online and reserved the unit i was getting. Within 10 minuets i got a call from them asking when i was going to be in to finish the process. When I arrived I was greeted in the best possible way and then received the best service i have gotten in a while. While I two other current customers came in and one of them knew exactly who they were. I was amazed and thought this is a great place to be.

I came into the store to get a unit and the prices didnt quite fit what I was anticipating. Kenneth was able to get me a unit at a price I could afford. He was awesome!

Expensive. Rent goes up each year. Update. They gave me a reprieve for a year but not are back at it again. Stop raising the damned prices. Time to look for a different place. There should never be price changing during a tenure.

Paid a few times at this location for my mothers unit on First ave. Ken makes it super easy and fast. Very friendly guy!

Reserved the unit online which saved me a great deal of money. I even had to change my date of service for the unit and when I called to change the date, it was changed with no problem! However, when I went in to pay for the unit and sign the paperwork, I was then informed that I had to have renters insurance (which is $6 more a month for less coverage than my renters insurance on my apartment) and had to purchase the lock. The amount I paid today was double what I was quoted online. This is a problem especially if you are on a tight budget! I do not blame the owners as it sounds like a lack of communication between the company and the proprietors. Tim was very nice and the paperwork was processed in no time. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a storage unit and would probably suggest to anyone to call ahead to check for any additional fees that are not stated online.

Tarrena is an excellent property manager! She has went above and beyond to try to resolve the lighting issue in my unit, but CORPORATE HAS COMPLETELY TIED HER HANDS. MY UNIT DOES NOT HAVE A WORKING LIGHT FIXTURE & THE OUTSIDE LIGHT FIXTURE IS ALSO BURNT OUT. IF I HAD A TRUCK I WOULD HAVE MOVED MONTHS AGO, AND ONLY BC CORPORATE WILL NOT FIX THE LIGHTS AND THEY WILL NOT ALLOW TARRENA TO TRANSFER MY UNIT W/O IT CHARGING MORE OF A MONTHLY FEE! I also cant stand the fact that I can only access MY belongings when Public Storage says I can...we should be given 24 hour access!

I arrived about 3 minutes before closing on a Sunday. The guy working there told me that he couldnt help me because it was too close to closing. He actually left right at 5 PM.I started to leave when Tarrena told me that she would help me. She stayed till 5:30 getting me a storage unit and answering all my questions. He continued to say I apologize maam, And also told me to have a good day after I was mean to him.
