Back of the buildings are in horrible shape. There are ruts and lots of weeds (looks like a jungle). We couldn’t even see our assigned lot when we were parking our boat. I got poison ivy from the jungle. I can’t believe they feel this is acceptable. I’ve owned my own business before and this would NEVER fly with me. Totally unacceptable for what they are charging. I was told they are doing construction. I guess having pallets of some supplies laying around is “doing construction”. Don’t be fooled by their outward appearance in the front. Save your money and find another place down the road.

If you have an RV or any other kind of vehicle you are thinking of storing here, please STOP! They only got one star because I had too give something. Our Class C had the catalytic converter stolen as well as a side mirror and some other damage. I took pictures of the fence area where anybody could easily get in and there are no cameras in the parking area. I called twice and still did not get a call from management. I guess even a storage facility has no liability for items stored on their premises. Just sad that they don’t take protecting you property seriously. I guess it is all about the money. Also, not once have I ever seen anyone in the office. Beware!

Lighthouse storage is the best and their Lifesaver I would have lost everything me and my children and fiance own if it wasnt for Lighthouse storage I had come in to the kiosk and was met with an issue paying through the machine and it was causing me not to be able to open the gate in move into my unit I was able to speak with the customer service through the machine and everything was resolved and I was able to use my unit to move out of my home and keep all of our belongings they really go above and beyond to help

We have been renting (2) 10x30 units from Lighthouse storage on Green River Road and we have been thrilled 1) very reasonable pricing, 2) the facility is brand new and is always clean and well maintained and 3) David Bosma and his team are very responsive if you need them. I also like doing business with local businesses rather than national chain businesses. I have used national chain storage facilities locally in the past and was not happy with the responsiveness, service or cleanliness. We highly recommend Lighthouse Storage.

Lighthouse storage is a new facility that provide anytime and easy access to your belongings. It is well lit and has security cameras on site for your safety. Prices are compatible with other storages in town. I would recommend Lighthouse Storage.

Lighthouse is brand new and is such a great facility. Its the cleanest and most professionally ran self storage building in town. Also has the lowest prices around. Great management on site too.

New facility is clean with good doors on units. No one on site but very helpful live assistance is available via the kiosk. Only slight negatives are fairly narrow driveways and the kiosk area is hot in the afternoon with a lot of glass and no air conditioning.
