Doors on units SUCK. Very small spaces to maneuver. Expensive for what you get.

Red Dot Storage has great customer service that is very helpful when you need any questions answered. The storage areas are spacious and clean I feel good knowing that my belongings are kept in a secure gated area that is gated and has plenty of security

Code updates need to happen faster. This is an operation that is completed by a computer when you sign up at the storage facility. I punched in my code given to me on the computer and it kept beeping that no code existed. I called customer service, waited 20 minutes for an answer...the queue computer hung up on me, I called back and finally got a representative after another 20 minutes. Representative stated that it may take 24-48 hours for the computer to update. What??????? If this is to be an off site service, then the computer needs to update sooner. What a waste of my time.

Customer service was excellent...although the facility was littered with belongings. also Ret Dot is listed as open 24/7 but that is only the facility, it does not include customer service to help with any issue. one other small thing the buildings being listed as A B C D etc.. do not help you locate a unit labeled as BAO33.

Good customer service and a nice rental place. Just wish they would have an open office at my storage location .

Really nice place very hard to get into whoever designed the gate did a bad job makes it very difficult to get in needs to get changed I moved out because of it
