Had a repair done two months ago to replace the driver door and fender after an incident and due to the shop guys negligence in correctly repairing the door it caused the door to come loose and shift forward and down and collapse the fender. Took the jeep back to the shop and they looked for any reason that I caused the damages all the way down to the seat belt getting closed in the door. Three guys in the office came out and tried to get me to admit to causing the damage and said that damage like this doesnt do it on its own that I must have done something to cause it. They insisted I call my insurance agent while I was there to see what my agent had to say and then when the agent wanted to talk to Brian he told them that they need to repair it because of the previous repair they did and brian told them that I know what you are saying but damage like this doesnt happen on its own. Which prompted me to physically bring my jeep down to the insurance agent to look at which the agent determined that the damage was caused by the shops negligence in the repairs. No damage from outside variants. My agent was appalled by the treatment of the shop.

I got my hood repainted on my Honda. The quality was excellent. Looks brand new. The communication of the Collision Center staff was excellent and the price was very affordable. And the vehicle was finished on-time, as promised. Would definitely recommend for paint work and would definitely use their services again.

Ive had two minor fender benders. Ive always used D-Patrick Collision Center and have been pleased with the results. Everything is explained and Ive been asked if I was okay with after market parts or preferred the name brand replacements. Theyve also discovered further damage no one was aware of, contacted the insurance company and everything was taken care of. No hassles.

Online says theyre open on Saturdays but when you pull into the parking lot you find out differently,how hard is it to update the online information?

D Patrick did repairs for me after my collision two months ago. Their repair. paint, and detail work was top-notch. They treated my 2004 Honda as if it was brand-new, and even made it look practically new. Impressive!

I dont know how or why I ever got a call saying my car is ready. I was hit in my 2016 Jetta between both drivers side doors. Upon picking up from repair. I noticed the headliner down the whole driver side exposed. The car was full of body shop dust inside and out. Missing pieces for the door and also mising 10 foot of pinstriping down the side. After the ride home I discovered that the alignment that was supposed to be done was worst than before, as well as the seat belt not functioning and retracting correctly. To top it off the doors are over 2 inches off being straight causing loud air noise. Im not sure if Stevie Wonder or Helen Keller does their inspections before calling the customer to tell them its ready. Defiantly would recommend shopping around and getting multiple quotes before using their services.

The collision center handled my car with care and respect and made it look like new. I am very pleased with their work and the manner in which they handled my car and my business. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.

Bryan did a great job on handling our situation. Unfortunately our Honda was totaled. But with his advise about meeting with Jack in the sales department we have a new Civic. The only problem weve had was last Thursday we came for the new owners meeting you you advertised and no one show up to do the meeting. We were there for an hour before one of the managers find out that that the guy doing the meeting had canceled it.

I want to start out by saying the staff at D-Patrick should get 5 stars, hands down! They are very nice, and accommodating. BUT on the other hand, the quality of parts and repairs that they did to my car deserve 1 star. I took my car in because of comprehensive weather damage. They quoted me approximately 4 days to repair, therefore, I had to get a rental car. Turned out to take almost 2 weeks, but whatever, that is beside the point. It wasnt their fault parts took longer than expected to come in. The rental car was comparable to what I have, and it was nice (2015 Honda Accord). I was even lucky enough to NOT receive a car with those huge, obnoxious letters on the back.They low quality parts that they replaced my damaged parts with are completely un-exceptable. My windshield had to be replaced, and the new one I have seems to have a film that cannot be removed. I have washed my windshield several time with soap and water, and windex. I even paid $30 to replace my wiper, because I thought that may have been the issue, it was not. When it rains I cannot see out the window, period. This issue needs to be fixed, because I cannot just put my life on hold when it rains. My original, factory windshield never had an issue like this.The driver side window was also replaced. And it now makes a clicking noise when I roll it down.The top of my car has a panoramic sunroof, which was also replaced. Parts of it were not installed correctly. Causing it to pop up on the sides. Which is ALSO causing water to get under the roof, and could sure cause mold. Trapped water and hot weather are never a good mixture.They also left on barcode price stickers on my bumper. When I went to take them off, of course they left a sticky residue. Small issue, but still took time to get all of the sticky-ness off.On top of all that; they charged my insurance MORE than what was quoted. My insurance gave me extra money, on top of the quote, and somehow it STILL cost more than what my insurance gave me to cover the cost.D-Patrick is a great place to get your car fixed if you have small issues such as dings or chipping paint. I would not recommend going here for large fixes.After they fix my car, 100%, I will update this post, and possibly give a higher star review. Until then, there is no way this place deserves more than 1 star.
