Ladies please be careful when going to this place alone. They wanted to charge me 100 dollars for a used tire. Next day sent my husband inside w/o me and they sold it to him for 30 dollars. The tire wasnt even worth 30 dollars, but I needed it to move a car. Bad people that give Bad business.. stay away ladies!!!

Love this place to get replacement parts for my vehicles

Commited to buying an engine they had listed for sale on their website for 4500$ Engine was not yet removed from car but was considered running hence listed for sale. Waited three weeks until they started to pull the engine only to tell me that they found out it had a dead cylinder. This inspection should have been done prior to listing the engine for sale for 4500$ Now Im out three weeks of time and have to hunt for another one somewhere else. This ls2 is hard to find. Poor business practice and my time wasted was not cheap....

Went and got an engine for my son in law dodge truck at place . They had engine out of vehicle; and promptly loaded up in my truck . The service was excellent; and I would highly appreciate them for getting parts .

A/C went out at 90degree. Stopped at 2chain stores in the same block that wantedt$125-130 for blower motor. W/ mot much extra$$ at the time we stopped in they had an already pulled motor we needed for less than $30.

I order a tan color seat belt they send a gray color I call them they want me to send it back I asked him who pay to ship it back he said in a rude way you have to pay

Sold my teenage daughter a bad battery and when she got a jump to go get them to replace, they wouldnt help her take battery out. She had to drive next door to auto zone, get a tool to get out and then walk battery to them. They them offered to carry it out for her but when she said she was next door since they didnt help her, they said nevermind and had her carry it back. Very rude since she wouldnt have been back if hadnt sold her bad parts to begin with. Office full of men and not one could hell her. Such a shame

Went to other location and they told me they could sell me another part, but the part at the original that I verified was damaged. I politely asked why they didnt call and let me know before the drive. The answer I got was, you didnt talk to me. I called the original place got the run around never a apology, more of a its your fault. Asked for the owner to call back, never a return call.Unreal

Bought a very dependable car from them almost a year ago. One more payment and I get the title. Only thing that I had to get done during the year we payed on it was oil changes and 2 front tires. They charged us 3100 I believe and I could sell it for 3000 no problem. They will be getting more business from me soon!

I called yesterday For a tail light assembly (took me 1 screw & 2 min to pull mine out) was told it would be pulled & u could pick up next day ..today i go there ..its not pulled they wanted me to wait for 9 other parts to be pulled from other cars before they could have time to unscrew 1 screw & make a quick $70 I offered to pay extra for them to let me pull it or quickly pull it 4 me as i was late 4 inspection on my car they all had attitudes & refused me service ..why should i have to wait wen I called yesterday & what dumb business owner wouldnt make a quick $100 to take 2 min to unscrew 1 screw ...then was told my tail light wouldnt put them out of business.. I promise to spread the work on social media so people can go anywhere but here!!

I have been going to Glissons for over 18 years and have never had a bad experience. I recently went looking for 2 tires. They told me they didnt have a matching pair in their system for my size but lead myself and the Mrs. to the singles and said we had as long as we needed to look through what they did have. 20 minutes later, Bang! I found 2 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+. One had 7.5mm and the other 8mm of tread depth. Brand new they would have had 10mm and cost $188 ea. I got them for$20 each! Even after mounting and balancing I saved $420 over buying that same tire brand new!

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I called and asked Calvin ( who has been there a year) what time they close as Im coming from 2 hrs away to pick up a motor and he said five. So I drive all the way up there to be told loading is closed at 430 and there is no way I can get loaded anymore until Monday! Needles to say I wont be doing business with them or recommending this place to anyone.

Called one evening about a headliner for a 2015 chevy trax. Was very detailed about what I needed as I was 3 hours away. They confirmed they had had one, great be there in the morning. About one hour out I call to give notice that i will be there shortly to pick it up to hopefully speed up the process. Rude, no clue as to me coming nor did they have a good headliner. Cant rely on anyone to know what there doing

I have dealt with glissions for over 20 years and never have I been more displeased with a business than this coustmer of mine bought a rear end from them that had broken bolts where the drive shaft mounts and hence cant mount the driveshaft.called to explain and try to get them to take care of it. They tell me to drill and tap the broken bolts. I offered to take them the truck so they could fix a part they sold and I was cussed out by the salesman and he hung up on me. When I call back and speak with the manger he tells me he is not getting involved. Upon further inspection of the rear-end they sold one not. Only with itbroken bolts in it but all so gears inside were trashed and the rear end wouldnt even spin. So to all who buy used parts you may want to skip this salvage

I shopped around to see who got better pricing so I decided to go ahead and buy from Glissons since they had better customer reviews. So I called back and asked them if the price was with core or without it. They said the core was $75dlls. Okay thats fine. Then I asked: so whats the total? (I totally forgot the price, wasnt sure if it was $400 or $500. Then the guy told me: we already gave you the price!! just add $75dlls. I asked politely again for the price since I wasnt sure; the guy replied the same: we already gave you the price just add $75... Then he hung up on me... If they cant treat you right on the phone dont expect much in person.

Bought a used battery cheap.

Horrible place i called 5 five times for the part.after i showed up I spent 2 hours looking for the part . Then I was told they dont have it and I can leave and do myself.

Called before noon (about 10am) to have my car picked up. Its now after closing time and any time I called, I was told they couldnt tell me an ETA and that it would be eventually. Now theres no reply and my car still sits in my yard. If they didnt plan to be here today, I wouldve liked to have been notified.
