This is my first visit to this location.Upon arrival; I was greeted very professionally with a smile :).The gentlemen had guided me to check everything from the lights- to the tire pressure - etc.They asked me if anything I noticed was bothering me and there was. My dashboard had some noticed pop up about an oil change needed and my running lights were out.This crew as a team tackled the situation with ease and expertise while also informing myself in immense details as to why and what is happening.Two thumbs up for these cats Elijah and David & EVERYONE at the facility that I had not gotten the chance to meet.Another thing; it is EXTREMELY hot in Escondido and these guys let me get some water out of the office- super nice of them!As I walked back there; I noticed nothing but team work from the other gentleman cleaning the area and managment was SUPER solid and direct.Definally coming back here and I think all of you who cruise by this company should swing in through to get your vehicle maintenance taken care of.Sorry if I misspelled any names wrong .

Pulling in at 12:45 and I was out 1 o clock great experience every time I go there with my discount my coupon discount on my phone took me down from $75 to $63 they do a great job there thats why I go there

I have used this location for several years. It used to be very professional and pretty quick. Last 2 times I tried, timing was very slow. The first time (about 3 weeks ago), I left because the line was moving slowly and I had appointments to keep. The last time, early this week, I waited and watched as the lead car, already being serviced when I pulled in, was still in the service bay over 3/4 of an hour later. And the other line had not moved, either. I left after nearly an hour with no movement. I dont know if they just have new people who dont know how to do the job, or if they just dont care about timeliness. Over 45 minutes for an oil change is unacceptable, especially when it used to be about 15 minutes per car. Ill likely find a different business to take care of my needs, unless this can be explained and remedied.

I called to buy an Interstate battery, they refused to sell it to me without installation. So I cant take my other car down there with the core, pick up the battery, bring it home and install it myself. I have to figure out a way to bring my dead car down there. Why? So I can pay some labor? Installing a battery isnt rocket science.I guess Ill look for one somewhere else.

Super frustrating dealing with this place. Got there and it was pretty busy. Waited in line and they had me switch lanes twice and put a person who arrived after me in front of me. Must of been their friend or something. Point is they dont respect your time.

Would have been 5 stars but the technicians missed a brake light that was out. I knew one was out and they did not catch it during the check. I told them to check again and they noticed it and replaced it the second time. Other than that its great!

I have a stock BMW Z4. It is low to the ground. I drove over the pit ok, but upon leaving the car came to an abrut stop with a clunk. Now I have to back out over of the pit with something dragging the whole way. I had to ask 3 times what I hit before the guy said its only the exaust. He announced this with no commication with the guy in the pit. From that point I was told dont come back. I would have thought that if they were professional they know what cars are too low or at least showed some concern that it might drag. If you have a nice car, stay away from here.

Maybe i just have bad luck when I come here.. but its impossible to get a hold of someone over the phone. I get it that things happen out of their control but I waited about 45 minutes to get an oil change just to not use my coupon.

Went to the location on N. Broadway in Escondido. Drive thru service was impressive. New experience for me. Justin was my lead technician and everyone was professional and most of all very communicative. Changed cabin air filter, engine air filter, oil, and rear differential. All needed to be done. I will definitely be back for future service in my Tundra, and highly recommend this location for an honest experience.

Oil changed went well. And then they came to me that my battery was only running at half, and should be replaced. They happen to sell them...Then I looked closer at the printout, this test was ran almost an hour ago?? I will never go back, I hate being scammed. I was so disappointed. No one should do business like this..

Not bad. First time oil change by a company since I moved to an apartment. Checked air pressure, did an inspection, and gave me notices on my cars basic status like air filter maintenance and various fluids. Just got to play the no game though asked for their products. Allowed me to use my own oil and filter since I had these from my last residence. $42 solely for labor.

These guys really tried hard to fix a problem they didnt create (but couldnt prove it at first) despite my insistance that it was probably not theyre fault. Turns out that their persistence saved me from an imminent blowout! On top of that, their service was quick and smooth as clockwork.

I love the speed. For full service, I always bring my car to the Kia dealership, but if I am just about to go behind on an oil change and just need that cleaned, this place is great. You dont have to get the kids out of the car, which is a huge plus. I have been lucky with timing; I know sometimes they have a big line, but I have gone at the right times so far. In and out in less than 15 minutes, cant go wrong.

Was really psyched on the place considering I was just getting an oil change. I called ahead to compare check prices, and the chick went beyond and emailed me a coupon. I show up to find out I just drive up and get to chill in my car while they rock it out! I get my music and MY space. The best place for introverts. I definitely will be back.

Beyond old changes they can fill fluids, replace air filters and windshield wipers, and offer a lot of various services. At the very least get an oil change here! Competitive pricing and so fast youll forget you even did it.

Love this place. Fast, efficient and friendly service. Not as cheap as DIY, but they will top your fluids and check tires between visits, no charge. Great value for me. Parts are expensive, but you can pay for convenience or do it yourself.

Bait and Switch...was quoted $111 on the phone and sent a discount coupon by the shop. Should have resulted in $80-$90 for the oil change.Upon arrival I was then re-quoted at over $135. Valvoline doesnt care. They stated they welcomed my negative posts.

I just got on oil change here and this place is a blatant scam.The total was $99.98 for only the oil change then $21.99 of which was labor costs for somthing that took ten minutes. I even had a $10 coupon which the guy conveniently forgot about until after.I highly recommend you find somewhere else.

The customer service was lacking. A worker input 3k miles to the next oil change when the car uses high performance synthetic oil. When asked about why she labeled it that way, said worker ended the conversation with do you then. It was unprofessional and unnecessary. For someone working in a business who mainly does oil changes, that worker should know basic information between using conventional oil and synthetic.

My first time to their facility, I have to say I was pretty impressed. You stay in your car, 15 minutes later, your done and they checked everything!

Fast and quick service. They recommend and dont pressure most times, although they do from time to time. They should carry wheel locks just in case a customer is either missing theirs or its broken. I drove there to get my oil changed and hoping they could tighten some lugs, but no luck. Will rate 5 stars if they implement that.

Great service every single visit. I made the mistake of going somewhere else once, and it was shocking how different the service is outside Valvoline. This is the only place I am going for oil changes!

I was so impressed with the speed, quality and professionalism at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. I didnt have to wait or get myself and kids out of the car. One guy stood next to me and entered information in the computer as two other guys changed my oil, checked my tires, checked my headlights, high beams, brakes, blinkers, topped of my windshield wiper fluid, etc. (When was the last time you made sure YOUR brake lights and reverse lights, etc were working?) They didnt try to sell me a bunch of other stuff, and they installed an air filter I purchased somewhere else without any extra fee, which saved me greasy hands. They also help me keep track of when Im due for tire rotation, oil changes, tune-ups. Someone else said they cost too much, but hey, Ill pay for good service and convenience. And they seem to give out coupons pretty regularly. :-)

Called for price quote over phone, went to station and the price went up. Called them on it, got the standard horrible customer service response of best price we can do with no explanation about the bad quote. STAY AWAY!

I went to my brother in LA. And he said that they usualy do this to make more money. Sadly I thought they were good but not after this...theres no way I am going back!

Okay overall but really was not pleased with the upsell tricks, my experience today with trickery was the same or worse than any I have had at Jiffy Lube.I called in and was quoted $39.95 for a standard oil change with my make and model known. On top of that, the phone agent offered to email me a coupon for $15 off. Awesome!I get there and Rene, though polite, tries to tell me 1. that my engine is made for 0w 20, full synthetic ($95), and 2. That the stamp on my engine and owners manual stipulates this. 3. He then proceeds to tell me that the $15 off coupon only applies to the $95 oil change. 4. When I give some pushback on using standard 5w30, he tells me well you can use whatever you want.Irritated, I asked him to show me where it is stated that my engine only takes 0w20 or that it is even preferred? Suddenly, he takes a second look and standard oil is actually fine, acknowledging that my engine stamp actually says 5w30. And he now says that if the call center told me I could use the coupon, that he will take it, as if hes doing me a favor. The transaction continues and really the only other issue I have is that they try to tell me they have filled my tires with air when my car sensors clearly show that they had not (showing a tire below regular PSI).Beyond that, the staff was 100% courteous and quick. I am just having trouble getting beyond the BS upsell tactics that I did not expect from a company like Valvoline.

Awful experience. Ive been a customer at this location for over 12 years, but Ill never go back.The service guy was yelling me to go right no go left no go right he couldnt even get his directions straight. Then forward, then backward, then turn the tire this way and that way and it was totally over the top,Ive pulled in there at least 20 times or more and never had an issue. Im not sure why he picked me to be rude to, maybe because Im an older single woman and he can get away with it.I can see why the bays are empty when you treat customers so rudely.So long...........

This place is alright if your willing to pay about $20 more that usually for normal oil changes but if you have a coupon or simply ask for a cheaper price its pretty affordable and its quick so its not too bad and people are pretty friendy but I feel like they may take advantage of you if your a woman because my mom comes here and they told her car requires the more expensive oil (half-synthetic) and when I confronted them they said it was a system error... Sounds like a bad excuse and the oil change wasnt cheap it was $90 for a nissan altima! The reason we got a affordable car was because we wanted something easy and cheap to maintain! But if you come here Just know what kind of oil your car takes so they dont over sell you something you dont want or need
