Great dealership. My advisor isn’t the friendliest guy and I wish they made it easier on the customer to pay. I also wish they would have called to remind me the day before they needed my credit card, insurance card, and driver’s license. My advisor that I had at Cadillac was so awesome and I miss the personalized service relationship.

Made appointment for 7am on Saturday arrived early talked to service representative. Got a link to track service. Kept checking app and no updates. Called at 3 and was told that service was very busy that day and nobody had looked at my vehicle. Promised that Monday first thing it would be tested. Called Monday at two no information. Service representative promised to call back. Waited till after three then went to dealership and found that nothing had been done. Took car home.
Rude and unhelpful. Total confusion in communication between employees and departments. They were to wash my car but it was a lot dirtier than when it went in. It took four days to reset the check engine light.
Took care of our car with care and returned it Cleaner that when we dropped it off.
The Parts Dept. was very attentive and helpful.
