I walked in there with no appointment, gentleman upfront said it will be a 30 minute wait, no problem. He offered with a drink which was nice of him , 45 minutes later I check in with him and asked how much longer will it be and he responds “ just wait for someone to be available. You can try Sport Clips in Escondido they do a good job” . Just like how their time is valuable my time is valuable also. So i waited another 25 minutes and finally left , extremely unprofessional , he could’ve told me 2 hours upfront and I would’ve come back no problem. Take your business elsewhere , maybe to Sports Clips according to the guy working there they do a good job …..
