DON’T GO HERE!!!!!!!!So a close friend of mine went here and wanted her hair bleached which she has done before. Her hair was a blonde with brown roots before she came in to this place… she has someone she normally goes to at a different salon shop ….but unfortunately she was gone for the day so she made an appointment here to get her hair done well the lady known by the name Philita (I think) here completely MELTED her hair didn’t even ASK BEFORE HAND if my friend had boxed hair dye in her hair didn’t even do a test strand nothing she just went on in and bleached her hair melting it and then afterwords blamed her for it and continue to charge her $120. she didn’t give her a refund or ANYTHING……. DON’T GO HERE!!!!!!!!

I don’t usually leave reviews but Elizabeth was kind and listened so what I wanted and I left extremely satisfied. Establishment was clean and staff was all welcoming and friendly! Will be going back.

This was my second time going to Supercuts. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I Love that you can always gi back if you are not happy with your hair colour or if the coverage wasnt right. Highly recommend for a hair cut or colour

I asked the manager for just a bit off the top and to make it sort of messy but she ended up cutting it way too short for the style I was going for and it looked more like a bowl cut. I was growing my hair out for a bit over 3 months for the hairstyle I wanted and she made all that time go to waste. Never going there again.

Today I finally got my “COVID cut” (i.e. the one that you get finally after months of dealing with pandemic mandated salon closures), and Pilitas “PJ” did an AMAZING job! I just moved into the area from out of state, and I was in desperate need of a trim. I requested PJ, because online reviews indicated that she does really well with hair color. She did a great job with my trim (that ended up needing to be a full-fledged cut due to how bad my ends had gotten). She also did really well with flat ironing my hair afterwards! In listening to the other two stylists and their clients, it’s clear that this location focuses heavily on customer service. The conversations between stylist and client were lively, you can tell that the customers needs were important, and everyone was happy with their end result.I think I found my new salon & stylist! 💃🏾 🎉

Hello Google users , I have been going to this location for about a year, off and on. I must say that the stylists at this spot are the best in the area. I had a great experience there today. I have had my hair cut by five different stylists and I have never been disappointed. The styles I have asked for were done well and they asked me questions throughout the haircut to see what I liked.* Thank you to all the stylists that I have encountered for being professional and genuinely nice. Not really, the combs were in need of being washed , nothing was sanitized ahead of time..cleaning up on my time ..took 15min, made me late for a wedding....wont be going back...its out of priced range by others in the area....the cut for a balding man was not that great...

Amazing customer service! Vibes ate amazing and the workers are definitely a joy to be around! Highly recommend it, may be a bit pricey but definitely worth every penny you pay

I went in for an all over color. I am a medium brunette and I asked for light golden brown. I ended up several shades darker than my hair originally was, a very dark brown. Liz was completely inexperienced, had to keep asking questions of the other stylist, and absolutely should not be coloring hair. I got to pay $100 for a big disappointment. Do not get a color there. I wont be back.

Took my 10 year old son here for the first time since its very close to where I just moved.A hispanic lady cut my sons hair. Very nice lady but she did a horrible job. I was charged $20.00. Went home he took a shower, and then I seen all of the mistakes. Unfortunately I will not return.

I guess making an appointment means absolutely nothing which I wasnt told till after waiting 30 minutes. Btw Im on crutches with my leg in a brace from ACL surgery this week. I cant just sit like everyone else while they ignore me and they ignore the appointment I made a week prior. Im so sad I was really hoping I had finally found somewhere to come regularly! Ill keep looking 😔 ....if you want to avoid disappoint then avoid Atile. She definitely ruined my experience. Also, there were 2 other hairstylist sitting around doing nothing. Atile told me since they take walk-ins that I cant count on an appointment. Which is so confusing. 1. Why even take appointments? 2. Since she has an appointment coming in why take the walk-in? Why not let another hairstylist have the walk-in since the other girls had nothing to do? 3. Why not call your handicapped appointment and let them know they will be waiting a long time? Im so flabbergasted by the service here. 😞
