Love the atmosphere and the stylists are all great especially Stephanie! Easy to relax. Know you are in good hands, and dont have worry bout your hair. Getting the MVP is a bonus and worth getting each time.

Cynthia is amazing!! She is so wonderful with my kids. However, Carla is incredibly rude and unprofessional. My son is 5 and she barked at me that I needed to back away from the chair where he was getting his haircut while Cynthia was just trying to ask me what I wanted done with my son’s hair. Would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t for Carla.

A poorly managed Business at this location. Several people waiting while their staff is leaving either on break or end of shift. Had four hairstylist working down to one. I will never ever come to this site again.

Until today, the service at this establishment has been good, and the ladies have been kind. However, today (Saturday, 10-24-2020) I walked in at 3:30 pm and was asked if I made an appointment online; when I said “no,” she rolled her eyes and said they’re closing at 4:30. They had only two people in the shop! I was then told it would be a ten minute wait, but I decided that I didn’t want to wait for a rude and likely lazy barber/stylist.

Hair was amazing and had great prices for what they did

The sign said no wait so I came in - when they said there would be a wait I asked them to turn that Sign off it’s misleading. The girl at the front asked me to hold and and to wait 5 mins to get a station sanitized for me I was happy. I got the MVP cut and it was my first time here so I got a discount. They were friendly and fast and the cut was done right. The sanitation procedures were a nice touch toss the apron in the spiked bin and that towels in the soiled bin as to not cross contaminate. Very pleased with this location.

They were able to get us right in and they did a great job. The store was clean and they were very friendly from start to finish! We will definitely return.

I’m not usually one to write scathing reviews of businesses, however, I felt compelled to do just that based on the terrible customer service experience during my latest visit here. I checked in ahead online, like I always do, when I get my haircut at this location. I showed up for my appointment with Miriam at my scheduled time. I entered my telephone number at the register to confirm my arrival. I saw Miriam cleaning up her station upon my arrival so I sat down in the waiting area. After Miriam finished cleaning up she vanished.After about 20 minutes of waiting, I asked one of the other stylists who told me that Miriam went to lunch. This stylist kindly offered to cut my hair, but I opted to wait for the stylist that I had the appointment with. Now after 40 minutes later Miriam returned from lunch to cut my hair. No apology, no warm greeting. Just a confirmation of how I prefer my hair cut and right down to business.I want to be clear about my complaint here. Miriam is actually a great stylist and she did a great job on my haircut. It’s quite possible that she had a tough day and I was just the recipient of her frustration. For this reason I didn’t stiff her on the tip, although it was very tempting. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back to this location in the future.

Sports Clips is great, I love them no matter what city Im in, as I travel for work. Armando was Awesome! He welcomed me with a smile , he gave me the best hair cut of my life and an All Star experience! Gold Medal for Armando!!!!

I came in around 6-6:10 and checked in for a haircut, was told 30 mins. Waited that time they were still on previous customers, alright. I waited some more. Then some more. Than finally I walked in at 7:10 to the lady telling me they’re closed and that she was waiting for me while I was sitting outside as no indoor seating is provided. What a waste of time

My son and I came in for a back to school haircut. Everyone was so nice and friendly. You can tell all of the stylists got along well and really enjoyed their jobs. There was a lot fun and laughter going on while they did their jobs. My sons hair looks great too! Thanks for a great experience. We’ll be coming back to see you soon!

Madelyn was awesome. Very nice and cut and styled my hair to perfection. My hair was a mop going in and cut and styled so good coming out that when I got home the wife loved it. That’s the sign of approval right there. 👍🏽

The online check in is great. It gives an approximate time to schedule the appointment, unlike others. There is a wide range of services provided. The personnel are friendly and great at what they do. My son goes there now I do too. There’s also a military discount.

My boys had a great experience here! My 6 year old did great and the hairstylist was so patient with him. My 16 year old loved his hairstylist and his hot towel treatment! Shea explained the online check in and wait times, we will definitely be using this and coming back!

This is a hidden gem. I had Pattie cut my hair and she is honestly an angel in disguise. she cut my hair better than I have ever had before. I was astonished. And the prices are amazing! Literally cannot beat the quality and the price. If I could give 10 stars I would. Ill be coming back here for sure.

Only a 5 minute wait even with all chairs filled. I was stuck in traffic and stopped in for a cut to kill time. I travel for the entire west coast for work and got to sport clips every 1-2 months because they are open late. I never really want anything besides just a trim, but they give you the massage, steam towel, and rinse, if you are new client. This is the best one I have ever received. Hands down - cut was clean and no hair on me and I went directly to an interview without having to shower or brush off hair. It was the best Sport Clips I have ever been to.

I had a wonderful experience here at this sports clips and Shea did an amazing job. However during my visit there was a mom holding her sick child that was coughing repeatedly next to the father getting his haircut, me, and the hair stylists where they cut your hair. After several minutes, the mom was asked to step away to the seating area so nobody else gets sick, resulting in some tension from the father getting his haircut. The hair stylists did nothing wrong, please make sure you keep your sick children away from other people as common decency.

I love the fact that I didn’t have to wait for my haircut. The business is very well staffed and everyone was really helpful. On top of that my hair cutter was very pleasant and I especially loved the extra treatment With getting my hair shampooed and the hot towel wrapped around my face. On top of that my wife really likes the hairstyle that Marion suggested.

The reason I keep returning to Sport Clips Escondido - and it is now going on six years - is because I always leave the store feeling so good about what I just went through, not to mention that I invariably look a lot better than when I walked in! There is no doubt in my mind that Kathy Shea is a BIG part of that. She is the best hair stylist/cutter Ive ever had, and I like coming to SC because of her.Do yourself a favor and get the MVP cut....its worth the couple of extra bucks. Also, buy a bottle of their Tea Tree Hair Conditioner -- it is THE BEST PRODUCT out there for hair that Ive ever tired.

First time here, it was nice, big emphasis on sports, tv literally a foot from your face while you get your cut. As a first timer, I was upgraded to MVP cut, which included a shampoo, hot towel on your face, and shoulder massage.

Perfect cut. If too short my hair sticks straight out, Shea cut my hair perfect. Lays nice, not as thick and best of all, not sticking straight up. Excellent haircut. I had longer, straight hair.

I will never again go anywhere else for a quick cut. Not sure why I never walked in before, but today I did and I’m a customer for life. Great experience, fantastic business model. Love it!

I didn’t get the young lady that cut my sons hair but she was amazing with him, made him very comfortable and relaxed, he loved his experience and asked to get his hair cut there from now on, his cousin recommended your business and I’m so glad she did, will return with my older son as will.

The stylists are all great and they do a fantastic job, but the check-in/reservation system is awful. You are told about the wait time and to arrive at a certain time and when you get there, you see your name on the screen with an estimated wait time of an additional15-20 minutes, sometimes longer. This isnt a location issue, its happened at multiple places .

Ive been going to Juanita for quite some time now; she never fails to impress me with how well she cuts and styles my hair and how she conducts herself as an employee. I can tell she is the leader of her store as the other girls always ask for her advice and leverage her experience. You need to promote her to full manager/corporate position as I feel she has vision and can give a solid ROI to the company

Being right next store to my workplace. I decided to avoid traffic going home. Ill just get a hair cut. Didnt even leave the parking lot. When you first come in. Everything is so vibrant. Graphics everywhere. And a bunch of seating which is nice. The flatscreen monitor tells you how many minutes left is really nice. Especially if your in a time crunch. At least you know lead times for the hair cut you want! I entered my information quick and easy on the self serve computer. They got me in quicker than the time expected! One thing I always feel guilty of is paying for a hair cut you dont like. But this felt good. I walked out of the hair cut place feeling fresh. The towel on the face with the mvp package made it really nice. After a hard day of work. The staff sparks up chats to break the awkwardness. My experience was pleasant. Thank you sports clips.

Everytime I try to make an appointment here on the app or website it says error. Then you call them, they give you attitude about not using their precious app, and that they cant write your name down on the appointment book for you. To top it, if you do happen to make the appointment you show up on time you still have to wait because they took a walk in right before your time... Bad business.

Honestly... The customer service was great.. What really killed it for me was how much I OVERPAID. I went in to cut the dead ends off my hair. THATS IT. Took em 10mins TOPS. Paid $23 before tip for an inch and a half of dead ends cut. Beyond a ripoff. Never going back.

My cutter was Sharon and she didnt finish my haircut and then over charged me for a number 3 all around. I was displeased with there service and the haircut and now am going to have to get a another one to finish what Sharon started. Definitely loved my experience at this salon!I came here with a full set of hair that had been growing for about 3 months; so I was basically rockin a mini-fro.I found the nearest establishment using Yelp! and not only got directions, but also got a coupon to use in-store.The establishment was clean, professionally setup and I was promptly greeted as I walked in. I signed-in and grabbed a bite of food next door (the salon is in a great location).Soon after, I returned to be serviced by Amber, who was polite, friendly, passionate and took pride in her craft. This girl really knows her craft!!I highly recommend this shop.
