I contacted Professional Appliance Repair on 4/29/2020 regarding repairing my refrigerator. A repairman came and indicated that he needed to order parts and the repair would cost $1100. He said that he would call me with the expected date for the delivery of the parts. I did not receive the call so on 5/1/2020, I called the office to inquire. The repairman called in a couple of hours and indicated that the parts were due in that day but was unsure as to the time. He said that he would call me back in 15 minutes regarding fixing the refrigerator that day or the next day(Saturday 5/2/2020). I did not hear from the repairman that day so the following morning I called the office. They indicated that they would have the repairman contact me. I also asked that the manager contact me on 5/4/2020(I was told the manager was not available on weekends). It is now 5/5/2020 and I have yet to hear from the repairman or the manager. If you are considering Professional Appliance Repair, I strongly recommend you go elsewhere.Ted

Called Rays Appliance Repair, talked to a REAL PERSON even though the call was made after hours, he made a suggestion over the phone which I tried and the washing machine started working again. Ray could have easily taken advantage of us, but did not--thats INTEGRITY! The next day he left a business card in my door with a $20.00 off coupon for the next time we need repair. I will definitely call this company again if/when needed.

I spoke to the guy today about repairing my subzero refrigerator. I told him the ice-maker wasnt working and that I thought it was the switch in the freezer. I told him I had the part and he said they didnt install customer furnished parts and hung up on me. I called back and told him that he could supply his own parts. Once again he rudely hung up on me! Dont call these guys, they must not want to repair appliances. :( :(
