How great is this guy. My washer broke on Friday night. (yes, Friday night) I washed a bathroom rug that disintegrated while washing and clogged the drain. I tried to call bigger companies to call me back. (none did). Searched Google for any other companies open on Saturday or Sunday. Found Appliance Repair Escondido. Nick picked up the phone on Saturday at 7:15am! Set up a meeting on the same day, arrived, voila! fixed my washer on the same day. By 3pm, I was back to doing laundry. Highly recommended and his rate was very reasonable ($110 for service). This guy just saved me $1k by not having to buy a new washer so the least I can do is write this glowing review.

Our dishwasher was making a screeching noise so I called Appliance Repair Escondido and they were able to send a technician the same day. When Nick arrived, he checked it and didnt find anything wrong with it - he thinks maybe the spinner was blocked by a spoon or something that would cause this kind of noise. He was here for five minutes and waived the service fee. I found Nick to be very professional, knowledgeable, and personable and I will surely call Appliance Repair Escondido the next time we have any trouble with our appliances. Thank you Nick!

Our water filters would not fit in the designated area and we ended up ruining a $50 filter right away. I bought another and called Advantage Appliances and the gentleman quoted me an appointment for noon.The repair tech came at 11:15 AM, straightened out the stuck filter nozzle and we now have water and ice.He was early, polite, professional and fair.I will not hesitate to use them again!

On time, very friendly, fair price, and good advice. Craig has helped us with our washer twice and we were very satisfied with his help both times.

The whole experience was fantastic. My dad had just gotten out of the hospital and the washing machine broke the next day. I was in town to help my mom with my dads recovery and did not have the expertise to fix a washing machine. I called and spoke with a very nice and friendly woman and she was able to schedule a service call for the same day. Craig showed up and he was friendly, professional and overall a great guy. He was very complimentary towards my moms 30+ year old Maytag washer. He is clearly enthusiastic about his work and was quick to let me know what the problem was, what needed to be done, an estimate and the best part was that he had the part on hand in his truck. Amazing! I was convinced a part would have to be ordered and we would have to wait, but no! The total downtime of the washing machine from the time it started to leak water until the time he arrived and it was fixed was only about 4 hours! We could not have been happier, especially in such an inopportune time.

We had a broken ice maker in our refrigerator and Craig came out and determined that the unit wasnt worth repairing. I thought hed say hell get a new one and install it but he said this is easily done and I could save money by just ordering the part online and doing it myself. Really have to give him credit for this because he could have earned a lot more getting the part himself and installing it. He said hed always prefer to save his customers money if possible.

I didnt even get the chance to use their service because their customer service was poor. I called on a Saturday looking for a repair the following Saturday, and I didnt hear back until Monday morning. Apparently they dont work on Saturdays (which I had already figured out when it took them 2 days to return my call), and the woman who called to tell me this was not even apologetic about it, stating we are busy with our current schedule so we see no need to change. Perfect, then I will use someone else.

Service Tech was quick and professional. Was able to come out same day and fix dryer.

Craig showed up, finished the job in 20 mins. Would not hesitate to call again, service as it should be.
