We are a Property Management company based in San Diego and I have been working with Bob and his team of Kemper Appliance for a while now. They are hands down the best appliance service/repair company that we have worked with. They are extremely savvy, Bob is really accurate and professional in his diagnosis, and they offer you different solutions when a problem arises so you can make the best decision about it. Their prices are reasonable and competitive vs. the big companies out there. Some of these big ¨famous¨ companies tend to be extremely poor in their judgements and are lazy and lack a lot of talent for this industry. Bob and Kemper Appliances have become our best choice . All our problems with appliances have been solved since we started working with them. Cannot recommend them enough.

Kemper Appliance was sent to my house by the property management company for the house Im renting, and Tom came over right away. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful! I really appreciated how thorough and honest he was. Definitely happy to have the property management company use these guys.

I woke up this morning and my fridge had died!! I googled this place. It was close to my house and opened early at 8 am. The other near by places dont open until 9/10 am. My food was getting warmer by the minute. They had a fridge on the truck and at my house in 20 minutes!!!! They also gave us a discount for my husband being in the Military. Im so happy with our new fridge and the amazing service I got. Thanks!!!

We currently rent a stackable washer/dryer for our apartment located in Mira Mesa. Since day 1 weve always had exceptional experiences with Kemper. They are always quick to come and service our appliance if needed and they have the best rates for rentals in the area. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an appliance.

Went into this place thinking they were great, been there in the past and they were MUCH better than they are now. Made an appointment for a dryer repair, the guy said hed be here at 10 am, waited all day, called and was told that he was real busy today and hed be there tomorrow. HECK NO!! Go somewhere else, dont go here! They dont care about people at all!!

Not impressed with new owners. I have used kemper many times prior to the new ownership and have had quick and reliable service. Never over charged. I called and made an appointment last week with a promise to get a call by 10 am. 10 am came and went. When I called, the owner said him and his wife were sick. So I rescheduled for this Monday w the same promise that someone would be out or call me by 10 am. No show, no call. When I called again to see what was going on he said he was swamped so I said its ok I will just try another company. Instead of saying no please give us a chance we will get it right, his response was, ok bye. Dont see them lasting very long as owners. Bad business sense.

I walked into Kemper Appliance in Escondido last month, at the beginning of September. It was the hottest time of the summer, sweltering heat. I was moving into a new apartment and I needed a washer, dryer, and refrigerator installed that same day. It was nice and cool in the store, and I was politely greeted when I walked in by an older man, I believe it was the owner himself. The store was very neatly kept, and there were a couple dozen different versions of what I was looking for at varying prices, depending on condition, brand etc. in the main show area, along with an extra warehouse in the back with even more stock. I have a rare scar tissue forming illness that has taken my voice, as well as the loss of my left arm. I have to live on an SSI check, so my budget was limited. I looked around for 5-10minutes and found a number of appliances in my price range that appeared to be in excellent condition. I explained what I could afford and what I needed, and the owner gave me an incredible deal on exactly what I wanted, which was more than what I could afford, but he took off a sizeable percent, out of humbling generosity. Him and the other people working in the store were nothing but amazingly kind and helpful to me. They delivered my appliances for free, within an hours time after the purchase, and everything was brought in hooked up and tested, to make sure it was all working properly before they left. The delivery/install guys were excellent! I dont know if I have ever been treated so well as a customer in my life. I remember the owner even giving me his blessing as I walked out the shop door. I am still blown away by the whole experience! One other item to add to this, was about a week after I had moved into my new place, it became evident that the old air conditioner in the downstairs living room, was not working well enough to keep the upstairs cool. I texted Kemper through a personal number they had given me, since I cant speak over the phone, to find out if they did AC installs. They said they did, and within a day, another one of their specialists came by, on what was another brutally baking hot day, and installed a new AC unit in my upstairs bedroom. After spending about a week sleeping on an old hard couch, because it was too hot to sleep upstairs, I was extremely grateful! THANK YOU again to everyone at Kemper, you guys were lifesavers!
