This place is a joke. Sears subcontracted them to fix my dryer. Its been month now.A call them / leave messages. NO ONE ANSWERS. NO RESPONSE. BEWARE OF THESE COMPANY. You get the run around.I Recommend you go somewhere elseTo get your appliances fixed.(Because youll be waiting long time to get something fixed ) NOT WORTH THE TIME.

NO STARS _ MOCKERY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE _ They offer no service. Technician comes out looks at fridge after 45 minutes says someone will contact me for install. After 2 days I have to call Sears who states the part was ordered. I then had to call back another 2 days to hear them say technician didnt complete paperwork so nothing is being done. I am then told I have an appt and no show, then I receive a call stated the part was ordered a week after the original tech showed up to look at it. Then I was told it would be 7-10 days before the part arrives and I should be contacted to install.....I have been without a fridge for 3 WEEKS and by the time it is done it will be 4 WEEKS....RIDICULOUS

These guys are great they fixed my old matag washer, and its still running 2 years later. I am glad that I repaired my old washer because most of the new models are junk. Later on my dryer broke like a year later and they fixed that too works better then it did before. I would highly recommend this company. Service and pricing are great, they have earned my trust.

Technician took apart freezer to find out whats wrong and said he needed approval from home warranty to fix. Home warranty hasnt heard from them and tried to contact Euro Appliance with no success. I left messages and still have not heard from them. Please do not use this company!!!!!!!! I wish that I could give them negative stars.

Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had from a service provider. You should avoid using this firm at all costs.

They never answer their phone!!! I got an appointment with them through sears and they never showed up. I called and left multiple messages and they never called me back. Come to fine out they cancelled my appointment because they said I didnt answer when they called. I didnt get a call from them ever! so frustrating!!!

BEWARE, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! After over a month of Tom, their technician, coming to my home trying to repair my refrigerator and charging me $385, he was at a complete loss as to how to fix the problem. Their office is a disgrace, the owner, Anna, never returned my calls, forcing me to deal with their only employee, June, who was inept, incompetent and could care less whether my refrigerator was fixed. I am now going to purchase a new refrigerator. This company deserves 0 stars!
