He was professional, knowledgeable and patiently explained what he was doing. West Coast did a great job installing our mini-split ductless heating & air conditioning system. We called 5 different contractors and West Coast gave us the best price with the same (or comparable) products that other contractors offered. The installers were very clean, they were working for 3 full days and they protected the carpet with blankets where they walked and cleaned every day after they finished. Every time when they walked inside they put on masks and fabric boots on their shoes. Overall great experience. The Fujitsu system works great.

Furnace roof vent got messed up when I got a new roof. West Coast quickly diagnosed the problem and scheduled me quickly for the repair. Sergey handled my many questions very well so I could understand the problem and why he was proposing the specific fix. He showed up in the afternoon at the beginning of the time frame specified.Years ago West Coast installed my AC - all went smoothly and it still works great!

Tony came to fix our heater. He had it diagnosed simply by my account of what happened. He then confirmed his diagnosis, changed out the broken part - all while explaining everything he was doing! Hes truly professional and you can tell he has a passion for his work! Definitely will use them again!

West Coast relocated an AC unit for us. Requiring uninstall of unit and electrical box that had been place in backyard in front of a large window by previous owner of our house, then reinstalling unit to the side of our house. They did a great job and worked with us a couple of time prior to this to help with deciding appropriate placement. They were professional and cleaned up all work areas. We would definitely recommend them to someone needing AC or Heater help.

They installed roof top solar panels for my house and so far they are the best contractors I ever dealt with. They offered me the lowest price for the top notch equipment, always on time, very clean and detail oriented installation. The whole crew is extremely nice, honest and professional. They also include a very generous warranty on parts and labor. Dont go solar until you talk to these guys. Highly recommended.

I wish I could give more stars to West Coast!!! The process was so easy and the customer service was top notch! Our consultant Mike was very informative and did not try to sell us more than we needed. The representatives that processed all the paperwork were very professional and answered all my questions. The installers were absolutely the best, they worked from the minute they arrived until the end of the day or the job was complete (2 day job) upgrading our original 41 year old heating system, ducts and vents and installing our AC in the heat! This organization is the greatest. They are professional and very clear utilizing photographs of the job and each area they will work. This allowed all workers and me to clearly understand the scope of the work. They are so responsive and the crew was very fun and nice. Daniel is amazing and his team were great.One downside is you pay with credit card over the phone. In this day and age that was a little concerning for safety reasons. I recommend they get a way to pay electronically. In the end they had someone make a special trip to my home to take the credit card through an app payment system. They went above and beyond to fix my concern, evidence of the SUPERIOR customer service. For others this may be less of an issue.I spoke with many companies and this one was the best quality and came in the middle of price range. I strongly recommend them.

These guys did a great job. I got a brand new Trane AC/Heating system with all the bells and whistles. They showed up on time and thought they could not finish the job in 1 day because of all the modifications needed to make everything work perfectly. So, they ended up calling more guys to my house, so they could finish the job on time. The system looks and works amazing . If you do not want to drop the +10,000 up front, they even have 60 month 0% financing. I did my research and got 5 quotes. I went with these guys and I am glad I did. With all the heat waves in California now, everyone is going to want to AC. Go with West Coast and you will not be disappointed.

This company was awesome! So accommodating and on time. I had an appointment for 2-4 window and they came early. Naturally I was thinking they would come closer to 4 but they called at 1:30 to let me know they were going to get there early. They were professional and fast. Even changed a filter just because it was dirty for free! So nice!

We shopped around for a new A/C unit; we interviewed over 6 companies. Our salesman was very straight forward, knowledgeable and very responsive. After reviewing all of the quotes, we decided to employ West Coast Heating, A/C,Solar. The install only took two days, with a crew of 4-5 people on the job. The job was HUGE, replacing all the ducts, replaced the furnace and A/C unit. The A/C unit was even moved to a better location on the property. The West Coast crew was AMAZING!!! They were prompt, kept us informed of all the work going on, and they were very very CLEAN! (They cleaned up at the days end). We had an inspector come out (external to West Coast) and he commented that everything was done IMMACULATELY !!! He noted that these guys went over and beyond with the install of the whole system. In short, I wish there were 1000 stars I could give them for this rating.

As you can see, I am a returning customer. West Coast installed our HVAC system in 2015, and have maintained it since. A couple of weeks ago, our A/C quit on us due to a duct that had fallen away from the system, and underneath our home on a cliff in Ramona! The ladies in the office ensured that we got the promptest appointment for this issue to be repaired, and even Mr. Alex, as I call him (the man in charge!) came out on two occasions to make sure all was taken care of. I had my heater moved to the attic about 6 yrs ago with West Coast. They took care of everything including permits and visit with the city inspector. This time we just had a tune up and Tony did a great job. Ive been very happy with West Coast.

Our furnace went down yesterday and we were able to get a quick appointment from West coast heating and Air. Tony, our technician, was very professional, diagnosed the problem quickly, and did a quick repair to get us back up and running. He was very neat, wore shoe covers to protect our tile, and was very helpful in advising us on other heating and air potential problems and solutions.

Calling West coast heating and air was pretty simple. A very nice young lady answered, provided me a reasonable appointment to take a look at my AC. The tech came to my home within that time frame, was professional, wore a mask and educated me on how to fix my own problem. There was a small upsell opportunity but we both agreed the juice wasnt worth the squeeze and we carried on. While I paid $90 for someone to show me how to direct airflow it was $90 well spent. Technician came and found a badly installed drain that two previous techs had ignored. He clearly explained the problem and was able to repair it in good time. My hope is that by having him do the fix, I will stop having the annual drainage problems.

Glen and his team were very professional and friendly. The quality of their work it top notch. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

Solar panels were also installed by this company. Only thing I didn’t like was that when the A/C install was completed, there was a little bit of trash and debris left around the area being worked and some insulation was moved and not put back in place.

The technician was very efficient. The office kept me updated on my appt. status and the technician showed up on time. He did inform me of my ac needing refrigerant and of some broken ducts in my attic. He gave me a price to add the refrigerant but told me that my ducts need to be replaced for a price around $3000.00. I was able to get the 2 broken ducts repaired for a fraction of the cost. It is possible that the technician did not think a repair would hold.

The service was excellent and did not feel it was an over sale . AC works great and I got a two year maintenance program.
