This company was hired through my home warranty and on the day they were supposed to arrive (Tuesday) they claimed they couldn’t come because they didn’t know they needed liability insurance emailed/dropped off to my condo association to get on the 3rd floor roof to look at my AC. The woman on the phone said their business office, where they would get a copy of their insurance, doesn’t open until next Monday (a week away) and then they would call to schedule another appointment. Why is the business office for an AC repair company closed an entire week in the middle of summer? Why would anyone let an AC repair person on the roof without liability insurance? I asked them to inform the warranty company and the womansaid the wait on the phone was too long so they will not call. However, after reading the reviews I am not surprised now.

So this contractor was sent to me by my home warranty in regards to my broken built in microwave handle. The employee apparently denied my claim and reported that it wasnt wear and tear. After several complaints, they reviewed my complaint and assigned me again with this useless company. My home warranty ordered a replacement and was instructed to call this company for my replacement. I called today 9/30/21 and a lady who wasnt not happy about her job was extremely RUDE and very unprofessional!!!

IF THERE WAS ZERO STARS I WOULD SUBMIT.HAD TO USE THROUGH HOME WARRANTY WHICH IS ANOTHER COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.HAD TO TAKE TWO DAYS OFF WORK FOR THEM TO REPLACE MY AC UNIT. 1ST DAY HE COULDNT DO IT DUE TO LACK HELP.THEN IT TOOK TWO WEEKS FOR THEM TO COMPLETE THE JOB.THEN YESTERDAY NO MORE THAN ONE MONTH AFTER INSTALL THE UNIT BROKE AGAIN DUE TO WORKMANSHIP.THEY TOLD ME I NEED TO OPEN ANOTHER CLAIM THROUGH MY HOME WARRANTY.STAY AWAY

Scheduled a tune up service through home warranty company. The technician who came out was polite and seemed knowledgeable about what he was doing (would give him 4 stars). When he was done he had a list of items that needed to be replaced and that his manager would call to go over it and schedule further service. He never called, but I got a new service request from home warranty company. Never got a call to schedule the service and when I called them they did they had an issue with how the service request was placed. So I called the home warranty company, they get on the phone with them and eventually tell me they dont service my unit. How the hell do they do a tune up and tell me what needs to be replaced during said time up and turn around to say they wont work on my unit? Im done with them.

This company was hired through my home warranty company to fix my broken washer. They came out and the 2 technicians could not get it to turn on. I walked over and hit the button and it turned on. Diagnosed the problem as broken pump and switchboard (which I already knew). Never took the panel off the front to check filter or any other issue. Said they needed to order the parts and schedule repair. They left and I received an email from warranty company that claim had been denied. I call warranty company and they said technician report was that the filter had Bobby pins stuck in it and needed to be cleaned!THE TECHNICIAN NEVER EVEN CHECKED THE FILTER!HE NEVER EVEN ASKED ME WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME I CLEANED THE FILTER!NEVER MENTIONED THE FILTER ONE TIME!I would have told him I already checked the filter and hoses before I had them come out as per the owners manual!THE BROKEN PUMP WAS THE ISSUE! AND THE FAULTY SWITCHES ON THE FRONT LIKE QERE LISTED ON THE INVOICE HE GAVE ME!THIS GUY KNEW THE ISSUE AND COMPLETELY LIED TO THE WARRANTY COMPANY ABOUT DIAGNOSIS!DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Got them from First American. They did fine !Dimitri and his team were on time and replaced my leaking water heater in 2 hours.It’s not easy to be a contractor for those Home Apliences Warranty companies like First American.They try to minimize cost in many ways and their service is clumsy. That’s not the contractor’s fault.So within this given framework, Unimaster did very well.

A-AALL was assigned to my service request by our home warranty insurer to service an intermittently failing AC. The technician was rude and refused to do more than simply “look” at the unit; never took out a single tool and left. I was supposed to hear from his supervisor, but no one called. Now the AC has completely failed on a hot weekend and we’re waiting days for another, reputable company to provide an actual service. Do not waste your time with this company if you have any choice at all.

We were assigned this company by our home warranty. The technician was at our house for 30 min and ID’d that the AC system lacked freon but he did not perform extensive test to isolate leak. They said leak was in coil. I spoke with owner and he said he’d send pictures of leaking coil. Picture was NOT of coil and no leak was apparent. I hired another company and they agreed - picture was not of coil and no leak was apparent. Our second opinion thinks they were guessing because leak isolation test takes a long time. Basically A-AALL was wrong in their diagnosis and didn’t want to take the time to correctly diagnose (perhaps because home warranty company does not pay enough $ for this work?). Additionally they tried to pass on extra costs to me as “modifications” that they knew wouldn’t likely be paid for by my insurance company. They get $ from me and insurance with very little upfront cost in time or $. All in all, very shady company and seemingly dishonest, IMHO.

Totally a sketchy company. The warranty company sent them. Could not even understand the guy! He was at my home to fix my ac for like maybe 15 minutes, said some stuff I didn’t understand. Said “my manager will call you” There is a problem with the blower motor causing loud noises and shaking. They tried to tell us the warranty company “unfortunately” does not cover this and it will be $700 to fix. Called the warranty company to ask why the blower wouldn’t be covered and they told us it had never been reported to them. They had reported that they fixed our ac and it was up and running. No other issues. Haha!! Nice try. Warranty company sending out a new company. Don’t trust this company!!

I had a very good experience with A All Services!! The ladies who take the calls in the office in Escondido are very nice and very helpful. They were understanding and pleasant.When Art (Ararat) came to look at the air conditioning unit, he was concerned to get our unit fixed ASAP because of the hot weather 93 degrees. He worked into the evening hours to complete the job. He was careful, accurate, polite, and just absolutely a gentleman in all respects. He knew exactly what he was doing on this job. Personally I had a great experience - the service was coordinated through the leasing manager, but they were able to make an appointment on a Friday before Christmas with little advance notice. Vlad arrived early in the estimated time window, explained everything he was checking on the dryer, and fixed it no problem. He also helped me move some of he pieces so I could get a good cleaning in where the dryer goes, and offered good suggestions to minimize the issue in the future.So happy to have a working dryer, thank you!

I was assigned this company through my home warranty (Old Republic Home Protection). This was the second company to come out after the prior one did nothing to fix the issue, unfortunately this would result in the same outcome. A tech came to my residence to diagnose an issue with water leaking from the door of my refrigerator as well as an issue with the cubed/crushed selector on the ice maker. The tech took a look at the fridge, played around with the ice maker for a bit, took some photos and said their was no defect in the unit. He did absolutely nothing to actually diagnose where the water was coming from which was leaking onto my floor. He was there for less then 10 minutes and left. I received a follow up call from my home warranty company stating that the report from the tech was that there was no defect with my fridge. Hmm, water leaking onto my floor and crushed ice coming out when cubed is selected, somethings wrong. I asked about the pictures he took and the home warranty company stated he never submitted any photos. As this was the second contractor sent to my residence from my home warranty company I really do believe that they are simply in it to collect their payment from the home warranty company for completing zero work. Please avoid this company at all costs, because it will just end up costing you more to hire a legitimate business.

Technician did not test the fridge he assumed he knew the issue without confirming with a multimeter will call warranty and hopefully different tech for monday. I was present when tech was present. had I not helped him he would have not fixed my oven when looking up the code myself and letting him know

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Never even got to schedule an appointment with them. The first lady, Joanna told me they didnt service my area without even taking any of my information. When I asked for her name and to speak with her supervisor, she told me her name was Mary Lou and later hung up on me. The 2nd woman Spoke to was Racheal, she mustve gotten a heads up, because my call was placed on hold before she answered. SHE was the only helpful person the office. The 3rd lady Shawna told me that there was only the 3 of them in the office that makes appointments. She said the would talk to Joana and they could call my home warranty company to give me to some other company. But when I still had further questions, she hung up on me as well.

A tech from A all service inc came out to my place . he did not know what he was doing. He didn’t know where filter was. He said I didn’t have one. He did not try to turn it on, he just opened pipes where run off goes and left them open, so I had 2 inches of water under my sink the next day. He charged a service call and said he could not do anything he said coils needed to be cleaned. What ever you do do not call this company. They will only take you’re money and cost you more by their mistakes

If I had a rating of Zero Star, I would have chosen it. The worst, l mean the worst service a customer can expect. Never returning your calls, I always had to call my Home warranty provider to call them so they call me back. At the beginning, I tried to understand why A-AAll wanted to charge me $1,350.00 for the installation, the manager finally called me because I was not going to complete the service call until they called me. Demetria the manager called me in a hurry complaining that he does not have time to talk. I finally got him to remove one of the items (cost $300) that they were planning to do and which was not needed to install the AC unit. The manager was still complaining that he didn’t have time to talk to me as they have too much work to do. Finally the technician came to my house to complete the work. About 3 hours later, once he installed the unit, the technician asked me to keep the new installed AC running and that he would be back in three hours, approximately at 6 PM to check it. The technician never showed up and never called to say that he was not coming back that evening. We left the AC unit running until 7:30 pm hoping the guy would show up. I had to call the Home warranty provider first thing in the morning to ask them to send a message to A-AAll to finish the work. The technician came back at 6 PM to check the AC. When I asked him why he did not return to finish the job, he said he was at another job, then went home very tired to call. The AC unit was working and never stopped, something was not right because the AC unit and the thermostat were not connecting. I called the Warranty provider again to ask them to call A-AAll to come back to complete the job. I called the Warranty 2 more times before the technician returned to my house three days later to check the thermostat. Technician looked at the thermostat for 10 minutes and said that the thermostat was not working he’s returning in the afternoon with a new one to replace it. It has been five (5) days and we haven’t heard back from the technician. Tomorrow, Monday I will call the warranty provider to get me another company to finish the work. I will ask that A-AAll never returns to my house. This is the worst appliance service company I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend this company to anyone. 1 STAR is the only rating I can give them, they deserve a 0 Star rating.

Dont ever deal with a man named Roman that works for this company (Santee, CA area) . Extremely rude guy. I never write reviews for companies good or bad but the experience I had with this company requires one.Roman came out to look at my air conditioning system at my house. He didnt spend but 10 minutes there and advised me he had to add 1 pound of freon.Roman DID NOT check for any leaks whats so ever.This was the second time my air conditioning lost freon.I proceeded to as him to see if he can find a leak and he said he needed to talk to his manager. He walked out to his truck and literally drove away!!!!! As he was driving away he said my manager will call you!!Needless to say his manager never contacted me.Roman was unbelievably rude to my wife.Never use this company. Not only are they rude, they have no clue what thier doing.

Actually they dont even deserve a star, my home owners insurance assigned this company to come and take a look at my broken washing machine and the guy this company sent was Sooo rude !!! Plus he had a very deep accent couldnt understand what he was saying!!! Everything I was saying got him upset!! He even told me how was the expert me or him!! Even my dogs were bothering him so please dont trust this company at all !!!

Terrible service ...these guys are the worst...they are lazy and extremely rude. i would never recommend them to anyone. the lie and fake working in order to claim extra money. i videotaped the guy and he ran away like a scared little girl who got caught stealing or stomething. do yourself a big favor call someplace else you have been warned . this is an old man and maybe a son running this racket...both are foreigner who will cheat you and not fix the A/C. terrible terrible people~

My home warranty company sent a tech from this company to repair an issue with my dryer after a previous repair company was sent that was horrible. The tech arrived within the time frame and in less than 10 minutes fixed my dryer! The previous repair company in 4 months could not figure out how to fix it and in 10 minutes this company fixed it!
