Can for a quick oil change and left with a lot of input and assurance for my vehicle. The service engineer was very respectful and honest with issues that he had seen with my vehicle, gave great advice for the continued maintenance and spotted damage that I did not know was there which led me to getting it taken care as soon as I left. I would absolutely be returning in November and the process did not take long at all either.

Make sure they put the body sound dampening panels back in place. I had to buy new screws and inserts to replace what they just ripped out rather than removing properly. If I hadnt been almost home, almost 45 miles away, when the car started making a strange noise, I would have gone back. Other than the guy in the pit, they were very nice to deal with. The guys there on Saturday afternoon, were great, they all work in unison and fast! A complete flurry of things happening all at one , it truly is the 10 minute oil change place to be! I loved it and I will be returning, not only did they change my oil , but air filters, did my tires cleaned my windows, and were very professional!

Erie 10 Minute Oil Change did a great job! I waited for about 10 minutes for the customers ahead of me to finish up. I then had my Oil changed which was quick! They also cleaned my windows, put air in my tires, and replaced my air filter.

They push synthetic oil even if its not required for your car, I payed 30 bucks more than I needed to because they wouldnt allow me to get regular oil. They did everything quick and easy however and pumped my tired up

I only waited a few minutes before I was flagged into the garage. The mechanic was really friendly, explained things thoroughly & had my oil changed & me on my way in no time. They also checked my tires, fluids & washed my front & back window while waiting for the oil to drain.

I was appalled at the prices. I left there in tears because I had to spend 80.00 for an oil change that really only costs about 45.The mechanic was very nice , but he failed to clarify that their “synthetic “ oil is only partially synthetic and my car takes full synthetic oil, which I knew.It was , perhaps, intentionally misleading.I plan on calling the manager to voice my complaint.I would never go back there, because of the prices.

Yes I gave 4 stars because The service was good but the price was unbelievable I was shocked at how much you are charging for a synthetic oil change 74.99. I asked if there were any specials or rebates offered and they said no they said I could go with a general oil change. But choose this one.

The staff was great. One young fellow told me I really didnt need my oil changed yet. I had it done anyway but thought highly of his honesty. Service was lightening fast. Well worth the few extra dollars. My time has value. The usual place I go requires a reservation days in advance. Then it takes them an hour or more to change my oil. I was in and out in minutes. I will suggest this place to friends, family, and co-workers. I will be back again. A pleasure.

The employees were very friendly and helped me understand more about my car. The services were fairly quick compared to my past experiences, as well. I greatly appreciate the careful attention given to my car. The only complaint is some customers that were quite rude to the employees just trying to do their job.

4 employees were there and there were no customers. I pulled in hoping to get a fast oil change. Second customer came in.... I was charged 25 extra for the other customers oil... They had to refund my card... But didnt know how... So it became a 20 min change. They all look unkept and hungover. Wont be back.

Last time I was there they messed up the car ahead of me. They drained her transmission then overfilled her engine oil then started the vehicle. I had my oil changed, next time I went to change my own oil, they had stripped and overtorqued the oil pan bolt. I then had to take it to a shop to get it removed and replaced. Never coming back.

Its the most I ever had to spend for a synthetic oil change ($86) and they used a dirt jug to pour new oil in my car which was strange and how do I turn the maintenance req light off on my dash?

I would’ve gave these guys 4 or 5 stars. I pulled in and i didn’t even have the slip filled out and my car was already on the lift. Only problem was, guy put conventional oil in my car after I already put synthetic down on the paper. You should never go from synthetic back to conventional. Thanks fellas smh

I do not recommend going here. After having an expensive oil change, my oil filter was loose and leaked oil everywhere. I lifted my hood to check and my hood prop was bent! They didnt even bother to put it down before they forced the hood down. It was still stuck in the hole in my hood when I finally was able to get it open. I had to go somewhere else to get my filter fixed. Terrible experience.

I brought my own oil and filter, the guys working are very friendly. Still paid $60, but it was very quick.

Terrible. Ive gone there before with no problems but this time I took my new car there and as soon as I left my oil light started blinking. It has never done that before taking my car to them. I took it back right after and they said it was nothing that it would go away. Well it didnt so I called the shop number and once again they denied all responsibility for it like I figured they would. If you value your car do not take it here. I know i wont be. That few extra mins I saved mightve just cost me about 5 grand depending on how much damage they did. I wont know until Monday. The guy I took it to also said that it didnt look like they even replaced my oil or filter so theyre also lying about replacing things also. Very wrong and illegal. Terrible place. Shame on you guys. do not go there if u want your car to last a few more years because if I do thats exactly whats gna happen!!!

I took my car for an oil change and they were honest about what I needed/didnt need. About an hour later my car was smoking from under the hood and I dont know much about cars so I called them. The manager came all the way across town to Harborcreek to check my car. Turned out it was just from water getting under the hood when I got a car wash and nothing was wrong. The manager was very friendly and helpful and didnt act like she was put out at all. I would recommend them based on their quality of service and their concern about their customers. I know I wont go anywhere else from now on!

So the first time I was here, my experience was good. This is my 2nd time here & I couldnt be more disappointed with my service! First of all, I can hear the staff in the back talking about me & how overdue my oil change is. Yes, I am not the best at keeping up with it. But the way they talk about the customer &make fun of them as if we cant hear them through a little plexi glass window ... then some one comes out & tells me my car could use a flush. Ok, cool. I ask how much? They told me $130 so I cringed a little & one guy kindly said if you dont want to do it, you dont have to. To which I responded no its ok, go ahead if it needs to be done. THEN the other guy said she goes to Mercyhurst, she has money in reference to my Mercyhurst Tshirt that I was wearing.I kindly reminded him that Im a single mom who works TWO jobs.Ridiculous customer service!!!

I have been here before and while a bit higher priced I was willing to pay for the speed. However, after my visit today I will never be back. My 10 minute oil change took 45 minutes! This was due to the staff in the garage getting into a screaming and swearing match with each other. Very very uncomfortable situation for all the customers in the waiting area and you have to wonder with the tempers flaring if they really did a good job or not? They certainly werent concentrating on our vehicles when they were so busy hating each other.

I can not stress enough that this is a terrible choice when it comes to getting an oil change. I have a brand new vehicle, and took it here for my first oil change. Everything went wrong. First, I was told that my car required synthetic oil, which bumped the price considerably. Upon researching that later, it was false. Other models of my car with a different engine did, but not my motor. So, they overcharged me. Secondly, within 100 miles of this oil change, my car started to tell me that I needed to change the oil. I figured maybe a button needed to be pushed to reset that, but no. My car can tell when the oil needs changed. Therefore, they put the wrong viscosity in. So I not only paid too much, I paid too much for the wrong oil. Though I dont know exactly how they messed up so bad, I presume it had a lot to do with the employees being distracted by all of their female company that was hanging out with them. There must have been about 8 people in the bay that day, and they definitely didnt all work there. So, theres my experience with this business. I wont be returning.

95 dollars for an oil change is a bit pricey. please tell the workers to groom themselves. they looked like the hills have eyes family.

When I first drove into the parking lot signs for entering were misunderstanding especially coming off a busy road and barrels everywhere blocking spaces where entrance signs were. On top of all the dirty looks i was getting from all the staff in the garage. When i finally found the right entrance. We got out of the car and went into the building and the employee came to the window, i was expecting a what can i do for you today or something polite. Instead he swings the window open and says rudely can you please go pick up the tissue that fell out of your purse. I said i didnt know a tissue had fell out my purse if i had, i wouldve picked it up. I said nevermind i will take my business elsewhere since i was skeptical when i pulled into the place. The man was very rude. His whole demeanor eas unprofessional. I will never go back and will make sure i share this with all social media.
