My tire started leaking fast on our way into Erie on a Sunday. I found Kerrs on Google, drove straight there, and parked in front. I left a voicemail to let them know. Monday morning I walked over and they were super friendly and understanding! They took my car in first thing, repaired the tire, and even gave me a great deal, even though I was an out-of-towner totally at their mercy. I cannot recommend them more highly!! I ❤ Kerrs!

I had a tire that continued to lose air. I was recommended to Kerr’s by my father in law and could not have been more satisfied. I was in and out within 20 minutes. They removed a screw and patched my tire free of charge. I will definitely be returning for all of my car and tire needs!

I had a nail in my tire and needed to have patch work done, I called and was able to get in same day and get it repaired. They were very understanding and professional. I have 2 very crazy energetic toddlers and the very nice receptionist conversed with them and didnt make a big deal that all they wanted to do was play. I will never come here again. I was told my left and right control and struts needed done. Paid and got that done. Same noise came back. Return a week later. Got charged an unexpected fee and I didnt get a receipt or explanation. At first he acted like he didnt know what I was talking about. Than, after I threaten to call my bank he returned the fee. Dont come here. A waste of money and time..

We are so grateful that we found Kerrs. We got a flat 40 minutes from home and couldnt change the tire with the tools we had. After stopping at 3 different places we were able to call Kerr and they immediately got us in. They put the spare on for us and refused to take a cent from us. I went there thinking I had a broken belt in my tireThey showed me where the snow had gotten into my rims and told me to take it a block away car wash and spray it out $3 later no shimmy ..... they could have sold me new tires .... honest and good people

Great experience overall. They had the tires I needed in stock for same day installation. Everyone else had to order them in. Their price was the best. The people were very pleasant. Great place. Ill be going back.

This place was awesome !! I had a 2 rear tires that were slowly leaking air and I called around and this place was the cheapest to have the tires taken off and resealed. I walked in they took me in with no appointment, had the car taken in within the next 5 minutes. After they finished whoever took care of me gave me 2 for one deal. It was $15 per tire and only charged me $15 for both of the tires to be resealed. I can honestly say that was the nicest thing they did for me plus had great customer service. Id definitely refer anyone here !

I would not recommend this place my wife took our car there for inspection because they advertise free pick-up at her work place (only a few blocks away) ..she told them it needed a headlamp they said it need a tire and brakes as well. So we had it done when my wife went to pick up the car they said she needed to take it to a body shop the have the headlamp replaced.. So she brought it home and I replaced it. Had to remove some trim and part of the bumper cover.. Took me (Googled it) about an hour. My wife calls them the next day and they said it still needs an emissions inspection cant get to it today ( Erie emissions inspection is just checking the gas cap and the dash indicator). They also put a non matching tire on an all wheel drive Caddy?? Never gave my wife a choice on the tire.. at a tire shop!!! They did agree to take the tire back.. So off to get it reinspected and the tire reinstalled..
