We came in to replace all 4 rear tires on our rental RV because Terry was able to convince Cruise America travellers assistance to do so. If not for Terry Cruise America would have send us on the road with minimal thread.The crew stayed longer to replace the tires and we were on the road again in less than two hours.Would definitely use Valley Tire Pros services again.

Driving a motor home on a long interstate trip and had to replace two tires. Called on the road and Norm told us he could mount them as soon as we arrived. Great price and in and out in just over an hour. Ben and the other technician earned a $20 tip each.Wish they were in my home area, I would have Valley as my go to tire shop.

Terry and his crew did an excellent job getting my 1973 Ford truck up to speed and inspected. Great communication and service.

My boyfriend was getting his car fixed here, and TERRY guaranteed a temporary inspection, until the headlights were fixed ( he was sending him somewhere), before he put the official one on, which is understandable, but then he fixes the car (which we could’ve went to a whole different place to get this all done at in one go), and tells him he just can’t put it on till the lights are done, so sitting there paid him the amount for everything to be lied to, we also have the call recorded( i like to record big purchases so i don’t get scammed) and then we thought well let’s call this light place since he was bugging about the lights being done at this certain place and we call and they don’t even do it there ! lol, this guy doesn’t even know what he’s talking about, so now we have to go take it to a whole other place and. pay again for all the same things most likely, but won’t get ripped off like this guy, who seems to only want his money. Such a ripoff. thanks for wasting almost a week of our time !

I will never go to another garage again. At Valley Tire it is quick and easy to schedule an appointment, getting in within a day or two. They are always very thorough and fair. Terry even took the time to show me what repairs were needed to pass inspection. They quoted a price but actually came in under because they got the work done faster than anticipated. They are extremely knowledgeable, fair and honest.

I had low tire pressure in one of my tires. Terry said just come in in and we will take care of you. And they did in a very timely matter. Terry and Julio are awesome to work with! Traveling in an RV lost a hubcap had to have the tire looked at, Terry was excellent made sure that I was safe to continue my travels and no charge. Its funny, Ive owned several businesses in Erie PA for the past 10 years, and not once have I seen something so pathetic within those 10 years as this establishment. I believe that Ive been in business so long because Im extremely honest and fair with my customers, a trait we simply dont all possess. I took my car in for a new tire, and when I went to pick it up, my other tire was completely flat. I was told that it was worn out as well and couldnt hold air and I would need an additional 200$ for a new one, then I was told that I needed another 1400$ worth of work done to that side of my tire as well, but when I took it to a different garage, they informed me that none of the problems I was told existed. I then asked if someone might be able to try and put air into my tire, which they did reluctantly, and look at that, as luck would have it, it held air with no problem, and still holds air to this day. What a joke! Do NOT waste your time or your money at this place. I understand that times are arduous with the pandemic going on, but this is just down right slimy, pathetic, and shady. Very very poor business ethics. I feel bad for this establishment and the people they truly manipulate and take advantage of.

Took my trailer tire in to have a faulty valve stem replaced.Not only did they take the tire in straight away, fixed it in 10 mins and placed it back in my vehicle so I didn’t have to lift it ( large, heavy tire from a boat trailer), but also did not charge me! The guy was also very friendly and courteousValley tire, thank you. You now have a loyal customer with three vehicles that will all need new tires sooner or later. I know who’s getting my business in the future.

I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted on how many reports from family members being taken advantage of by this repair shop. Absolutely deplorable to take advantage of senior citizens and others who dont know any better. I’ve been going to Terry for about as long as I’ve been driving, 26 years. I get my tires, inspection and oil changes at Valley Tire Pros. I feel comfortable with their recommendations and they always give it to me straight. Highly recommend.

Called Valley tire to send service for customer with ETA of 90min. They arrived 4hrs later. I kept calling for an update and all Norman would say is he should be there. To the point that they told my customer that they had gotten stuck on another job and then that i had given them the wrong address. Absolutely unprofessional. No stars

Simple fix...for them. When replacing our licence plate at home the bolts broke. I took it to Terry, he turned it over to the guys in the shop. They had the bolts out, my new license plate installed in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Valley Tire!!!

I wish I could give a minus star on review. We took the truck to change new tires and it took a day to change them. However, when we got our truck back, the steer tires werent straight and the truck was shaking like crazy so we took it back to the shop. What they said was they took out the weights to balance, which were in the old tires, and they thought the tires didnt need it, which is apparently NOT. Also, the new tires they put had flat spot from the factory so they had to change another brand tires and took a week to CHANGE NEW TIRES AND BALANCE THEM. Our truck wasnt like that before we took it to this shop at all and even after we got our truck back, its still shaking. We lost a week to make money to pay our own bills and stuff but we still have to pay them for their work (even they couldnt fix it at all). Id NEVER recommend this shop for your tires.

My experience at Valley Tire was great! I had a flat tire with a screw in it and no other shop in West Erie could get me in and out within 1 hour and 30 minutes....Valley tire said bring it in.....so I did and 30 minutes done. Awesome!!

I called them about a problem of getting rid of a 24.5 semi tire with a bolt in it . The truck I sold. They did with a disposal fee, common fee... I went there and they took the tire... I was very happy. We had this tire for 2 yrs along side the house, I didnt have an extra tire rack on the trailer. Thank you.

Reasonably priced, qualified technicians including Terry. Mounted tires that were purchased somewhere else on our 5th wheel. Accommodated us quickly, as we were on the road traveling. Definitely would recommendation Valley Tire Co.

I have been here twice, once for a wheel bearing replacement and once for a door handle problem. The first time went fine, there wasn’t much to the waiting area- it’s a bit loud and dusty but the whole visit went fine. I come back another time, and they spend about two hours apparently digging around my door interior but we’re unable to diagnose the specific problem and quoted me for essentially replacing half the components in the door for around $1100. I get back in my car to discover the had tried to pry off some door bits that were bolted in. now I have dents and scrapes along my driver door because the mechanic tried pulling them off incorrectly. I come to pick up my car and got an awkward feeling and then discover the dented bits. To which I am told: were already there.I have had work done and it went well from what I can tell. But it makes me wonder: what happened to fix the whee where I can’t see?

Had tires mounted and alignment done there. I have a lifted truck with aftermarket suspension after having my truck at another local 4x4 shop with no success I explained how I wanted my alignment set up and it was done perfectly.Very knowledgeable staff.

I decided not to replace my struts myself and was looking for a shop. Had my oil changed here and they seemed cool, at first. Websites like repairpal estimated I should pay $335 - 511 for the Erie area for both front struts. They quoted me at $650, higher end but I felt okay about it. Of course when I go to pick up they ask me for $8XX. Really? According to him we verbally agreed on some extra parts, NO IDEA what hes talking about, and of course the extra cost never made it into the QUOTE THAT WE AGREED ON, which was already overpriced. I paid 7 bills in the end. Unethical, shady, call it what you want, they seem to have enough business that missing mine isnt going to hurt them. Judgment on the actual work that was done is yet to be determined as Ive barely driven my car since then.

Honest, friendly and fast service

My poor father has had to pay time and time again for the mistakes these people have made. They charged him after they installed aftermarket parts that werent compatible with his vehicle. The part malfunctioned and they continued to blame it on him. My father would never write a review, I cant even bring it up to him because he has high blood pressure and he gets so upset that someone would rob him of his money he works so hard for. Anyway, I wouldnt recommend this place . Thats just poor service if you ask me.

I have been to Valley Tire several times. Never felt they were ripping me off or giving me a deal, so indifferent. But my last experience was the deciding factor. I went in for an oil change and left with a wobbling tire, the check engine light was on and my truck was running rough. I took it back and Ben told me There is no way those things happened during the oil change Is it all a big coincidence? My truck was running just fine before the oil change and was not running so good after I left. So, I was sent on my way with a truck that mysteriously fell apart in the span of an hour and a half oil change. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but thats probably why I am stuck with a truck that needs fixing.

Had brand new tires mounted, they all leaked, I understand everyone makes mistakes but when I took it back they tell me where the bead seats is crusty, and its not part of the job to clean it, when yes everyone else cleans the rim where bead seats otherwise it will never seal, not to mention they were ready to lift car without shutting off my air ride and when I tell them the kid has no idea what I am talking about, dont waste your money
