My water heater busted in the late evening. After reading the positive reviews, I called David J. Winston after hours and left a message. They called me back around 8am the next morning and sent 2 repair men out that same day and I had a brand new water heater by the afternoon. They were very friendly and efficient. I will use them again for sure!

I placed a home warranty claim late yesterday and got a call by 8am that they would be able to come out early afternoon to take a look. Professional and friendly service. The techs not only diagnosed and fixed the furnace problem quickly, but also educated me on some of the furnace components and preventative maintenance to keep the unit in best possible running order. I have used several HVAC companies through the years at several different houses, but these guys were the most friendly and helpful. Down to earth but professional, punctual and the cost was very reasonable.

NEVER answer the phone. They were supposed to replace my air conditioning system through my home warranty company and told the home warranty company an animal or something must have gotten into the unit. Exact opposite of what they told us. They told us it needed freonso we purchased freon from them. A few days went by and the air wasnt working. They came back and told us it was shot and needed replaced. They told the warranty company something completely different because they dont want to replace it because they dont make any money by doing it through the warranty company 😡. So far we have paid both of them and still no AIR!

The company did a great job. We are very happy with our new AC installation. We had absolutely no duck work or vents. They put their effort to get to all the rooms in the house. We are very thankful and highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a company to install their AC. Very professional, work done very careful and neat.

Great fantastic service! Our hot water tank started leaking the Thursday night before Christmas. It was replaced before noon the next day! Very prompt, efficient work. Will never call anyone else in the future.

My furnace went out overnight. I called American Home Shield who then referred the problem to Dalvid J. Winston Co. I did a follow up call to David J. Winston Co. around 9:15 am and within 30 minutes a service technician(Chuck)arrived. A burned out capacitor was the problem. Within a half hour, the furnace was up and running. Great service, prompt, friendly and helpful technician. Very pleased with the prompt service. A rarity these days. I highly recommend this company.

True professionals. They fixed our hot water and heating promptly. The technician Jason did a great job finding the problems and resolving them. They were the third company we called, the others could not bothered. From now on, they are the only company we will call. And I will highly recommend them to anyone. My heat broke last week while it was still chilly out. I have three young children and called and left David J. Winstons company a voicemail before they opened. Within half an hour the receptionist called me back and sent someone to my house to rectify the issue. Very efficient and helpful.

I’ve been a customer of David Winston Plumbing since moving back to Erie in June 2014. We started using Winston Plumbing as a referral from our home warranty company and we always get excellent service at a fair price. Jason has been to our home over a ½ dozen times to complete both repair items and regular preventive service on our plumbing and HVAC system. On our most recent service call we called Jason around 6 pm to fix our sump pump which we found was not pumping any longer. He was at our home with in 30 minutes and completed the job 30 minutes later. We can count on Jason and the rest of the team at David Winston Plumbing to provide us excellent service at a fair price. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumbing and HVAC company.

High efficiency Weil Mclain boiler repair. Called the office at 830am and Ryan arrived a couple hours later, diagnosed and made the repair. Very efficient, knowledgeable, courteous and excellent price!

We have been a customer of the David J Winston company for nearly 4 years since we bought our nearly 90 year old home. Needless to say, with an older home, plumbing issues are going to come up. Weve had the guys from David J over 4 or 5 times now to do things such as snaking the drains, replacing pipes and most recently re-routing our entire drain system from our kitchen. They always give you the options for repair and let you make the decision on what you want to do. All the guys that have been here have been courteous and professional. We will continue to use them in the future when more repairs come up.

Amazing customer service, highly recommend

This Company is a Rip off, Put in 2 brackets and tape was here 20 mins and charged my mom almost $300 came back to fix something they didnt do the first time and did 30 minutes of work, mostly talked on their cell phones, put in a $27 piece of duct and sent us a bill for $176 for labor, didnt even mention bfor they fixed it that they were goin to charge, very unprofessional, Will never ever call this Company again!!!
