Ive been fortunate to have my plumbing needs fulfilled for over a decade. The crew that performs my needed work has always been prompt, knowledgeable and tidy. I never doubt the quality of the work and appreciate the skill ,care,and effort they bring to my home.

Needed AC unit repaired. The tech was polite and was able to arrive earlier than anticipated. While he advised that there are issues and replacement will be necessary down the road, he did not try to pressure us into purchasing a new unit, he was able to provide a repair that he thinks will last at least through this year. I have used Morewood services at our prior home for a couple bathroom remodeling jobs. The techs have always been polite and work was always quality and area always left neat. This is a company I trust and will continue to use whenever plumbing or AC services are needed.

Used to be a good company to get plumbing work done, however both quality and value went down dramatically. Used them to find a leaky pipe and quoted a price. Quote came a bit lower than few other plumbers in town, however after not finding the leak theyve charged me for their time which was almost the same amount of quoted price even though work was not done.We feel cheated after all the money we have spent and not getting work done and it created more workPlease do your research before hiring this company!

Most recently, Dave came out on a Friday, within an hour of my call, to fix a broken furnace. He assessed the situation, ran down all my options, and worked with Mr. Morewood to us an amazing estimate on a new, way more efficient furnace! Most importantly, Mr. Morewood himself came out the next day to explain to my husband and me about the work being done and what we could do differently to give our new unit a longer life. Moorwood was recommended to me by my neighbor who found them through his mother. I had a sump pump that made noises and came on and off and I called yesterday morning for a service call. was told it would be in the next few days, I said no hurry. at 3 pm I get a call from Jo whos last job was finished sooner than expected and instead of going home early he came by, had what I needed in his truck and I have a new sump pump. He was super nice, efficient and professional. I have found my plumber for life.

Had them come out to service my central air conditioner and to fix a small leak on the furnace. That appointment went well. Called them about a possible furnace replacement about a year later and basically blew me off. Ended up getting another company to replace the furnace.
