This company is a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end-- friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. if i could give six stars i would. i had an issue with a water heater. turns out i need a plumber--- they made calls to see who i could use and even took time to explain it to one i called, all without charging me for the trip. call these guys before anyone. thank you so much!

If possible, ZERO Stars...Jeremy from Air Mechanical was one of the rudest service techs that I ever talked to. Before we even met, he insulted me with his attitude (we ran an errand and was not home when he arrived....we were given a window of time and were within it. He called me, left not message. I immediately returned his call, and said we were on our way and would be home in 10 minutes. He said to hurry up because he had a lot to do....no kidding), then told me that he was $140 per hour in the most insulting way imaginable. I then told him he was fired, he said fine and hung up. I called and told the Air Mechanical office in a VM....no answer....that Jeremy had been fired, why, and to not even consider sending a bill. Too bad for them. We need 2 A/C and heater units replaced, probably a $15,000 bill and they lost that one! I DO NOT RECOMMEND OUR LOCAL HVAC COMPANY AIR MECHANICAL...obviously.

Wow!! Fantastic service !!! I called because my smart thermostat lost connection to all my smart house stuff. They had a same day opening and had it all connected again before noon!!! The 3 service techs that came were friendly, knowledgeable and got me up and running again. HIGHLY recommend this company!!!

I had Air Mechanical replace a Control Board for me. It took several weeks to get a replacement part and after they installed the part the fix only worked a day. I eventually had another company put in a new control board and its been working fine for months. When I received the invoice from Air Mechanical, I explained that it appeared the part was defective since it only worked for a day - I asked if they could give me a discount on the job. Aric Mechanical said they would look into it which I was grateful for. A long time went by and I never heard back, so I reached out a few times to see what conclusion they had come to. The only response I ever got was a new invoice with a late fee added to the bill.

Excellent service at a reasonable price. Serviced and cleaned my furnace for winter. Also serviced my air conditioner on a 95 degree day when it wouldnt work. Were there that day and charged a very fair price. Kudos and appreciation to Air Mechanical.

Air Mechanical is awesome. So nice to find excellent service, great pricing. unfortunately there are as in any business good and bad. Air Mechanical is great. Came out to day fixed my old AC and we are good to go. THANKS AIR MECHANICAL. I will always use them they have been to the house a couple times.

My initial experience with Air Mechanical was a little bumpy, as there were a few issues with the HVAC system in my new home. However, once I was able to meet with their techs Art and Cameron there, everything was rapidly corrected. Art and Cameron did a great job diagnosing an issue and making sure that the system was working properly. I greatly appreciate their expertise and effort.

Tom at Air Mechanical was incredibly helpful. My swamp cooler project was at a stand-still until I could replace an old rusted duct. Tom and his team took my numerous phone calls and turned around the part the same day. The new duct mated up perfectly with the roof jack and original ducts. Im not familiar with the process of installing duct-work but everyone at Air Mechanical was patient with me and really helped to get my project back on track. Ill gladly go to them again if the opportunity ever arises.

Cameron and Junior performed an A/C install at my home. The quality of work and service was much, much more than I had expected. Both gentlemen were prompt, courteous and apparently very well versed in their craft. But most notably, it was obvious that they took pride in their work product as they identified and corrected issues that would affect the performance of the new unit as well as the system overall.I appreciate their efforts and would strongly recommend them to anyone who was experiencing HVAC issues. The end result of the install is nothing short of fantastic.

The tech was very polite and professional. He was able to quickly schedule us for AC repair in short notice. He arrived on time and did a great job explaining what was recommend and what repairs he made. He also walked through the whole house to make sure all the vents were working properly.

Had a very positive experience with Air Mechanical!I live in CA and own a house in Denver. When I put my house on the market I needed the furnace checked to make sure there was nothing wrong. I called them and left a message. Got a quick call back. They promptly contacted my tenant and completed the inspection. My tenant reported that Jeremy was pleasant and prompt. The price for the service was very reasonable and they mailed me the report promptly.

They perform great work at reasonable rates. Easy to schedule, showed up on-time and did clean work. Would definitely work with them again.

Horrible owners of a business, do not recommend using these people because it they do not Know how to run a professional business. Also front office people Are very rude and just want to take your money

I called the office early on Saturday morning about my condo in Boulder not having any heat. Tom said hed try to get someone there ASAP. Within 15 minutes Jeremy was at the condo and deemed it completely working, and it was the main boiler that needed repair. He couldnt get into the boiler room, so I called the management company who resolved the problem within four hours. This is my second experience with Air Mechanical, and I will use them again.

Met Tom doing a repair on a neighbors house. Asked for a quote and scheduled service. Then had his office call me to reschedule service to sometime after the rain. 2 weeks later still hadnt heard back and left message that wasnt returned. Called again today and had Tom answer just to be rather rude on phone and then tell me we are in Erie. Well gosh, you sure were working on my neighbors house a few weeks back and didnt seem to have a problem with working in Denver then. Just be up front and say, sorry, but this is too far for me to drive to instead of dodging appointments and calls.

They showed up on time, did a great job for a great price. I will continue to use them.
