I just upgraded from a CX5 2017 to a CX5 2019.My experience has been great with this dealership to date! Chris worked with me on first buy, 1 year ago, then Brennan on 2nd. Brennan worked as hard and fast as he could to get me the best deal! He was very easy to work with, and an interesting person. Spending hours at a dealership isn’t always planned, he made the waiting game easy! And Pat was great too, he got me a new insurance company, better than the last! Love my new car! Hope to get a trailer hitch next, will most likely let Mazda handle it?👍Thankyou, Brennan and Pat for helping me out!

Dropped off my car for its 30,ooo mile routine maintenance check over and borrowed a loaner! I was in & out quickly. I was getting a free oil change too. Everything went great, I was kept updated via text by Penny and I received video as Adam went over my car and what was recommended along with costs. Great experience. Happy Holidays

Very efficient for oil changes. Friendly staff. Good place to get your next vehicle. For people concerned about social distance standards...maybe now is not the right time to visit. There is no social distance set up. The waiting area has not been adjusted and only 1 bottle of sanitizer...not well placed. People not concerned then the place feels like normal...

This place SUPER AMAZING!!! I am from out of the state on my to Canada for a romantic Valentine’s Day and while driving here hit probably a pot hole, bubbled my tire and bent my rim! I came into this cozy dealership where Mitch and Chris worked together to get us a new tire and rim in no time. Penny wrote us up, walked us to the waiting area, showed us the coffee (which was fresh and hot, they also had other free refreshments), and turned the tv on for me.The sales staff was just as friendly as service staff, Chris came to check and see how I was doing. This dealership is definitely worth your business!!!

They need to investigate Auto Express Mazda! I filled out a finance form to give permission for Vladamir to apply for financing and I made it very clear I only wanted him to apply at 2 banks (and wrote it on the finance contract so I wouldnt have several hard inquiries on my credit report) he took it upon himself to apply to several banks because they are just popping up daily on my credit report...and he DID NOT apply at the one bank I asked him to that I knew I was already approved at from another truck I looked at elsewhere...they are fraudulent and now are avoiding my calls to discuss the matter....I ended up going elsewhere and buying a truck that was better and I went through the bank I wanted...blessing in disguise but BEWARE of that place nothing but shady business there...

Caring, Attentive staff. Mazda is a great alternative to buying a Honda or a Toyota. Most Mazda products come highly recommended (IE: The Mazda CX-5) and for years the Miata has been sporty fun

Service shop is disorganized and not good.Took my car for inspection and was told my brakes need replaced. Then later received a call saying they pass, but will need replaced in the next 2 weeks after I told them I would not use them to replace them. I also noted (during the first call about the brakes failing inspection) that my car was making a strange noise which they said was because the brakes were bad (which makes absolutely no sense seeing as the issue was upon acceleration not braking but hey theyre a service shop they know better than me..).Took the car to a different shop to get the brakes replaced, and was told that they wouldnt steal my money by replacing the brakes because they will last me at least another year. And in regards to that strange noise, they sadly said I needed to take it back to a dealership to investigate.All in all, I take it to Pittsburgh to get checked and it turns out the transmission and drive shaft both need replaced... Even if that is not part of the inspection process to check, it should have been investigated when I mentioned it instead of just being considered part of the brake problem (which wasnt even a thing..).Definitely would not recommend.
