Nightmare. Took 3 tries to fix damage from one accident; owner threatened to sue me etc. Also BIG Trump supporters which I did not know originally. I am giving 2 stars because at least they stood by their work. Nice enough people but this one accident cost me money out of pocket and owner did not honor our verbal agreement. I had 4 or 5 conditions to let him refix car after they missed damage. He met none of my verbal conditions and had me pay for everything insurance would not cover even though they messed up on my car. Get things in writing if you go here but I never will again.

Terrible experience my car is completely destroyed left the garage with my car on a donut I mean I can’t even put all the problems I experienced with this place. DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE.

Someone hit us from behind very hard. The insurance had us take our BMW to Ras and I can tell you from the moment we made the initial phone call to walking in the door, they exceeded our expectations. They continued to keep us updated. Communication is key and we were wowed from day one. Thank you Ras for not only being very impressive with your customer service, but the service you performed to get our car back to normal was exceptional.

Excellent service! No complaints. Ive always trusted these guys with my car. Theyre super nice folks, and their repairs are fast and good quality. I took my car to them a few weeks ago to get a dent repaired, and it looked brand new. They were even able to order the parts ahead of time for me. Will definitely come back to them in the future!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Tried to get my truck estimated and the guy continued to lie to me about returning my phone call about how much it would be. Called 4 times over 2 weeks and each time said Ill give it to you by the end of the day. Then last time I called he hung up on me. Terrible way to handle a business!!!

I was less than impressed this auto body shop. There was no commutation between them and me. I talked to them about 3 times over the phone and each time received less than acceptable customer service. The front desk secretary is not friendly at all. They had told me that the repairs would take a week, it’s been two weeks and I still do not have my car back. No one ever called to let me know this and I had a rental car. I try to use small businesses when ever possible, this time it back fired on me. I should have known when there where no other car being repaired the day of the claim, to look else where. I will update when I pick up my car.Update: I received my car on 6/24 and was very disappointed. There was dirt in the paint, fish eyes, buffing compound left on the car. A piece of the intake was left missing. My car was returned to me in a sad state. The shop manager told me they felt “rushed”. I had a rental car for 17 days there was no reason for a feeling of rushed. Once I seen the mess I got in contacted with my insurance company and they sent out an adjuster to look at my car, he was also not impressed. He gave me a few options one of witch was to give this body shop a chance to redeem themselves. That’s what I did; happily I can say the car is back to its original state. It sure was a long and taxing ordeal, next time I’ll be sure to read the reviews before dropping my car off to get work done. Thank youUpdate:Thank you

Ive had 2 vehicles repaired here. No problems with scheduling repairs in conjunction with parts availability, keeping the overall repair times to a minimum. Being related to an auto body man, knowing what to look for when the job is complete, I cannot tell that there was ever any damage.

I have been a lifelong customer of this shop and can not state enough good things about them. Always professional, friendly, fair and transparent pricing; they are everything you would want in an auto body shop. The owner Dave is a true gentleman as is Jim, the operations manager. You can not go wrong bringing a vehicle here!

Schedule was all messed up. A quoted 2 day job took 4 days. No call or any update, so I called and was told I could pick up. When I arrived I was told keys were in the car. Got home and noticed overspray was all over the car. I called and they were very accomodating and buffed out the car. When I went to pick it up day 5, it was better but still not right.They denied that their was anything wrong so I drove it immediately to another reputable shop where they showed me buff burnes and other issues from the work done and confirmed what I thought.After 23 years of using one body shop (6 cars) and the recent horrible communication and customer service its time to find someone else.I would not recommend RAS anymore.

They had my car for nearly three weeks. They originally said it would be one. Then there was a miscommunication between them and my insurance company which was a very lazy, dumb, miscommunication. Then they found more issues with the car. Then they found MORE issues with the car and needed MORE parts. It was honestly ridiculous. Then when I finally got it, my quarter of a tank was COMPLETELY GONE. When I say completely gone, I mean the car wouldnt move. I told the front desk lady about it (who was ruder more times than nice) and she told me that I must have brought it in with absolutely no gas in it. Does that even make sense? After me telling her that is impossible, she had bickered with me about how they are not responsible for my gas. She finally found someone to run and get me $5 worth of gas. When he put it in, it was STILL BELOW EMPTY. That is how bad it was. They couldve damaged my engine for all I know. Then the guy who got the gas admitted to the frequent running and use of my car to drive it places where it needed to be fixed and do the alignment. I understand my car needs to be run to have it fixed, but not run literally to the bone. Further, they acted like I was the dumb one and wouldnt do anything about it.From what I can see the work is fine, and the mechanic was very nice. However, the amount of time it took, the attitudes I got, and the inability to do anything to help me at all are qualities I will never return to. It is my burden to report such terrible customer service and incompetencies, but I also felt like it is my obligation to report how terrible my experience was. I will NEVER be returning.

The worst experience! They finished my car repair, and then would not give me my car back. It is being held hostage because the insurance company would not call back to verify they would pay. So now its a holiday weekend, no one called me back on Friday, and they have my car for 4 mote days! The communication was terrible and unprofessional. My three day repair is now eight days. Save yourself the aggravation.Update: They got my car back to me on Saturday morning. Jim came in when they were closed to take care of it.

Have had at least a dozen accidents and/or paint jobs done there over the years. Always perfect work and if I did find any problems, they were quickly and courteously made right. Going again next week for a hit and run :/

Horrible experience. Rude to me for no reason. I would call every couple days and ask for an update and was told multiple times someone would call me back and no one would. Finally got ahold of the owner and he asked me to stop bothering them so they could get their work done. Got the car back and to no surprise I had to take it back since it wasnt fixed correctly.

I was surprised to read the other 2 reviews about this body shop. I have been going to RAS for almost 20 years now, 3rd generation, and I hope RAS is still around when my kids are old enough and need repair work done (and inspections). I have had 4 different cars serviced there from body repair from both rust and collision, numerous inspections and other miscellaneous work.They have always been fair to me, dropped me off at work and picked me up as needed, go over the work they did in as much detail as I wanted them to, and have always been fairly priced. To give you an example of their character, three days ago I noticed the left side of my Maximas rear bumper was loose and a strap was dangling from the front end of my car that secured to some type of cover under the engine. I went to RAS during my lunch, had it evaluated, and today (Monday) they took 5 minutes to secure everything and had me on my way. Like ANY car dealership or big box shop with expensive TV ads to pay for, they could have easily made me schedule some time and turned it into a longer job than it actually was, but they didnt.You can expect the same common sense, fair approach to their car inspections, too. Dealers want to replace your tires and brakes well before they need to, but RAS takes the time to understand the miles you put on a car each year and will not overcharge or replace something that doesnt need replaced. I am proud to call myself a lifetime customer.
