Raised our homeowners insurance by over $120 with no explanation. I called there office about a week ago to find out why, and still have no answers. We are usually very happy with them , but are considering leaving them because of this. I am giving them another week to give me answers and hopefully lower my bill back down. They also said my bill was not paid, and it was paid by my escrow account.
