What a disgrace of a person. Unbelievably rude to my mother here are the messages. Using caps like a total jack*ss. Saying you have to call to get discounts after being a 30 year customer. What a joke you can’t apply discounts you have to call, after such loyalty. You are not a gentleman you are a rude coward, I hope Allstate see’s how you treat there customers. Feel free to apologize any time for your unprofessional actions and low class.

Worked with two different people when switching over from State Farm. They were both some of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve ever worked with. Great agency 5 stars for sure :) Plus I saved over $700 a year!

WARNING!!!! They are over priced PLEASE get another quote. They start off nice but they really just want your money and trust me when I say that your rates WILL INCREASE!!!!! Ive had Allstate for 2 years and when I actually found a better insurance company ,The agents at this office got nasty over the phone and said they couldnt help me I have to fax my cancellation to a Philadelphia office. Yes, Im in Erie and signed up at Matthews office on Liberty. Would you like to know that their agent didnt say one word or asked one question on why I was canceling my policy . I didnt even get a nice doing business with you, no what could we change, no apology. Not one word. So again WARNING!!!!!!! If I were you and I was, you should get another quote. I went with AAA and I now pay ONLY 65% of what Allstate ask for. You guys stay blessed and get your moneys worth with a HONEST company such as AAA,they have been nothing but awesome to me. Stay blessed! and Stay away from ALLSTATE!!!!!!!!!!NO!NO!NO!
